13X4 Burgundy Lace Front Install | Unice 99J Wig | Malika Russell

Whoa, i feel like i'm gon na go rob an old lady. It'S not cute, not cute at all hello, queens! Welcome back to my channel, it's your girl, malika and, if you're new, hey, how you doing don't forget to subscribe to my channel while you're here we are gon na get into this unit. This is a unit from eunice hair. It is a 13x4 lace, frontal unit. It'S a swiss lace. The lace is the bomb.com like it's. I can't stop touching it. It'S so soft. I don't get a lot of shedding, but we're going to get into how i installed this unit. I will let you guys know what comes in the box and all that jazz. So if you want to see how i installed this unit effortlessly melting into your scalp, your hairline stay tuned all right queen, so we're gon na get into this wig. I got from uni's hair um, i'm gon na give you the specs on it and tell you what all comes in the box. So here is the unit. It is a 18 inch 13 by 4 straight 99 j color unit, and the lace is swiss in the packaging they sent a few goodies, they sent some lashes, they sent a hair tie, tie your edges down, they sent a wig cap. I think i'm going to be using this cap today i have one on, but i think i'm going to use that one and they said the elastic band to put on the unit and they sent some nail stamps or i don't know i've never used these before. But yeah okay, so i'm gon na put that in the bag back in the bag. I think i'm gon na take the head tie out and the wig cap and then i'm gon na put the lashes to the side. Definitely gon na use those bad boys. So, let's get into this install all right, so the first thing i'm going to do is melt my wig cap down. I have this one, but i think it's too light so i'm going to use the one they sent in the packaging. Okay. So before i put that on my head, i'm going to take this one off and then i'm going to lay down my edges with some got7 gel. Now i'm going to put the wig cap on and i'm going to stretch it before. I put it on whoa. I feel like i'm gon na go rob an old lady. It'S not cute, not cute at all. Okay. So now, i'm gon na put some got to be glued freeze spray on my edges, making sure it doesn't drip down. Okay, now we're going to let this dry for about 10 minutes. Okay, now we're gon na cut the lace. It has been 10 minutes, so not the lace. The cap we're gon na cut the cap off with some scissors. Okay, so i had to switch caps because the first one like ripped up - and it was all in my hair - and i was like no - that's - not gon na work, so i had to do another meltdown with the freeze spray. Let it sit for 10 minutes and then cut it off. So now we're going to move along to the glue i'm going to glue my cap down just so it could be secure and it won't roll back. Once i apply the wig, you know, i don't want my legs to be rolling back like tumbling wood, tumbling weeds, so i'm just place little dots. Okay, hold up wait a minute. Let me put some pimping in it. First of all, shake your glue up shake it up real good, because it's just been sitting so we're going to shake it up, shake your glue well before use, and i'm using the bold hold adhesive. I love boho products. So far, i've never had a problem with them, so i'm just going to place on the perimeter and then i'm gon na press it into the cap. With the end of my eyebrow razor okay, i'm gon na, let that dry down, i'm gon na blow dry it on high cool, okay, i'm going to now spray my cap with some lace, tinting spray, i'm gon na also spray this on the wig as well. So i'm gon na shake it up real good, make sure it's all distributed throughout the bottle, always shake up products before use queens. Okay, so i'm going to spray a little bit. Okay, i think that is as bald as we're gon na get okay. So now we're gon na clean our forehead with some alcohol. I have 71 alcohol. That was all my husband could find in walgreens today. So that's what we gon na use, but everyone seems to be using 91 percent. I don't have that this is gon na have to do. Maybe i can double dip it. Maybe that'll do the trick. I don't know, but we're going to use what we got. Okay, all right. So i'm going to put a little bit of that on a cotton swab and i'm just going to clean around my edges, get all that dirt and gunk off now. What we're gon na do is measure the unit on our heads see how it fits see. What it's working with and all that jazz okay, so she is gorgeous. Look at that color. This is the 99j unit she's gorge gorgeous. Yes, thank you, eunice, hair, for sending me this units, i'm definitely gon na. Thank you afterwards, because i cannot wait. This is my valentine's day hair. So you know your girl has got to come with it. She has to come with it, okay, so this is what the lace looks like it's pretty. It'S pretty lengthy. It'S 18 inches, not too long. Not too short. Here is the front of the unit trying to get in focus. Okay, the lace is a swiss lace, it comes with adjustable straps and you could put an elastic band inside of it, but i'm not going to do that today. I'M just going to adjust the straps to the tightest it could get because my head, i like for my wigs to fit, really tight and then i'm gon na go ahead and cut off the lace at the nape, because i never use that part of the units. So i'm just going to cut that off and then we're going to put her on and cut the ear tabs off. So, okay, the tightest length, might be too tight yeah because it's not even going over my big head okay, so i'm just going to tighten her up just just a smidgey like just a little bit, because i like for my wigs to fit tight. Okay, so we're gon na tighten her up just a little bit. Bear with me. Okay bear with me. We don't get it right, cheek, we're gon na get it right. Oh whoa, okay, we're gon na pull her back where she's gon na lay push all the baby hairs back. Okay, i'm going to spray some spray on them. Push these baby hairs back the ear tab seems to be already like it's already cut out. Isn'T that awesome? Like the ear tabs are already cut out, i don't have to do wait. Let'S see yeah they're already cut out. That'S awesome! Okay, so i don't have to worry about the ear tabs. I'M gon na put the hair up into a pony up pony. Okay, let let's see these baby hairs out the way? Okay, all right, so the lace is like really good. I'M trying to decide if i want to spray any lace tint on it, but i have no issues. I might do it after now. I'M going to go ahead and do it now, i'm going to spray some lacing up. We don't have to worry about the ear tabs, so let's do that all right, so we just flip the wig out like that and then we're going to spray and then blow i'm so happy that i don't have to worry about the ear tabs like never. This has never happened. Okay, so i'm gon na get all this hair out of my face. The lace has given me life like it's giving me. I just colored my hair yesterday, so i'm gon na spray, it somewhere, okay, okay, i just pulled the lace back, we're going to apply three layers of the bold hold glue right on the cap and a little bit beneath or above whichever way, the cap, okay, we're Gon na, let it dry all the way down to clear before we put our second coat on, make sure it's clear and you'll be good to go. I'M gon na suck on my sucker, while this is drying down. I look so crazy, but this is me this is me, oh yeah, while we're waiting on this to dry down, you guys should head on over to my podcast. This is went clear, it's still kind of white on this side, so we're going to start over here, so yeah, that's what i've been up to. I think i just want to do two coats guys. I'M gon na do two heavy coats. This should last me a good week got ta, make sure i tie my hair down at night. Don'T be lazy! Okay, let that dry down clear and then we're gon na place this bad boy on okay. Now that it's dried down, clear, we're going to go ahead and put the lace on, so you want to take your time doing this part and make sure it's lined up correctly and you want to comb it pressing it into the skin same thing over here. Okay, now i'm going to spray it with some freeze spray and tie it down. Okay, while it's time now we're gon na style it. So i'm gon na do a middle part. I'M gon na put some there's kind of a hump because the hair is lifted up at the back from me. Tying it up back there, so just ignore that i'm going to put some wax on my part. Okay, now i'm just going to cut off this excess excess lace. Okay, now that we have it straightened, i'm going to cut the lace off. So let's put my hair back first, so we'll be in the way: okay, looking good! Okay, let's cut this side. Okay, i'ma clean up my edges with some alcohol. Okay. Now i'm just going to touch up the parting area with some foundation. I think i'm going to use a powder because i don't want anything like to seep through the lace. So i'm going to take my sephora micro smooth powder and put it on the lace. I am loving the lace on this unit. It is so dope, like i don't know where the lace is like it's amazing. Let me make sure it's down with a back, but i am loving this lace, i'm not a real big fan of baby hairs, so i'm not going to do any baby hairs. I just don't it don't look right on me unless it's like my real hair, so i'm gon na leave the baby hairs alone. Today, i'm just gon na fix up my heart a little bit, but i am loving it. I feel, like the part, is really deep. Even though it's a 13x4, the parting space is really deep to me, so yeah queen get into this 99 j lace front unit, like i really like it, i feel like the lace would have worked. Even if i didn't use the tinting, the the lace tint, i feel like it still would have worked, because i only used a little bit, but this is a this is a bomb swig like for sure for sure i really love this color on me like.
