Hello and welcome back to my life guess what day it is that that was a saucy little loop. Today. I have on that shirt. I think we all know what's gon na happen. I have not done anything to my hair in two months and i think the last time i bleached my hair was in september or like november. So if you guys have not seen my earlier split dive videos, i will leave it in the cards above and today that i was gon na get rid of my split. But i thought about it and she still has some life in her. So we're going to keep her. What i am going to do first is just do my roots. My roots are disgusting and then, as for the color, i haven't decided yet a few of you guys have left suggestions on my story, and so i will decide after the 24 hours is over and you guys have all responded. I guess by the time this video is out, you'll know from the title, so it's not a surprise, but it's a surprise for me. I'M just going to start off and do my roots as usual. I'M just gon na go in with some bleach and then my usual salon care 30 volume and then also the ion color brilliance, perfector absolute perfection, booster, which i usually use just to protect my hair, a little bit um. Also, let me show you guys my hair really quickly a lot of routage action right here, a lot of vibrate action up here. This is the lightest area and i also think it's like the most damaged area, so i'm gon na be extra careful when i'm doing this. Otherwise my hair is going to fall out. Oh awesome, that's another thing my hair might fall out in this video, in which case this is going to become a shaving, my head video. So we actually don't know what's going to happen, that is everything to say and i'm just gon na start mixing. My bleach solution: we have my bleach solution: okay, so i'm keeping about half of a centimeter or that's a centimeter. I think i'm keeping about a centimeter open. Oh god. I think that looks good. I really hate root touch-ups just because it always comes out really patchy, but hopefully it's not that bad this time and i'm just gon na line my hair now before i move it over i'm doing this and then just pulling it over. Does that work? I don't know: what's happening, okay, there we go, i'm actually being extremely slow. So maybe i need to hurry this up, but i don't know how to i have bleach split part, damn it. How did i do that? Okay, so i got to bleach on my black split part. Hopefully when i wash it out, it's not that bad sorry about the music hi. This is tragic, but that's fine. I'M gon na go wash at least this top part off, because i think this has processed enough and it's looking really orange, so i will be back. This is me at 7 pm on a friday night right after work. I have not washed my hair in a week, oh, but the reason i didn't wash my hair is because we're bleaching again today, one of you guys think that i bleach my hair all in one day like three times a day. I am here to inform you that i do not, because i am not a psychopath today is actually a week later from the last time i bleached my hair and we did not lighten it that much last time, as you can see, i think it's actually a Little bit darker than i wanted it to be, and that's because i didn't leave it on for too long. I got really worried about my hair falling out, so i actually just washed it after. Like 30 minutes, i don't even know what color this is. This is like orange. I ran out of bleach last time, so i got this bougie hair bleach from amazon. This has insanely good reviews on amazon. The only thing is, it's really expensive: well, not really expensive, but somewhat pricey. I also put coconut oil in it. I know some of you guys said not to put coconut oil in my hair, but i just don't know if my hair can take it for another few bleaching rounds and if coconut oil can help me in any way. I pray to the lord that it does so that's why i put coconut oil in my hair and yeah i'm going to try to not overlap that much this time, because you can see the line of demonication yeah. I am worried. My hair falls out and i hope i don't jinx it anyways, i'm gon na part, my hair not partition it because you guys keep making fun of me for saying partition, but i think partition is the right term for this. Can someone google this for me? I also have this uh mess up that from yeah that happened, so this is how it looks, and i guess we are just gon na start bleaching. Now, okay, i was gon na say the bleach smells pretty good, but i can kind of smell the actual bleach. Now, hello, so i am covered in bleach and i'm actually, i actually kind of want to rinse the bottom off, because this has been processing for a really long time and i'm kind of worried about it and so so yeah. I might rinse this off. First, i don't know how that's gon na work hello, so this is my hair after the first, no, that was the second after the second bleaching round, and it's um. It'S definitely a little bit darker here and like yellowish. This is what the back looks like. I know that there's a little bit of damage on the brighter parts, i'm going to show you guys this, please don't scream! You can see this like lighter here, i'm embarrassed now. This is really bad, but it's not that noticeable when i just let it fall. So i'm just going to do red today i know i should probably go in with another round of bleach, but i don't think my hair can take it and i think the red will cover it. Hopefully also i kid you not, but the bleach that i got actually is legitimately the best bleach that i've ever used. Also it lightened my hair significantly. So i just i'm so impressed. I don't think i'm ever gon na use another brand of bleach after this anyways. I got these two hair dyes, so this is the arctic fox poison, uh semi-permanent, and then this is the permanent ion cream hair color in black. I just wanted to cover up this little thing that i've been keeping along for too long and also some accidental bleach up here. I think that is it so i'm just gon na start. I'M gon na switch out my shirt first and then i'm gon na start bleaching coloring. This shirt has gone through so much with me. I'M just gon na part part my hair for my hair dye. I usually just use a mix of conditioner and or developer and i think that works pretty. Well, i'm a little bit worried since i haven't told my hair that it's going to be like orangish and then cool toned red down here. But maybe that will be a look. I am too lazy to tone it. I think this dye is an orange toned red dye, as opposed to like a pink tone, so i i need to open this. I heard it washes out really quickly yeah. Maybe it will do that. It'S like talking to me, i'm gon na add a color corrector like a yellow, color corrector. It says, yellow red, so maybe it will cut out the red tones, but it's basically just purple. I think i just wanted to kind of correct how yellow my roots are. Okay, so i don't even know what color this is anymore, um interesting! Oh, that looks pink, i'm putting more red in here wow. That is really pink. Is that red? I can't tell anymore? Oh, my god that is so red. I'M really worried about getting this color. Oh my god! It'S on my neck! I don't want to stain my bathtub. It'S so quiet in here. I'M charging my phone, so i can't even listen to music okay. So it's red uh pink! I don't know what color this is. I'M just gon na. Let this sit for another 30 minutes and then i'm just gon na wash it out and then we'll see how it turns out. Okay, this is uh. This is my hair. Actually help me pick a pair of glasses. I feel like these would go really well with it. I don't know. I think the lighting makes me look really washed out. Okay, we're just gon na stick with this one. So this is how my hair looks, and i also did dye my little front piece black last night - very late at night. So this is just how my hair looks unstyled and it's a little flat neckline. I am surprised because you can't even really see the weird like patchiness of my hair. Well, you can kind of yeah, but it's like it's like red, it's really red and then let me just give you guys a 360.. I haven't even seen the back yet, but here's the back and i'm like really not used to how sharp this is, because i used to have a that weird strip in the front, kept it a little bit like asymmetrical, but now it's completely symmetrical. That is uh. That is a look anyways. The one thing is, i can actually kind of hide the red now, because i have more black hair to work with. I don't know: okay um. This looks like fake halloween hair that i got at party city. I know i did bangs last time, but i don't know, should i do bangs for this one, i'm also trying to grab my hair so that i can cut curtain bangs, but maybe if this looks really good, i will do this. Maybe i kind of look like the devil, so this is my hair and braids, and i didn't leave enough hair here. So, there's a weird bald spot, just the usual: it's like the five year old hairstyle that your mom will do for you when you're five years old. So i think it looks pretty cute with everything here. Overall, i'm pretty happy with it. I know the red's gon na wash out really quickly. So until then, i don't know what color it's gon na wash out too. Hopefully it's a pink, maybe it'll, be an orange. I don't know so we'll see. I don't really like the face that much so i didn't know, but that is basically the video for today. Jamie Rego: So i'm a hairdresser, and i'm just gonna give you a few little tips , your hair came out very cute. Do yourself a favor and skip the coconut oil when bleaching because it's not going to do anything for you lol. It just creates another barrier between the bleach which just ends up requiring the bleach to stay on longer anyways. If you're having issues with yellow tones get yourself a purple toner which is a demi permanent color with 10 vol developer and throw that into the blonde for like 15 to 30 minutes to get rid of all the yellow tones. Next when using semi permanent dyes never mix with peroxide as they are direct deposit colors and do not need any peroxide to get the job done and it just causes more damage and porosity issues for your hair. Finally I highly recommend investing in some olaplex because that stuff does wonders to hair and you only need a tiny amount to get the job done so it should last you awhile! You look adorable i just wanted to help you out :) if you have any questions lmk

eriatarkat: Please don't mix developer with semi-permanent hair dye! It's not supposed to be mixed with developer but conditioner is okay. If you're going to dye over bleached hair use semi-permanent (which only deposits color), since developer "lifts" the color and you don't need any more lift on the bleached parts. Using developer on already fragile hair can cause more damage and/or breakage. That being said, it turned out really well! I love the red and black split combo. ❤️

Also, your bleaching skills are A+ :D And if you're worried about the colour not all coming out the same, don't be too stressed. The king himself ~Brad Mondo~ did say that it always looks less "home done" when you've got more shades to the colour, as long as it's not patchy. And orange and red can look sick, like fire :D

Also just thought i'd let you know for next time that bleach just eats through coconut oil, using a serum (eg. olaplex) in your bleach will do more for your hair then coconut oil will (because coconut oil sits on the surface of the hair, it's not small enough to penetrate the follicle). But coconut oil won't damage your hair, it just might mean you would have to leave the bleach on longer

Sophia Oranges: Oh no girl , do not add developer to direct dyes, it’s in the instructions on the bottle. also adding the purple color corrector may have messed with the color of the dye in the end, perhaps do the color corrector and rinse before applying color next time

Tamarah Alaa: Tips for your next root touch up! 1. Start on the back section, that way you can let the hair down and it won't go on the black side or on your face. It's easier that way. 2. Coconut doesn't protect your hair, it just dilute the bleach! No need for it. 3. Braid the black side and put it into a bun, add then a crap load of anything so that the bleach, if it does go on that side, won't bleach the hair. Or just cover the line with plastic something. 4. Pre section so that you don't accidentally overlap and overprocess your hair when you touch it with the gloves and/or tools. This tip makes the process (application) faster! 5. You are doing a great job! Just plan the bleaching process and follow it so that you don't get stressed! Aaaaaand this is why I need to watch the whole video before commenting. Anyways, these tips are universal and you reading this might find it helpful.
K T: Next time you do it, put conditioner on your already lightened parts! This will help block the lightener getting on it/ processing it :))

Rosalie_o7: Coconut oil doesn't help. Bleach has to eat through the hair, and the pigment, the oil just adds another layer of stuff for the bleach to go through. So the only thing that it would do is make the process take longer. Hope this helps
