Ellen Wille | Drive Wig Review| Drive Compared To On Point And Ceremony | Bernstein Rooted

Hi everyone. Thank you so much for joining me today. I'M going to be reviewing drive by ellen villa in the color bernstein rooted. This is a brand new style to ellen villas, perucci line and when i saw it, i i just fell in love with it, but you know i have to tell you when i ordered the bernstein rooted. I thought it was going to be like tobacco rooted or maybe not as dark as tobacco rooted, but i was thinking it would it wasn't. I never thought it was going to be this light. Let'S put it this way, but i think it's really pretty. I'Ve never worn one as light as this, but it's the first time for everything and i felt all right, i'm going to be adventurous and i actually received many compliments on it. But yeah bottom line. It'S not about me! I'M reviewing it it's about you and if you would like this style for you to see the style for you to see the color, it's not if it looks good on me or not, but i just happen to really like this one all right. Let'S talk a little bit about the color first, i'm going to let you know what ellen bella says about this color ellenville says that it is a light brown base with subtle, light, honey blonde and light butterscotch blonde, highlighting highlighting on dark roots. I'M going to tell you what i see i do see the butterscotch and i do see the honey. I definitely do, but i also see some platinum there, maybe not a lot, but i feel that there is some platinum, the color, while the butterscotch is going to be warm, the honey is going to be warm, it doesn't look as warm and when i take you Outside you'll see what i'm talking about, it doesn't seem as warm as it does in my studio lights. I just want to let you know about that in case you look, it doesn't see, it looks pretty neutral, it doesn't seem as cool as a platinum or a silver, but it also is not as warm as, let's say, a mocha with cream from belletress. This style has a center monofilament part. We have a lace front. That is, i think, it's just impeccable. I think it is just as beautiful as can be. It is also, unlike some of my other ellen villas. This one is a heat friendly. It'S heat friendly, fibers, the fibers are so soft and so wispy and it just it just feels luxurious. I i think it is a gorgeous style, but i think that what would have made it really perfect would have been a monofilament top, because i know that not everyone loves the center part. I'M a 70s girl. I can deal with the center part. That'S all i've ever worn, and someone on the facebook page asked me if i could cut bangs in here and, as you can see, yes, bangs are doable the measurements on drive uh the front is 12, the crown is 13, the sides are nine and a half And the name is seven: let me do a spin, so you can see drive on all sides, something that i didn't mention about. The color ellen villa describes it as a dark root. To me, a dark root is what we have in in belletress, with the let's say, the mocha, with cream or some of the other ones, my mellow, by estetica, with the chrome iron t1b. We have a very dark stark root, but while this root is dark or darker for sure than the rest of it it just. I feel that it blends very very nicely down to me. It looks more like a medium brown. It doesn't seem like a dark brown you're not going to find any permatease and drive. If you like a lot of proof, you may not care for it if you prefer something a little flatter, something that doesn't have an awful lot of volume. You'Re, certainly going to love drive because you're not going to have a lot of proof, there's really no, no permatease whatsoever. She does have a good amount of hair, but i don't think it's over the top. I think it's perfect for this style when i first applied this style, i thought of ceremony from belletress i thought of on point by raquel welch. This is very similar to those styles. So if you have ceremony, do you need ellen villa's drive that all depends on what you're looking for, if you are looking for something, maybe a little longer with the ends a little bit more shattered, i would say: uh a little there there's a little bit more Unevenness than you would find on ceremony, and certainly more so than on on point because on point is more turned in, but this is heat friendly fibers. You can certainly change the style all right. Let'S take a look at the cap. We have a center part and we have temple to temple, lace, front, ear, tabs, nice and soft extended nape and we do have some stretch and we have velcro adjusters and right here on the sides that is now permatease. That is that overlay of mesh to that provides more comfort for someone that has a sensitive scalp, very, very nice, very comfortable. I'Ve got a 21.75 circumference and i've gotten a 14 ear to ear ellen villa states that their caps will fit 21 to 22 inches. Let'S not look so much at my hairline, because my hairline is very low and you may not have such a low hairline as i do. The ear tabs come fairly low. I have yet i don't have any wigs that will cover my hairline. That is something that i just have to deal with the same with the back, it's very, very low, but nevertheless it comes down fairly. It has good coverage if you do not have the low hairline as i do. You can add a pretty headband as i used to wear in the 70s and then take some behind the ears back. If you want to do a low pony, if you want to do a bun, you can do that as well. She certainly has the length for it all right.
