In this video I'll be showing you how to add roots to your synthetic wig. The process is quite easy actually.

You'll need:

Prismacolors

Paint brush

Foam head

Pins to keep your wig wiggling around

Clips to keep your hair managed

First you section off the hair by track. Then take your base colors and just slap that pigment onto your wig fibers. Before the pigment dried take your paint brush and brush the pigment down the fibers. Then take your highlight color and add streaks to your wig. Again, blend in the color with your paint brush. Then add lowlights and blend it all together. Keep doing this until you're finished. Remember not to get the marker on the lace itself.

Have fun!

But hello, Allah Allah is the well and today I want to show you how I put roots in my synthetic wigs specifically of this synthetic wig. If you are interested in knowing more about that way, you can just click right here right here. Oh yeah, look at this thing. Look at her. You really should check out the video because she's us anyway. I love this wig. Okay. I love this wig, but I feel like it could be a little more realistic, so I'm gon na go ahead and add some roots to this way. Now I actually saw another youtuber. Do this first, her name was rocked a vegan, so do check out her video. I have a link in the description bar below so enwrapped, the vegans tutorial. She used Prisma colors and that's perfect, because I have like a bajillion Prisma, colors. Okay, so these are the prism of colors. I am using this one up. Here is just a blender. It'S clear this one is black. This one is like umber and then this one is burnt. Sienna you'll also need some clippies they'll hold your hair up. While you work and I have an old paintbrush, then I will also be using for blending. Well. Alright then - and I think, that's all - you really need to talk about right now. Let'S go ahead and get started. Okay to start off, I'm going to take my light number and I'm going to apply the pigment directly to the wig fibers. It doesn't have to be perfect the Messier, the better okay now take your brush and then use it to spread the pigment down the fibers. This will give your roots a more natural look now go in with your burnt sienna and add some red highlights to the hair once you're finished with that go ahead and blend them together. Now I'm adding some lowlights with the black and once again, I'm blending all the colors together. You don't have to do this to every layer of the way. I'M just doing this to show you what it looks like this is what it looks like so far and now it's finished. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and found it useful. The wick is a little messy from working on it, but I'll fix her up later and I'll probably add some more roots to the left side of the way, but all in all, I'm very happy with how this turned out, and I hope it turns out well For you, too, thanks for watching and check back every now and again for more tutorials.
