I Tried To Dye My Curly Hair Without Bleach This Is What Happened! Ft Asteria Hair | The Tastemaker

So today we have some hair from Asteria hair. Here is the box that your wig will come in inside you get a free wig cap mine is brown. You also get some hair care instructions like this. You also get some elastic and a silk dust bag. So you can store your wig in it later. This dust bag is also very deep. You can fit a really long wig in here, and they also put a stereo hair right here on the straps. So this is the wig that we will be reviewing today. It is a six by six fourteen inch curling unit, and this is a lace closure unit that the company actually made. So this is the inside construction of the wig. You do get some combs three combs to be exact and, of course you get the adjustable straps per usual. One thing I like about this unit is that it is a six by six, so there is a lot of space for parting. I will be using two boxes of laurio high color in the color magenta, some 40 volume developer, and I will also be using this mixing bowl here that I use in almost every video what snow. Once you have applied the dyes to your hair, you want to wrap it up in a plastic bag like this. I just took a Ralph's shopping bag, split it in half and that's pretty much what I used here and I just let this sit for about 30-40 minutes. Okay, you guys, so I went ahead and I colored the unit. I just went ahead and rinse all of that dye out of the hair, and then I washed it with a sulfate-free color defense shampoo from ion and then of course I conditioned the wig as well put some. It'S attend, leave-in conditioner spray on it and then I just let it dry. So how much you guys know right now. I messed up the lace on my wig. I'Ve done this before and I've never ruined the lace, but this one time I ruined the lace. You guys so I mean hey. This is what but the color came out beautiful. So that's great. The only thing is, I just tried this wig on you guys and the freaking wig is thin. It'S so thin. It'S so thin that I'm gon na use got to be spray because I'm not going to be keeping this wig on so there. That is because I can't I can't go outside and stand away like I'm gon na. Do it for the video just for the review to show you guys this particular wig, but I would not wear this particular wig. I was ugly, I mean just for the simple fact that the wig is thin and, like I don't even care about the lesbian, tinting rigs cuz. I couldn't always get around that. You feel me, but you can't get around though thin and I'm waiting for the hair to dry and it's like it's drying, but it's not thick enough. Yet it's like. I don't know what to do about that, like it's still not thick like how I need it to be, so I'm not very happy with that right now. It is definitely bothering me so I'm gon na go ahead and put my got to be spray on and then hurry up, because I have to go out to lunch and I'm just like girl. I thought she was just gon na be good and ready for me, but I mean this week is a 6x6 closure unit. I will say this is my first time ever wearing a closed unit that was made from a company they're, usually lace, front units. I would put foundation underneath, but I don't really feel like it's gon na make a difference, but you guys see how pretty the red color came out. I mean the color is great. Don'T get me wrong, I like the color, but I mean it ends. It begins with the color. This saying is not supposed to be like this. Oh, I don't even adjust the straps girls so ready to get this wings over widow just like. Why, like this is what I'm talking about like this is a perfect example for companies like for future companies, forest area hair. I always get a stereo here and I'm never like dissatisfied, but this one time I'm definitely not satisfied with the unit, because it's too thin like stop trying to be cheap saving money and then sending us these thin as wigs and it's a perfect example y'all be Like, oh, they send all the youtubers a good wig girl bye. They said that's what they send us. They stealing this the same thing that they selling on do not be bad people like to say that, but I don't believe it's true so yeah. This is the wig on is dry. I don't like this curl pattern in this hair. It'S like frizzy on the ends, and I don't think that has anything to do with me. Coloring, the hair, because I've used this product on several different hair, like curly, hair companies and micro pattern, is still popping this one. I don't know about so much like because I feel like even once I like like wedding, and then it dries it's nice. It'S not gon na be the same right. I don't know, but yeah just way too thin. For me. I don't like this wig, I'm just gon na. Let you guys know that now I don't like your wig. I don't like it not at all. Anyway. I'M gon na go ahead and cut the lace off of here. I don't even know if it's like fully tacked down or not at this point, I'm just like girl, whatever they don't. Piss me off, like I'm, really irritated by the fact that my wig is thin. Cuz I like the color, I like how the color came out, but it's like. I can't even freaking, wear the wig, how I wanna wear it, because the wig is thin, vikas crazy and I accidentally cut some hair off and I'm like dang. I don't want to cut no hair off. I need as much hair as I can get you so yeah. This is what you know. It'S looking like right here. Oh my god, this looks so bad. I'M gon na have to cut off some more lace like as much less as possible. I can't leave no extra lace. Shotty you got ta just be straight up here: okay and then I'm gon na try to fix it with like some baby hair, real, quick, we're gon na see how that works out cuz. I'M you see what I'm saying like. So I don't like how this curl pattern drives. Like I don't know if I would have had this hair black at first and then I colored it. Maybe I can give you guys a good you know app and on this actual hair, but I mean I don't know I don't know, I'm not happy right now, like I'm really not happy like. I don't know what to tell ya, and it's like I want to like the wig, but I'm not going to lie to myself. I'M not gon na lie to you guys and tell y'all that I love something when I don't and because it's hair is so thin. I'M just like what can I do with this like? What can I really realistically do with this hair? Look how thin this is. It looks stupid as [ __ ], like I'm, going to finesse it though, and try to make it look huge. I was thinking about cutting into a bob, but I mind, even if I was to cut it into a bob right here, like I don't know cuz. If I cut it in a bottle, I'm gon na for sure have to wear it down the middle. I mean I could wear it flipped over, but it's just not giving it. This hair is just not and the curl pattern is in there. You feel me like a get curly, but it's just like no sound and I cut the baby hair is pretty small. Oh, my god, it's just! This is just gon na be a disaster. Oh my god. I don't know your. This is just really bad, like usually I'm able to just try to like just finesse to just you know, try to make it work right now, like I'm. So irritated, I don't even want to make it work like I really don't like. Oh my god, really look like I got a helmet on this [ __ ] was bad bad. The color came out cute, but I like this point, I'm like what do I do with this wig. I'M just gon na go ahead and cut it. Okay, I'm not too kitty, I'm not to cut it in making it to a bob, because, like look how thin this wig is, I'm not guys I'd really pissing me off right now, don't send me nothing we're somewhere, I'm just gon na say that much right now Do not send me a thing, wait if there's another company watching this video and you want your wig reviewed or your hair review by me - do not send me a thing wig, because it's absurd is unacceptable. Cutting the hair makes it look a little bit thicker. You know what I mean: that's why I couldn't because it ends is like thin and there's a lot thicker up front. I don't know it's just it helps it out, because the bottom part is a lot thinner. You see what I'm saying then this part that's about. Thicker right here and if you guys have been following me for a minute, then you guys already know about that guy. You guys know about that guy. You know that I've used it so many times before, and it's worked out fine for me. So the fact that all of a sudden is issues like I'm trying to make it work, I'm really trying here like try to make it look some type of good, but right now I'm just not it's not doing it for me cuz. I can't wear it down the middle because if I wear down the middle, I messed up the lace, that's completely my fault, but outside of just the lace like the hair. I'M just I wonder if I can put makeup on the roots and then with that he'll. Let me see if I got my foundation right here, I got a little brush. I can use I'll use this brush my eyebrow brush and I'm gon na try to do what I can with this part. At least you know what I mean like, if I'm not going to style it in any kind of way at least give the hair that much credit. You know it's actually not that bad. The now that I've also put the mousse on it. Okay, we're trying to that's how I'm telling you I'm a finesse or like I'm gon na, do my best to try and make it work. But you know I can only do so much. No, I'm just puttin, I'm only using this brush because it's an eyebrow brush and it can make like a straight line so - and I have a part now fish, I'm trying to cover this place up with this foundation, all right, so the foundation definitely helped. Okay, I'm still not gon na say like oh. I just love this hair now because my foundation is fixed. Should I need to put some more foundation right here, so the color will be a lot brighter once it dries like how the roots are. You guys can see actually up close like this. What it's looking like, I feel like I'm like, and maybe I should have put something on some earrings or something I mean that so after I cut it, I would say that this wig is probably about 10 to 12 inches or so in certain parts like right Here this is probably about like 10 inches right here in the front, because it's a little bit shorter down here, it's probably more so like a 12. If you want it to you know, you can definitely what kind of like it like that, because it almost acts like a little bit of a layer in the front. But I really like how my hair finally turned out in the beginning. You guys saw that I was not happy with my hair and I did my best to finesse it. You know the legs was looking crazy. The the wig was kind of thin sis and I'm like girl. I don't know what's going on my wig right now, but I'm gon na need this to come together. It'S it's because it just wasn't looking cute, but once I cut it and you know finessed it a little bit now it looks cute so forest area hair. I definitely love their company. I love their hair most of the time this particular wig, I'm not too crazy about it's, not something that I'm not gon na run off and get my stuff, but it still is a decent wig, and I do want to review this for them, because this is Their six by six closure unit. I have never reviewed a closure unit like a closure wig from a company, so I was really excited to try this one out like when they tell me about I'm like okay, that's different, that's new, so I definitely wanted to try out the 6x6 closure by, even Though you know it is a closure you're not really going to be doing that much with it. I feel like. If I didn't mess up my lace, then I definitely could have done like a different hairstyle with it, but because I ruined the legs getting this color, you know I couldn't do what I probably could have done, but I think all in all, like the end result Came out really cute, I was definitely worried about this hair. I'M not gon na flex. You already so I was definitely worried about it, but we made it work so a lot of times when it comes to hair. Sometimes that's what you bend up having to do. Just try to make it work work with what you have period. The color came out cute. I really like this color on me. I'M pretty sure a lot of you guys are gon na love, this color as well so Asterion hair. Definitely you try to make our wigs a little bit thicker. You know a lot of times companies like to save money by giving us like thinner wigs, but I mean, if you give like a youtuber somebody, that's doing your review a standing wig. Then the customers are also going to assume that they're gon na get a thin wig, and especially it was going to have your company name on it like. If it's my company, I'm gon na be trying to send out the best of the best period, whether it be a customer, an everyday customer, whether it be a youtuber that I'm trying to get to help me promote my company and promote my business. I'M gon na send you the best of the best period it doesn't matter who it is because it has my name on it. I want to make sure when people speak of my name or speak of my company, they're speaking of it to the highest degree. I really do like this hair. What we'll say that the Herod is not giving me any issues, no tangling, as you guys can see. It'S tangle free, it's not shedding at all, like you guys, wan na see any hair on my head. Oh maybe whatever there's one strand right here. Y'All can't even see that nope can't see it. But it's one strand right here and that's all that I got but other than that this hair is not shedding and if there is any type of shedding, especially seeing how I just finished. Cutting my hair - and I don't have hair lice - is shedding all over the place like that. I was worried, but I still think that this wig is worth checking out for yourself. Even if you didn't want to dye it red and you wanted to leave it like in the regular state like maybe you know that I did something to this particular for you here - it's never happened before, but it possibly could have happened. It just hasn't happened to me before that's kind of the whole purpose of the brand. This product is specifically made to protect your curls, your hair pattern in general.
