Dark Roots Custom Color | Frontal Wig Install | Ikeiri Hair Collection

Hey y'all, it's mike nushing and today we're finally using a wig from my collection. This is a 20 inch, 613 body way, wig um, all my wigs run a little longer. So when you see how i measure it's going to say, like 23 24 inches, which is a plus, so you don't have to buy really long hair, you can save some money but anyways like i said this is a 6 13 week. So a little bit of shedding is going to happen with 6 13 weeks. It'S expected somewhere more than others, but it went too much with mine, but, as you can see, i was not playing like my wigs. I always measure way longer than what the length says it is like it's like 23, i got a little bit more, lift in my hand as you can see, but it's really like 24 inches and it's really a 20 inch ring. So you can really save a lot of money with me because you know the longer the length, the more money you're going to be coming out of pocket for a week. So that's just a tip. You know just throwing that out there. All my weeds are full of 13x4 frontal wheels. No, u part wigs whatever you want to call them um, wigs, but yeah. It comes pre-plugged, it's full and it's ready to install and i went ahead and told the hair off camera because i'm doing brown roots today, as you can see using kisses darkest brown. I did the color off camera and went straight into the install because yeah i was going to rush in. You won't be able to see that because i missed a few spots. But you know you can go back in just a little around spoolie and you ain't gon na, never know so. You know i definitely went back in and fixed it but yeah. This is my client jessica, just been coming to me for years now, she's a very loyal customer to me, but anyways, it's her birthday this weekend. You know i had to get her right this her first time doing like a bold color and i love it. It looks so pretty on her in the end, but y'all gon na see all that i'm using level 16, the darkest shade of ruby kisses for her own ball cap and her hair and yeah. Like always, i put the same shade i put on her head onto the cap of the wig as well, not the cat, the lace. I can't tell y'all know it's been a long day. I just did it on another video, so it's like i'm just all over the place, but that's okay, i'm getting it done. I told you i had some. I had some videos coming for y'all, so i'm gon na do two back to back, but anyways yeah. You put the makeup on there, you spray the spray you blow dry, you know the process and y'all see. I got a little bit of um dye on the lights or whatever it's good. That'S why i'd be like i'll be trying well when i'm doing roots i'll be trying like not to get too close to it. So that's you're gon na see a lot of white spots that i miss as you can see now, because i was scared. I was gon na get it on that, so i like to do it when it's on the head, so i can really really see what i'm doing, but all that's gon na be. You know. I touch all that up before i let her leave out my room or whatever she's going to be straight before she leaves rule number one to be in the business. I want to make sure your client is satisfied before they leave by the door, and i do it every time because now for real, like i don't like to play, i don't play about my money, so i know nobody else, ain't playing by name on either. I do not want to sit there and play over nobody's face if i feel like something right. I'M gon na fix it before you leave every time like i don't care how long it's gon na take me it's gon na get done so the best believe it was right before she left and, like i said this girl been coming to me for years. So she knew i was going to get all right anyway, but all that's all off the ceiling like i feel like. I just feel like some like, like a going by my business and like had some to say so. I just had to put that out there but anyways back to the video we found our own. I don't know what probably on honey i just went in for a minute. Okay, we put an elastic band back, so it can be secured to the back of the head. So it won't be sliding i love the place we want that to stay on. We don't want it flipping over when you bend up but yeah. Now we cleaning the hairline and prepping to put the glue across it. You don't have to um get your client to hold it, but i always get in the hole one side, because my lace glue is going to hold it regardless, like you, don't have to hold it, but i always get them to hold it. But you know you don't have to just just showing you how you know it's going to hold, so you need to get you some period like don't play me that that ain't nothing to play with right there, like that's the right there, i'm not playing like. I like to part my hair out before i do anything any styling, any baby hairs, i'm doing the part first, so yeah. I had to get that out of the way, i'm also going to touch that little white spider too, because i told you i didn't get too close to their lace. I don't want no dye on their lace. I like to see what i'm doing so. I touch it with an eyebrow spoolie when it's time to install it, you just go in with the same color hair dye that you dyed the roots within first and you just clean up where it's white it, and so like. I said i didn't want nothing on that lace, so i make sure i don't get too close i'll just fix whatever, when it's on your head ain't gon na take no time, but to do this, it's just a little. You know fill it in like you're filling in a part when you overleach over proceed still bleach your breasts, the same thing y'all. I still end up getting a little bit of down there, but you know i can finish anything. You know i had to come through and get it right, so you're going to see all day in the end. I didn't show every little detail in this video because i'm not gon na tell y'all everything, but i am gon na put y'all on to a lily. You see it's a little like what you just go in use your makeup and your hair spray. Your good and i tried to make this video short, but it still ended alone. So it's a lot of parts, and i just like kind of skim through. I do have food and go to the next part but yeah. I i still end up being long. Like i ain't one, i try to be less than 15 minutes still 20 minutes long, but that's okay, because yeah. But you know what i'm not to say. You got to fill in those spots, so your legs won't start lifting so make sure you do it or you gon na, be sorry after going in and filling in the spots that you missed, you want to go ahead and blow dry it just like you did The first time make sure it's secure before you do any other things, that's the most important part, because without then your lace gon na be coming up so make sure it's straight before you do anything and we're not doing too many baby hairs today, because she's, you Know you, the client came up and getting baby hairs back like how we do it, so she ain't want too many. So she won't have to worry about it because she stay all the way in columbia and that's an hour and a half from here so yeah. We not doing it. We had to give a little bit today, also using your wax to help out pushing back those flyaway hairs, that's in front of the hairline out the way when you're trying to braid down you know the um baby hair. So i always use your back seat in your hot cone. You can just use a waxed it because i'm about to um color the rest of that hair in the front. So i ain't going to do that high cone yeah. I want to do that after the fat or whatever, but yeah. That'S always a good tip. If you have problems with your hair flying forward so and y'all know, one of the most important things for install is to have spray go in with your hair spray. In your milk pan and you prepare for the milk, i can't tell you what kind of hairspray i use, but there's multiple hair sprays. You can use a lot of people use that to be me personally, i don't like got to be like that. Like i mean, i use it here and there, but that's not the first thing i'm gon na grab like i've been let that go but yeah it's most of the things you can use a lot of different products, work fine, but yeah anyways back to the video. We about to do the coloring on the hairline, because i still see white spots, so we got it as it did out like we don't need. None of that and to be honest, i still had some that was up under the band, but i fixed all that off camera because i was past that point. It wasn't ain't, no point in recording nothing else. I was done with the install. I went back and fixed it after the fade, so you know, like i said we good this way as long as she looked good when she walked like a dose. That'S all that matter, like i made sure she was straight, like i'ma get my girl right. Every time that's why she come back, because i make sure she get right every time so like before. You want to make sure you go in with your blow dryer after adding any dye, because you don't want to spread anything else so make sure it's dry before you do anything, because we don't need no splashes or hair dye on the rest of the hair. And now i'm just prepping for the icon, with my flat flat waxed it you can get it on my website as well, because we don't want no flat, i mean we don't want no heels, we need. We want a flight install like we don't want nothing sitting up in the air ain't, nobody going to say yo, we ain't start got a healing because no man flat this way don't play. Hey y'all, like i see i've been real, one-sided, like i ain't, been showing. What i'm doing to the right side, where y'all y'all right side really the left side, but yeah i've been doing showing everything on one side, video still alone, like i don't know it took me. I just i kind of anything like i took forever today, but that's okay cause they got done and they still look good little y'all see the difference, though i promise you that hot coal i'm gon na help you every time, because that's that's a no man like Look look at the difference. Definitely a big difference. Make sure you make sure you got a hot comb and a um waxed it before you install anybody with because yeah that's very important, but yeah y'all see that we ain't done, but we we getting somewhere just trust. The process - that's all i'm gon na, say trust the process we going for a simple baby hair. Look today we ain't doing nothing too much, no swoops and all them swirls and stuff. We just doing short basic baby hair. So you know you want to comb out the hair, make sure it ain't stuck to the head almost and you can go ahead and start cutting it and curling it and swooping. It is this simple, so i'm using my eco styling gel to do my baby hair. I feel like this is just my new own technique like i don't even use the styling phone number, maybe one day i go back to it, but right now i'm stuck on the gym, like that's just it. For me, i love it like. This is my method right now, but you know yeah we're using the own styling gel you gon na spray it when you finish and you're, going to tie it up with the rapid but yeah. That'S pretty much it for this video. I ain't really do too much of the styling on camera. All i did was style the baby hairs on camera and that's it. I did a lot off camera after the fact too, because it's gon na look a little different for what it do now, but it definitely was right.
