I am Jamaican, castor oil and water spray. So basically, what I use this to do is just to add back a little bit of moisture to my hair, especially if it's super dry after, like a wash day or just basically, I just need my hair to be a little bit loose, so I could style It then I'm gon na go in with the I am longing looks leave-in conditioner. Now this is my favorite leave-in when I am styling my hair, because I'm a super lightweight, but it still gives me moisture and movement in my hair to do a protective styling without giving me flakes and such so I'm just trying to brush it on the perimeter. It'S like, I literally hide my hair in some legal duty breeds. So for the past two and a half days, and I okay, I'm not gon na like do a straight wash because I don't want to wash not here like every two days. So I'm, like you know, I'm just going to just move or with the forward with the style so you're seeing me do now is to just make my parts for this versatile breed list crochet. So I'm going to be showing you guys, like the parts that I twist, that will be the leave outs and basically, what I want to do is I want the hair to be able to do a center part, a side part and be able to go up In a ponytail, and also I have up half down so this is the first time I'm actually trying a versatile breed Lascaux. She, I would either make a crochet wig or I would just do a full crochet all over my hair. So I was pretty excited to see how turned out, especially especially with the type of hair, that I was going to be using for this style. So I'm just going to show you guys the sections that I will be putting or leaving out to achieve the versatile look now that I've made my sections, I'm gon na use this bobby pin to just pin away these um big ol braids that I did now. Basically, if you're, not a breeder like you can't do corners, you can just do like some plaques in your hair or, if you can't twist or if you just want to put your hair in some smaller ponytails, you can do that and yeah. So, basically, what i'm using the bobby pins is to keep my hair down and flat. Well, I push a and then I'm gon na use a certified Bella drops in my hair, like I've, been using a lot of certified Bella because it helps with the itching on my scalp and also for the eczema like I can keep Stiles and longer because my Hair each is less with these drops in scalp oil. Now I wanted a breeding netting cap like the new supply, sir, has really thin ones, but, as you can see outside his clothes, so I couldn't go to the beauty supply store to get a thinner cap. So I'm gon na be using this crochet weight cap and basically, what the netting does is it keeps my hair in so this will help with the takedown process and also to keep the hair in longer. So my hair doesn't slip and move. If I appreciate it directly on my hair, so the hair I will be using is this expression springy afro a twist now you guys have seen me use this hair before I use it for a was it the super jumbo super jumbo puff that I did so. I use this hair, maybe like a month or two ago, so I'll just leave the link down below. So if you want to reuse the hair from that pack, if you did that style, if you still have it, you can, because I did save it cuz. I bought 2 packs on like ok. What should I do with this on? So I thought to just do you versatile crochet loop, so I wanted a protective style, but I still wanted it to look like my natural here and I'm wearing this here right now, and it is too / light as much hair as it looks like it is Still light on my hair so guys remember, like you want to make sure that you're crocheting around the perimeter of where you have your leave out. So I'm just trying to be mindful of where my flat twists are under this cap, because we're gon na be putting off the thicker band of the cap. So I'm just going to crochet until I reach closer to the top and then I'm gon na cut it, because I can't exactly see some people use like chalk or maybe a color lining, maybe lipstick or something. I don't know what you like just make. A waiting. Call that outline on the cap to see where to crochet, but I'm like you, know what I'm just gon na cut it when I get closer to the top and then just crocheted the hair on my hair, closer to the top. So, as I said, this will help it's a easier, take down process and also to help to keep your hair under and protected, and when it's time to take it down, you can easily cut the crochet here without getting your hair involved. That is when you put away the leave apart, so I will make a video on how I take down this hair. I don't make a lot of take down videos. I did a passion to take them, but I've never done one for a crochet like this. So I'm just going to make one, so you guys could see so you wan na just stick around for that video um, so I asked them was to help because they couldn't exactly see the back and I wanted as much of the neck in the back to Be cut off so like I'm, really nervous and symbol using a scissors, so cut anything on my hair, but he did a pretty good job like something yeah. He doesn't think so. I'M just take off the the thicker band and then, as you guys can see, you see where that is so. As I said with this, especially since this is the first time I'm using such a kinky hair to do a full British crochet, I didn't think the takedown would be as easy as if I use a silky hair. So that's why the neck was so important so that I could easily cut the crochet here when it's time and then to remove it better. There is a couple of videos on how to take them. If you want you to also search that as well, so I'm just filling in the parts that I feel like needed a little bit more of the hair, especially in the back end on the sides and then I'm going to crochet on that. But do you see that middle part right there, not the middle, but the space between my levels for the center and the side right there, so I'm just gon na put in some more hair to fill it in and also just if I didn't say this already. I only use the one pack of here, so that's all you need if you want to buy this hair. Obviously the stores are closed. I guess it depends on where you live, but I'm pretty sure that's not essential business, so they close it even though in Toronto they got the liquor store, still open, they got weed, dispensary still open, but the beauty supply store. So I'm just cutting away the excess hair the loose pieces that I need to get out like yeah and surprisingly, this hair didn't shed too hot, like actually you're wearing the hair right now, unless, like you, have it in a ponytail and you tug on it. Some of the hair would like, obviously a little bit like not a knock but like when you pull out the ponytail holder like you'll, get a little bit of loose string or something, but overall the hair is secured, and I only when I was crocheting the hair. Only use like one night, I didn't double knot it or anything, and this hair reacts so well to water. Do you see how tamed down that was just that adding water and if you add conditioner and maybe do some twist and do a twist, oh it would be super bomb. Do you guys see my gray hair just sticking out there like I'm getting? Oh girl like what? Not again, it's probably just wisdom like that pretty much you're Gregor and you know what I'm not even gon na die. Not yet I'm just gon na leave it there. What are these called mile Evo's to see how my hair is blending and then I'm going to be styling my hair now to stop my edges I'll, be using this edge. Booster style factor edge pomade, and this is how I was looking. I really like this one and what I do is I put on the pomade first and then I go over it with some of the aunt Jackie, coconut oil, so that it doesn't like leave that white residue, because even though sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It does give that why we're looking whether my hair is like freshly washed or maybe so good to the old twist out or something like it still gives me just that little bit of. Where is you sometimes it's so weird like? I want to edge control or something that's consistent as much as different one that I tried. They all turn up with a maybe set low porosity here.
