Hello, beautiful people, my name is bridget and welcome back to my channel hope, you're having an awesome day and today is me part, two of my hair transformation, video, i'm blonde. It'S nice right! It'S like it's nice like i was blonde for most of my life. Until i was like 19 or 20, i think 20. - and you know this feels normal to me, except it's kind of a yellowy tone, but today we're going to go over it with some gray hair dye. I have a mixture here we're going to make my hair gray or silver. Now. I also have two different toners that i bought to get the yellow out just to make it like an ashy blonde moment, but i decided, rather than toning it and making my hair more damaged. I would just go ahead and put gray over it and it'll fade out eventually, and then, if i like it, we could just tone it. Then, when it's a little more moisturized, because semi-permanent color like this one, doesn't damage my hair. I can just coat this. Get a little more healthy before we do something else to it like a toner or a hair, color remover, so yeah, that's what we're doing today! I'M quite excited about it, because i just want something fresh and different that i haven't done before you know. I'Ve done gray hair before, but it was five or six years ago. It was a long time ago, but anyways that's what we're doing today. I do want to do a quick shout out to my shop, the open, crypt.com um by the time you're, seeing this i'll be making some more products and new products, and i'm excited about that because i enjoy making it it's my small business, i'm trying to make Grow, we are expanded past, just spooky items more cutesy, things too, as well as more feminist items as well. In the last week or two, i've had a raw hard time and any positivity that i get really it makes me feel better. Sometimes when i'm in a bad mood, you know but anyways. The color we're using today is whirlwind by this brand that suave vasela pomade. They have a bunch of hair promise and they also have hair color. Now. The issue i have is the box. Color is like a kind of just a weird grungy, gray brown yellow moment. It looks weird um. The pictures online look really pretty, though, and then the tube looks kind of similar to that color, but in the when i squished it out, because you know i wanted to try this color, it looks nice. The reviews of this hair color, however, are kind of iffy. Some say it's good. Sun stays bad overall, it's a three out of five star, but i'm just gon na go ahead and start applying this to my hair and see what happens, because why not? It'S also a very thin um consistency. So i'm pretty sure i'm gon na go through the entire tube and make sure that i get all these under layers too. I'M gon na actually section my hair today when i do this, i'm gon na go through each layer and make sure it's fully coated with this hair color like if it just evens it out, makes it kind of ashy. I think that's what i would want. I want to be very consistent. I would like a nice gray. This is probably not a good sign, considering i'm not even halfway done with my hair. I have zero faith in this die right now, i'm hoping to be wrong, but just seeing how it's going over everything like. Even if i take a handful and i go directly over a piece - it's it's not a cute color, that's coating, the hair like some of it. Oh, it was already like a little bit. Bluey green looks like a cool gray tone, a lot of it. Not so great and my hair is very blonde, you know for a semi-permanent hair color, it's not like this is a toner where it's gon na wash the yellow away. This is supposed to be a full coverage, semi-permanent dye, so it's supposed to coat everything and um. I don't see that i have squeezed every drop possible out of this tube and there's not enough for my hair and i don't i have very thin hair like i, don't have a lot of hair. To begin with. I wish i had another half a tube to do this with i've never gone through an entire thing of hair dye like this before so we will see what happens. I'M gon na leave this on for half an hour in a heat cap. You know like a processing cap and we'll see what happens you guys, because i'm not optimistic right now at all. Considering my ends didn't get the best coding in the world just took off the processing cap. The ends are looking yellow and patchy. This is going to come out patchy as shiites, but you know i had to give it a shot. I wanted to try to avoid toning it because i didn't want to damage it more. So i'll see you in a minute when i wash it out as i suspected this was a disaster should not have happened so um, it's definitely more green. My hair feels dry down here, which i use this on my farm to die that wasn't supposed to feel dry um, it's a whole dumpster mess. So what i'm thinking i thought about toning? It um? Yes, my hair looks stringy and frizzy and dead. These pieces are the rest of it. My hair just looks like that's. I barely brushed most of it didn't brush a lot of it. The hair just looked like crap, my hair always looks messy. I don't care, i thought about toning, it right getting it all nice and even in silver, and then i also thought about just putting black on everything except for the fronts, and i i truly don't know what to do with it like looking at it in the Mirror behind you guys, it's so green, like i need this out at least it's so greedy green, even the parts that were yellow stayed, yellow and the parts that were already blonde and like a really pretty blonde turn green, not gray. Um - and i know i had green in my hair before, but when it was blonde, it really didn't have that much green undertone. So this is like from the dye itself. It'S like one little pretty layer under here. It looks silver and the rest looks like a mess, so don't buy that dye under any circumstance, not even a different color, because, honestly, it was so thin like if my little bit of hair took up the entire tube and still needed more anyone else's hair. Unless you have like a pixie cut, is gon na need a lot more diamonds in that tube, so do not buy that. That'S my review of that dumpster garbage. We can blame my hair for the undertones coming out, but even the parts that were perfectly beautifully platinum, blonde turned green, not great, not gray, so um, i'm at a loss. I'M gon na sit here for a minute and think about what to do all right. So here's what i'm thinking black and off colored - i think, okay, so this just little tiny piece of bang, which is the most damaged piece of my hair. Quite truly, i'm gon na leave this greenish color. Hopefully, we can figure that out later um - and i thought about - i thought about doing this part since it's healthier as the piece, but i really like that idea, because this hair, this side of my hair just is thinner. So i thought all this black do the underside. We tried this once before. Do this blonde black black, all this in the back black this on top black leave some underside and this little piece of bang, not black, as in like you know, so this whole process wasn't for nothing, you'll, be just dying. My hair black anyways um. That'S what i'm gon na do. This is anubis he's my baby. He likes to hang out with him. Mommy he's my baby and that's what i'm going to do today. I know i shouldn't do permanent black because it's always a pain to get out. However, fingers crossed then i'll keep it for a while. I need to repair my hair, i'm also going to be trying out that k18 very expensive hair conditioning mask treatment soon. So i'm hoping that repairs my hair, since it is so expensive. People talk really good things about it. I'M hoping that's gon na help too, which is gon na, be, i think it's gon na be here on monday, so we'll keep an eye out for that video sometime next week. So for now i'm just gon na dye. It black and hopefully we can start repairing it as well, i'm going to aluminum foil the hair that i don't want to turn black, so also i'm starting to think. Maybe i should just take some of this from over the ear included into my white part. You know so i still have the pieces that fold over it. I think that's what i'll do i'll make sure i have the top layer that covers it and i'll take some from in front of the ear and make it blonde all right. So i left a little down here. We have some foil going on just to hold it out of place, even though there are a couple strands of black on top of this, but that's okay, because this is the under hair. That'S showing right now! So there's about a 25 chance i like this, i mean i like when my hair is black. I really do the only issue that causes me to take it out. A lot is either like the split dye uh down the center, like some of the bleach from me bleaching, my roots, or vice versa, gets in the wrong side, which is frustrating, but it does happen and then my ends fade a lot um. They fade to like a weird gray brown, typically just because the black doesn't, you know, i'm naturally blonde, underneath the black doesn't stay pitch black, but i do have some color conditioners that can help fix that. You know it's just i got ta be on top of it more so i do like when my hair is black. It'S way less maintenance and i can take a hot shower if i want to which is everything because normally with my permanent hair color, i cannot. It does feel a little stupid that i just ripped all the color out of my hair just to put black over it, but you know it's just hair like it's really not that big of a deal everyone get like a bad comment, i'm like. Why are you doing this yourself? Go to professional um stuff, like that, like it's just hair, i don't care like it doesn't matter. First impression right out, the shower hair is still wet and whatever, but i love it. The gray messed it up. I never should have put the gray in there. Let me go. Do a look at the hair dryer for a little bit and i'll show you. The big reveal: okay, guys, okay, so this is my finished look. Do we love it? I love it so much so. There'S some things i need to fix, there's a piece on this side that doesn't quite cover the grays. I need to dye black there's just one streak. I need to just take and dye black, so it covers the underside hair. You know, and this down here is still kind of wet, but it needs to be darkened to black black. I only left it for 20 minutes they suggest up to an hour. However, i didn't feel like i needed that much because it darkened on my hair very quickly. My hair is great to grabbing on to hair color. I love it so much like i feel like if we didn't do that gray crap earlier um, it probably would have came out a little cuter than a little less discolored right here, but honestly looks cute. It'S just this underside right here. That is still that green e tone, but i feel like if i take some hot showers, it'll rinse it out and then i'll just touch up the black when it fades from the hot showers. Oh, this is the dream and also i'm feeling a lot more confident. Lately wearing like really dark lips like black, you know i feel like it matches and i love it. So much like this looks so good you guys it looks so good. Is my hair fried absolutely do i care not particularly - and i feel like this is hair - that i could keep for a long time. Baby akasha woke up from a nap once you heard my voice um, but i feel this is hair that i would like this is like my dream: hair like 15 year old me would be like crushing on me right now about this hair and i feel, like That'S what i'm living for, i feel like. I keep this for a long time, like maybe i'll, get bored and put something over this, but i don't really know because i truly like i'm looking at the viewfinder, i'm just so happy with how i look, which is it's nice and it. I think it kind of helped me like feeling big ready to get stuff done and, like you know, change up my content and stuff, but anyways. Thank you guys so much for watching today's video. You are most suited to winter colours like royal purple or burgundy... or brights... like fire orange or red!! I think that the more saturated with pigment, the better you look!! HonesTea BeauTea: I'm actually not surprised that it pulled so green. I believe my hairdresser would say the same because my daughter just went from black to blonde.. I had to bleach 3 times.. there are some pink reddish tones in the front.. you were going from purple. . when I went from purple which I love purple but I'm scared to do it again when I dyed my hair It turned green because it's still in your hair a little bit even after the hair color removal so when you are putting on such a light color it's not surprising at all that it turned that color. Your hair pulls yellow like mine and my daughters. I would love the most perfect color of blonde, I end up with Yellow tint like you do instead of platinum and when it has that yellow tint You can expect it to turn green. I turned my hair green a couple times. I turned my mother's green also. When your hair pulls naturally red tones you really can't go any shade of ash which obviously the Gray would be ashy would be Ashley without green. The worst thing you can do is dye your hair black because it's so hard to get out afterwards. I mean if you want to keep your hair black, no problem but if you're going to want to turn around and change it's kind of a pain in the ass. You seem to have a lot of fun playing with hair dye though. You didn't get the K18 in your ipsy X?? It was totally worth the entire bag.. all 7 other items were a bonus. You are going to be obsessed with the K18 just make sure you only use 2 squirts because that's all it takes. Im very heavy handed with product. I mean I guess if your hair is damaged it wouldn't hurt to use a couple extra the 1st time. Your hair always looks really good though.

Toner should be mixed with no more then a 10 vol, usually less .. I personal use 5 vol... like semi permanent, it's deposit only and shouldn't be causing damage ... and seriously if you ever have any questions about color or hair in general, feel free to message me anytime ...
