How I Dyed This Hair Red Without Bleach | Beginner Friendly | Wiggins Hair | Mrs J Roche

Hey fam and welcome back to the channel, so yes, this is happening. A girl did a thing and now we're red, never thought i'd see the day, but here we are, and i love it. I love my hair so much i'll leave all the information about the hair itself down in the description box below i've done jet black, like a million times but never read. This is my first time doing red. I actually went to youtube university. That'S my school of choice and they just make it look so easy, like they speed everything up, and it just looks so easy and quick, and i just i left feeling like i could do that. I could do that. I could at least try doing it. So i just felt like giving it a try, and this is how it turned out - and i love it so i'm standing in front of this window because i want to give you the most accurate depiction of the actual color in natural lighting bro. What not the juicy girls, so this is all the hair to the front and i just put some wand curls in it. So this is what the hair looks like from the back. It is red red. I don't know how it's coming off on camera. It kind of looks more of a burgundy tone, but it's red sis. Hopefully you will enjoy this video and maybe it will inspire you to try something new so now without further ado, let's go ahead and jump into it. So i'm using this 40 volume developer, two pairs of gloves actually doubled up. I'M gon na use this brush for the frontal this empty bleaching powder tub for the color and these combs. So the color that i'm using is from high color highlights i'm using two magentas and one red, and then i cut up a few pieces of foil for the frontal okay. So with these tubes of color, i actually cut it from the bottom. Just so i can get as much product out as possible versus going through the top of the tube. It was a lot easier like that. So with the developer, it's supposed to be one-third for every tube of color. So i have three tubes of color, so i'm going to do a cup of developer and i actually ended up adding like another 3 4 cup of developer. Now i'm not a professional cosmetologist, but i do know that the more developer you have the more product you will have - and i wanted this color to stretch as much as possible. So i'm just mixing it up really really good, and this is what the consistency looks. Like okay, listen, so this part right here i am being a little sloppy, but that is because my objective right now is to just get this color onto the back of the hair. I always start from the back and work my way up, and i'm really just trying to at this point get the color on the hair and then i will go back and focus my attention on being a little bit more detailed. But right now i'm just getting the color on the back of the hair. So now that the back of the hair is covered with color, i'm just going through and parting individual, smaller sections and then really just getting in there and being a lot more detailed. In terms of my application, getting in all the nooks and crannies and just focusing on saturating the hair with this color, so now i'm going to go in with my got to be glued freeze spray, and i am going to spray a pretty generous amount around the Perimeter of my frontal, just because i figured if i spray it really really good, then i am less likely to get red dye all over my frontal and it actually worked honestly. Okay. So for me the frontal is the most important part. So, as you can see, i'm doing much smaller sections, i didn't pull that brush out and i am just going to take my time and really focus my attention on applying this color to every strand is so i'll. Show you again once more in real time. Just so, you can get a close-up look of what i'm actually doing and yeah i'm just gon na. Do this same process from one side of the frontal to the other and you'll see throughout the video, as i get closer to the top. That'S when i start using the foil just to try my best to protect my roots from being colored and if you haven't already done so. This is the perfect time for you to hit that subscribe button. So at this point the color's been on for a good two and a half hours actually probably closer to three hours. So now i'm just taking off the foil and then going back through the hair once again brushing it through making sure that every strand is color colored every yes colored and covered with color. And then i'm gon na go back in with more color to just completely saturate the hair. Once i do that, i'm gon na recover it again for another 45 minutes. It was just a misunderstanding. So now i am shampooing the hair. I do this three times and then i deep condition it and i'm gon na, let it sit in a bag of deep conditioner overnight. I meant everything i said you don't have to search no more okay fam. So this is what we looking like on day. Two not too bad. This is actually the underside, which is the darkest part. The lightest part is up top. I'Ve already started sectioning it off. This is the middle section, so that's the frontal, which is the brightest part that actually turned out pretty good. You know i got ta go back in and do it again. I mean this is a beautiful color. Don'T get me wrong? You really could stop right here, but i need a little bit more red says. I need a little bit more red, so i might go back in once more this time. I'M gon na do one red and one magenta with the 40 volume developer instead of two to one i'm gon na do one to one and hopefully that will do the tricks, and i want you to meet my parents. Your best, i mean everything. I said you don't have to search no more, you don't need to worry. Oh, oh, oh good! Oh, oh! Okay! So after i finish up with the second round of color, i'm going in with this brooklyn bombshell heat protecting spray. This is by far the best heat protectant. I have ever used whether it's on a wig, whether it's on my natural hair. I love it so much. It protects my hair from the heat and it makes it feel so so soft. So oh, so it is day. Three people day number three of this hair coloring process and i just wanted to slow this part down. So you can really see the true color in the daylight. It is so beautiful, it's so rich. It is red red like in the sunlight. It is red and it's really pretty huh wow, you, okay, so that is going to be it for today's video. I hope you guys enjoyed it.
