How To Fix A Thin Wig | Dyeing My Hair Burgundy With No Bleach Ft Yoo Wigs

Okay y'all, so this is the yo wigs box that my unit came in and, as you all can see, the box came broken other than it coming broken. It'S actually a cute little box looking inside of it. The unit comes packaged in a plastic packaging and there's also this yo wiggs card. You turn on the back and it says what to do. If you like or dislike your wig, they also sent me two combs, so that was pretty cool as well. So here is the unit, it is in a net and it has some curls, but you know we got ta redo. Those curls here is the inside of the unit there's the 13 by four lace. It has three combs in the front one comb at the back and, of course, an adjustable strap, so we're going to do some coloring on this hair. I use the l'oreal high color highlights in the color magenta, which is basically a one step process, hair coloring. I also use the clairol pure white 40 volume developer to lift the hair, and what i just do is add this with the l'oreal highlights we're going to use our trusty products, and you know i had to mix it in this talented jar because i don't know Where my measuring bowl is, but we got to make it happen, do what we got to do so i use my plastic spatula and mix it all up. It looks a hot mess, all right, um, the consistency was not as thick as it usually is. I think i had a struggle using this talented jar, but i made it work now. Here is the color of the unit. I'M not gon na lie to you guys. I hate coloring, wigs, okay, i would prefer to color the tracks and i actually have some tracks that you guys can see probably on the table right there on the counter top um. So i'm actually going to use those tracks to add to this unit, because this unit was a bit thin for me um. This is a 26 inch unit and i needed it a little longer than it came. So that's actually what i'm doing i'm doing this color right now. If you see me working on the color and it looks a little messy, you know i'm just making it work at the end of the day. I don't need it to be neat. I don't need to be perfect. I just need to look good when everything is said and done. So i'm coloring this here in different sections, i'm just trying y'all, but this was the final result of the coloring, and these are the tracks that i colored. The tracks are a little bit darker than the actual hair, but it'll work out just fine. So what i'm? Actually doing right now is sectioning the hair at the back so that i can add the tracks. So, as you guys can see, if you separate the hair separating the tracks, you can create a space for you to add some tracks to thicken your unit. So that's what i'm actually doing now section that hair off to the front use a pin for those little beards that come on the track. We hate those, but we use our pen and pin down the track and then we're gon na just sew it it's! So here is an actual close-up of the frontal. These knots were pre-bleached, so i didn't have to bleach the knots. Thank god i told y'all coloring not for me, but i wanted you guys to specifically see the hairline now they're also pre-plugged and i hate plugging hairlines y'all. I don't like to do work. I like it to come ready-made, so i wanted you guys to get a close-up view of the hairline. Yes, it could stand to be plucked a little bit more, i'm not going to so. Let'S just get to the installation. Okay, so i'm hoping i don't have to do too much to this. The front looks really great to me in my opinion, so i'm just going to finesse it. Oh okay, now i have on a wig cap as yo whoa. Wait, a minute hold up, wait a minute. It'S a choppa! I like this. Okay, so as y'all can see, we are looking a bit good okay, so i don't need to pluck it and i won't. Thankfully, you know it, it could use a little bit more plucking, but i really don't like plucking units um, so i'm not going to i'm going to go in with my hot comb. Now you got to be careful with this hot comb. My hot comb is not fully hot, but i've been known to burn myself playing with these hot cones. You know this unit. Pretty much fits my head exactly like even the earth ear tabs. I don't barely have to cut anything out of that. So, okay, my camera cut off, but i just cut this little tab just so that i can apply my got to be in an easier fashion, so just want to make sure all the hair is behind me. I'M loving this color y'all! I haven't done red in so long, probably like two years two years. I think two years i'm excited i'm using the god to be styling gel in the bed head, um mini hard head, y'all know, youtube, went up for bed head and i followed after so y'all already know what we're doing here, i'm taking the got to be in The freeze spray applying it in front of my hairline so that i can adhere the wig to my head. I'M also going to take my little paper strip and wrap that tie that down. So it's nice and laid this is the digital titanium violet. This is just a flat iron that i got from burlington coat factory that i really like. Now. I'Ve had a bunch of different flat, irons and um. I was over it when i bought the babyliss nano titanium that real expensive one and it broke after like a year and a half where it died after a year and a half, so i might buy it again, but for now this is what i'm using. I'M just going to cut the lace. We'Ve done the work already by cutting so now we're going to cut cool close to the hairline, but we're gon na do a jagged edge and it was at that moment my camera died. I don't have an outro for you guys, i'm so sorry, but i inserted some clips from some videos that i had on instagram, so you guys can see the finished product.
