Skunk Stripe + High Bun On Natural Hair! (No Bleach Or Dye)

Hi welcome or welcome back to my channel in this video, as you can tell by the title today, i'm going to be attempting to dye my hair, i'm sure you guys have seen videos of people doing the skunk stripe hair videos, mainly i've, seen them on like Tic tac and stuff i've seen a couple on youtube, but basically i'm going to be taking pieces of my hair and dyeing them now. For me, i'm going to be doing this tutorial with no bleach. I'M not going to be bleaching. My hair dyeing my hair or anything like that, if you're not new to my channel you've, seen that i have like a couple other videos on my channel of me dyeing my hair with hair wax. If you want to do bleach, you want to do dye. Go ahead and do that, but this is for people that don't want to put dye and bleach and all that on my hair and then also this for people who want a temporary hair dye on their hair. Also because i don't know how this is going to turn out, i want to use this instead of using real dye. So today, i'm using this one right here. This is in the color gold um i've seen like reviews on amazon. I got this from amazon, but i've seen reviews of it in pictures. This is what it looks like. I don't know what happened to mine, but this is what it looks like um. It looks kind of orangey orange, yellow gold um. Hopefully, on my hair, it turns out right, but i'm going to be using this today, instead of using bleach. So with all that being said, we can go ahead and start putting this on my hair, i've seen people who, like have i've, seen people who have like one whole side of their head done. I'Ve seen people that have like a little patch here. I'Ve seen people that have some done in like the very back of their head like back here. I want the back part done here and then i want like a piece right here. Maybe i'm gon na go ahead and do that. I'M gon na do that. I'M gon na just make like a part, and i don't think it has to be neat either it's just it's gon na all kind of be there. So i'm gon na make a part and try to keep it as neat as possible. So i don't get hair. I mean hair wax everywhere. I'M gon na do this section right here, so my first one all parted out and done. I'M gon na go ahead and tie this part up here for the back part, i'm not even gon na. Like part it i'm gon na just use my hands and just pull out some hair on the back. My hair is not washed either, but that is okay. I honestly plan on washing this out today. I don't know we'll see i'm gon na start on the back. First also, when i do this, i'm going to make sure i get the roots also just because i've seen people they get their roots, so i want the roots to get done this time around. Usually i don't i try to avoid the roots. Okay, that's enough on that section back there, i'm gon na go ahead and move on to the front here. I think i'm gon na do a mid bun, because that way you'll be able to see everything. You can see the back and the front all right so and then, if anything does transfer or like come off, i can add more stuff to it. You know so for the rest of my hair, my hair is super dry, pull it up into this bun. For the hair, that's out right here, i'm gon na go ahead and brush this part up and like this on the side. Here, i'm gon na go ahead and brush this up and then i'm gon na add these two pieces last just use one of these. For this ponytail and then when i pull it all together, i'm gon na have two scrunchies to pull together. It'S actually cute like this having to bang out i'm not gon na leave it out, though, but maybe another tutorial i'll do that brush this into the ponytail and then whatever i feel like. I don't have enough gold in my hair, but also my hair is wet. So maybe it will change now, once i put my hair up into this bun completely, i'm gon na go ahead and add more uh hair wax to these sections because i feel like it doesn't look gold looking in the mirror and kind of on camera. It doesn't look like there's enough gold, but it's okay. I can always go back and add more. I hope this does not come out crazy. This is what it looks like right now. I'M gon na go ahead and do my edges, i'm first gon na. Do this side, obviously - because i don't want nothing messing up so on this part here i kind of stopped talking for a while. So i want to come on here with the voiceover to explain everything else. I'M doing so, i just use my edge brush. I'M doing my edges, but i'm also using the wax the hair wax i'm putting it on the brush and using that kind of like as a gel um. Then i'm also going back in on just my hair and i'm putting more of that wax on there. I felt like it was really kind of blotchy and, like a lot of pieces of hair, didn't have wax on it. So i kept going back in with my brush there and like slowly putting it on certain places. Now i'm pulling my hair up into the bun. This is the final bun that i'm gon na do i'm making it super tight and wrapping it around like three times so once i get it on there, i'm gon na kind of tighten my hair a little bit. Also, my hair was feeling really dry, so i put some water only on the ends of my hair and i'm wrapping my hair around itself into the bun. After that, i had a little bit of flyaways, so i put some gel on that small brush and i'm brushing my hair and i'm only doing it on the part of my hair that has no wax on it and then i'm going to the other side, and I put a little bit more hair wax on there. I feel, like it still looked a little bit blotchy, but i just went with it. So this is what my hair looks like once i finished um. My hair is not 100 dry, it's more. Like 50 60 dry, so i feel like when it dries all the way. It'Ll look a little bit better, but this is how it looks right now and what i'm showing this is what this part looks like in the front. I went ahead and did my edges and i wiped it down um with the white. I had some like wax on my eyelashes on my face here, my neck ears, everything so i wiped all that down and then this is what the back of the hair looks. Like i didn't really look at the back so much when i was actually doing my hair, it's not bad, it's not horrible. I definitely am going to wash this out today. I feel like it is more of a like, yellow goldish color. If you do want to try this out using hair wax, you can use the gold, maybe orange or any color, actually that you want to use it doesn't matter what color, because i've seen people do purple all types of their colors, but i want to do the Bleach or the blonde bleach gold color, but that's all for this video hope you guys, like my little attempt of doing this hairstyle this hair coloring process.
