Grey Highlights?!?! | Sophiology X Alipearl Wig | Alipearl Hair

What'S up you guys, it's your kidnapping, tour and welcome back to my channel. So in today's video i am reviewing this gray and black highlight wig honey. The grannies could never and i'm gon na just start there. The grannies could never okay. This wig is so so bomb. I was so excited to do this review, so if you guys are interested in seeing what's up with this wig and the install stay tuned, all right, you guys, so this is a one and only ally, pearl hair review. This is what comes inside the box, of course, you're going to have your wig um. Once you get your pick out the way, then you have a nice elastic band, you have a little silk scarf thing and then we have our wig cap. We also have a little eyelash set um and then we have a cheetah, little soap, silk wrap and then we have our satin bag and our hair care low cards. So this is what the wig looks like in the package. This is a 24 inch 13 by 4 frontal unit um, and it is 180 density. One thing about ali pearl honey, they're, going to give you them inches; okay, because this wig, like it's 24 inches, but it's down to my butt, literally okay, so um. This is what the lace looks like. It has three clips on the inside two on the side, one on the bottom as well as adjustable straps, and it is a true 13x4. Let'S get into this install so first things. First, i already have my wig cap on. If you guys need to learn how to add to my wig caps, i have other videos that include that, but this one i just i just couldn't do it again, so my wig cap is already on, and i already have my makeup on my wig cap. So now i'm just using my razor comb and cutting along my hairline just to make that ball cap, so real, quick. Actually what this wig looked like after i plucked it and straightened it and washed it bleach the knots all that good stuff. This is what homegirl was looking like after i was done. Y'All really just don't understand how hyped i was for this wig like this okay. So now i am getting ready to apply my glue, so this glue is the glue. By has that hair that i've been using in my past couple videos um, i literally this was my last little bit of the glue. I ran out of glue after this, so i'm going to do two layers of this glue and then you know same same ordeal once the first layer dries do the second layer. One second layer is like you know, kind of tacky, then we're going to put on the wig. So that's what i'm doing right here all right! So my camera positioning was a little bit bad at this part um, but right here, i'm just placing the lace directly in the glue and then i'm just going to use my comb and push that in you guys already know the routine. This is more of a review for the hair, because this wig is just so bomb. This is my review for the wig versus an install video. If you want to like a detailed, install video, this is probably not the video for you. This is more of a wig review, so that's what i'm doing right here, i'm just pushing um the lace into the glue. So once that's done, i'm just going to put my hair into a little clip and then i am going to put on my elastic band. You guys already know the elastic band um. I use this thick brown one just because, like i don't know, i just like the thick bins, but i still do use those skinny black bands that they sent in the packages. I still do use those, but i use those more for when i'm styling my hair, but i use the thick band for like when i'm really trying to like lay the lace. So that's what i'm doing right here and then once i'm done putting that on. I'M going to take my hot comb and begin molding, my wig, how i want it to lay. I want it to be very, very flat, so i'm just taking my hot comb and i'm going over. My part just to you know, get that nice and laid. So now i'm just taking my blow dryer and i'm just blow drying over that um. You know a lot of people use the blow dryer first like when i'm on the comb step, but i feel like this method works better for me. So now i'm taking off my elastic band, um god bless me and then i am taking my makeup brush and i'm just going over that lace. Uh one thing about this glue, though i will say, is that it does leave like a lot of white residue. So this was the first install for this wig, but when i did the second install, i did use ghostbun and i did like how that looked better than this glue, for this particular install. I don't know like i don't know, but for second install. I definitely use the boho, i mean i'm sorry, i use ghostbun. So sorry it was go spawn. So now i'm just taking my hot comb and i'm just combing those edges back and then i'm going to go ahead and cut my lace. I cut my lace with the same eyebrow razor um, i feel like it gives it more like a jagged edge, so yeah. I use my eyebrow razor for this step. One thing about the heavy-duty hair, though they do have this really good glue. Stick: it's like a glue pen, rather i'd rather say um, so you see how that little part right. There is coming up by my ear. So now i'm just going to use that pen from has the daddy hair. This pen is like so a one because it gets exactly where you need it to go versus trying to like. You know like it's just perfect, it's just a perfect tool, so um. I really do like this. I wish that other companies made these pins as well, because they're like a1, so i'm just putting that glue right there, i'm going to let i'm going to cut my lace on the other side, while i'm letting that glue dry before i place that down. So i'm actually going to use that pin on both sides, because once i got to the bottom of that, as you can see, my ear part was lifted up on that side too. So i'm using the glue pen on both sides. So now i'm just pushing that down. I'M going to use my little edges, comb, the comb part on my edges brush and i'm just going to push it down with that. You know it's so useful to have small tools when you have funnels and stuff like it's. Just so useful to have, you know, glue pens, small combs, small brushes, like you know like just to get those areas where you can't really get to with big products, if that makes sense, um so yeah. So now, i'm just gon na. Do my baby hairs um! You know same routine, so i'm not going to talk your arrow from this part, i'm just gon na. Let you guys watch all right so now that my edges are done. My baby hair is right. There. Now i'm taking my erica j um slick stick and i'm just putting that all over my edges and just molding that wig as to you know where i want stuff to lay how i want it to look. Um wax sticks, hot combs um. You know all them type of things: they're going to really make or break your install. So, like i really highly recommend that you have those things they're going to give you that flat, look they're going to make you look nice and you know it's going to make it look polished. So, like i said before, ollie pearl is going to give you them inches. Okay, like this is a 24 inch. This is what i meant by give you the inches. It'S literally down to my butt, like the bottom of the hair, is on my butt so that yeah they're going to give you dimensions so right. Now i'm going to curl my hair, i'm just using a regular curling wand and i'm just curling the hair away from my face, as you guys can see, i went and beat my face. I put that little black elastic band. I was talking about one, the one that i use when i'm styling the hair yeah. I went and put that on as well and now i'm just um curling, my hair yo. These curls came out so so bomb like they were bomb um, so yeah. This is not really nothing to talk over, so yeah just make sure you guys are subscribed to my channel. As you know, usual, and also this is the sofiology wig - i don't know if you guys follow sociology but definitely check her um youtube out. She is like amazing. I love her so make sure you guys um subscribe to her too so now that i'm done with that first side, i'm going to go ahead and spray that with some spritz and let those curls sit before i comb them out. So now i'm just starting on my other side, i always do the top first, you know get get stuff laid in the front, how you want it to lay um and then i'm just doing the same exact thing on the other side and just flipping how i'm Curling, the hair um at all times, you want the hair to be curled away from your face, depending on what side you're on so yeah same routine, not if those curls have set on the other side, i'm going to go ahead and comb. Those out look. Oh, my god, it's so bomb. I can't even feel to see the final results, because it's so bad. This is how the curls came out. You guys it's a betty. All of the gray hair grannies are trembling in their boots baby, because what look at this hair? Oh my gosh yo, i love this wig. I got so many compliments on it like oh right there, i'm just taking some foundation and just putting it down the middle of the part, because i just like how it gives a more defined look guys. Look at this unit like look at it. This unit is so freaking bomb like it's just so bomb it's the curls for me, and this is not what this is without even having baby hairs on it. Like i put the baby hair back up like this, is without baby hairs like look at the curls, like people have been asking me like. Oh, how did you dye this like? What'S the color, what colors did you use to die this baby? It came this way. It came this way you can't beat it like you're, literally getting the most perfect colored pre-colored wig, and you don't have to do nothing, that's hard. All you do is install it. That'S it. I love me a wig that i can literally just buy and i don't have to color myself like i'm, not a colorist, and if anybody out there is not colorist either like these are the kind of wigs that girls like us need to be buying like pre-colored.
