Finally Trying My Gray/Grey Headband Wig

Hi guys so just coming on to quickly show you this headband wig um. I bought it off of amazon, and i remember when i did a previous video, where i was showing uh different hair pieces and whatnot. I showed you this this one um, but i have this is my first time actually putting it on so it is. This is how the pearls look. They'Re, not very soft curls, though i got ta say that so my problems with this is: it is very dark. All right, so it it seems to be more on the black side. There'S a lot of frizzing as well see it just came out of the package and that's um, that's how it looks so, there's a lot of frizzing and um to me it is um. It'S very dark, so um, i'm gon na, have to work on this and i will shape it up a bit and then come back and show you guys what it looks like once once i've done some work on it right. So i'm back um been paring. This down for a bit um feel like i've, been doing a lot of chopping. It looks a bit better, um, there's no product in it. Yet this is it in its um original um state. So a little bit less frizzy um still a bit. I think i still have a bit more to go um, but it is very plasticky um like coarse and it's you know some synthetic hair like you know it feels soft and manageable. This is not bad um. So there's that, but again it's you know. You'Re shopping online, so this is um that you can expect. I guess so. I'M gon na keep working on it just wanted to show you my progress and um show you. Oh this show you this so yeah. I just wanted to show you um the result of what i've taken off so far, um just frizz and you know, and some of the hard parts because, as i was saying, it feels plasticky so like this wasn't necessarily frizz. But it is like hard like plastic. So that's what i've been doing, i'm working on that, so i'm going to keep working on it and hopefully style it put some product in it and then i'll come back and show you the final look hi there. So i just wanted to come back on and show you um how i finished off this hair um. I have what have i done to it so i've washed it conditioned it. It has a weak spray and gel, and this is what it's looking like, and this is after much much trimming um a lot of frizz in this hair. A lot a lot, a lot, a lot so um. It'S it's been a lot of work, um, not sure how much i would rate this. Probably i'd, probably rate this hair six, it just um yeah. It is coarse, like i said, um there's some like real plasticky um pieces in here, and it's not one of the softer um synthetic type bum wigs. Now, in terms of the gray, this was a gray black mix, so i had really wanted a headband wig. So i um i went with the gray black, even sort of knowing that it would be a little bit darker than what um i was hoping for, but um i put tried to put in um some of my um silver um, some of my silver gel to Lighten it up just a little bit so um that is also in here and um. This is it. This is how the back looks um. Hopefully i got all the frizz, i'm kind of feeling some frizz right here but yeah, giving you a good view of the hair and its texture. So all in all um i wasn't able to find a um gray, headband wig i searched. I searched high and low. This one i got on amazon, so of course i scooped it up. For that reason i mean it's fine, i mean other than the texture, which i think is probably the part about it. That bothers me. The most is the texture other than that. It'S fine um, yeah i'll, probably pair it down a little bit more. I mean i know, i'm gon na have to continuously be doing that because of the frizz and the fur is also you know, um part of the big drawback for me. So this is um. What it came in and again uh, as i said, i got it off of amazon um, it came with um came with another band and um, of course, a wig cap. So these all came in the package. I'M not um. Actually, there's more on the package. You know what i've had this hair, because if you watch um, my hairstyles video i've had this hair for a little bit, and this is the first that i've broken it out of its packaging and, oh okay. So i didn't even know all this time. I had this in here, so i actually got the lashes with it um and bobby pins and as i oh two so one headband and two headbands so um all in all the um. You know the supplier is not a bad supplier. I mean the packaging. Was nice um for me, it's the texture of the hair and i know um some will say: well you know it's synthetic hair. What more do you really expect? So i'm just looking over another mirror there. What more do you expect with synthetic hair, but um all synthetic hair is not created equal, i would say um, because there are some that are very, very soft and you know the texture of them um and it's not the entire hair. That'S coarse, there's just some real there's some pieces where your hand will touch them and pass through. You think, there's a bobby pin stuck in the hair. I mean that's how coarse some of these pieces are. So that would be my um biggest drawback and i don't know if um, whatever finishing they used on the hair, if that's, what caused it to frizz as much, but i know typically with curly hair, you will get some fizzing but um. As far as i can see it, this one is a little bit more and i showed you earlier in the video um some, the hair that i was cutting out. I actually doubled doubled that pile. I didn't capture the the end result. I should have um. So that's it um! If you want to try it for yourself, then by all means you can go ahead and do that sorry, i've got stuff all over me, gray, hair when you wear black with gray or i'm used to it by now um.
