So come hang out with me today we are going to skip dinner and go right to dessert coming up so we're getting into november we're kind of coming back inside we're putting our sweaters on we're, bringing out some spicier colors all the way around and we're thinking About baking, again heating up those ovens and making those pies and breads and cookies again, thanksgiving is right around the corner and i can already smell the nutmegs coming from the pumpkin pies and all of those wonderful chocolate, desserts, so i'll be reviewing some hair along with Some new julia jewelry, a beautiful luscious dessert like colors and textures, we're gon na get started. First with this envy style. This is envy's scarlett. I have not reviewed this style or color before it's in the color golden nutmeg, so you can just smell those pumpkin pies baking that french toast all the wonderful desserts that can be made with an aromatic nutmeg. It starts with like a light to medium auburn brown, so you're gon na see it's a very warm toasty shade and it has lots to offer in terms of dimension, and then i see two types of highlights here. I see a light. Gold blonde highlight warm gold blonde, and then i see more of a neutral blonde highlight in in there as well boy. Doesn'T that just really dress it up makes it pop? Doesn'T it very well blended highlights, and all of that is on a medium brown root? I think the root is done very well, it's more ash and tone, it's very believable and it transitions lightly into the main body of the color, lovely, lovely, delicious color. By envy. Let'S introduce our julia piece today. They sent me this ring for review. This is the crossover sterling silver women's band and i am literally in love with this band um. I didn't you, don't know what to expect sometimes from the photos, but i am always blown away by the quality, look and feel of these pieces, and what is so delicious about this is that it features some chocolate and white diamond stone. Julia stones, there's 23 stones in this dainty little band. It'S made from the 925 silver, which is the highest grades, uh sterling silver. It'S situated in a rose gold, toned band, it's 1.35 carats and, like i said, features 23 chocolate and white diamond julia stones and see this little tie in the middle, so the bands cross over and then they're kind of tied right in the middle. I think it's delicious just the combination of the stones and the rose gold. It goes perfectly with my sweater today. Doesn'T it the chocolate diamonds? Aren'T watery looking they're very rich in tone, they look like real chocolate diamonds, guys the white diamonds, just sparkle and glisten like a real diamond. Okay i'll keep you guessing on more of those details. Let'S get back to scarlet by envy. So, like i said, this does come in a petite size also, but in my case i am wearing the average size now. I must say that the average size fits me very well. I maybe made a small adjustment to the cap to fit a petite average. So what is scarlett's defining moment? It'S the straight slightly angular, bob short bob style with a wispy fringe, and i think that makes it special because that fringe is done super well. Let'S take a look at it. It'S about three inches, but it is a bit undercut. Just meaning that the outside layers sort of overlap that bang - and it really highlights the fact that this bang is very wispy very light textured, it's not a heavy thick straight across bang like we can sometimes see you get a nice dirty notch cut on the ends. So it's not too perfect and it's been taken down to the point where it's very wispy it can be brushed off either side. A three inch. Bang is incredibly versatile that way. So what you'll see here is about a seven and a quarter inch crown and that does meet up with about a two and a half inch nape. Now, overall, i'm looking at about nine inches on this bob there's some layering on the sides. That starts a little farther down and it kind of has a forward movement on the sides, so that kind of gives it the illusion that it is an angular type of bob um. In reality, it's pretty much the same length all the way around, but that just adds to the really chic-ness of this style. Don'T you think a little bit of beveling now this is a part of the open cap collection by envy. Their open caps are stretchy, they're cool, they're, lightweight they're, easy to wear. This is one straight bob that is uh what i like to say: a plug and chug style plug it on and chug out the door literally. It is ready to wear right out of the box um, just with a couple of shakes. You know: wake up the fiber classic in its design, yet some modern touches that make it fresh and chic. At the same time, moving back to this adorable ring and i'm going to put up some pictures here so that you can see it in greater detail but, like i said, isn't it just it's so dainty and feminine? Yet it really gets your attention and how perfect? For the season with the chocolate and white diamonds, this is just as stunning as it can be it's understated, but it demands attention. I can't say enough about it: it's just so luscious and delicious. So what options you're going to have here, there's actually a blue. Instead of the chocolate you can get a blue. It looks like a sapphire blue and then you can also get a purple which reminds me of an amethyst purple. So this is the chocolate. It also comes in blue and purple, and did you know that julia has the biggest range of sizes that i have ever seen in rings and jewelry um, this particular ring? It starts at size three, which is a child size all the way up to a 12.. I have a size, six band and that's always worked out well for me, so all of those sizes all of those options - you can also get this engraved. If this is a special gift for someone um, you can certainly put your option on there for engraving. That takes just a little bit longer to process the order, if you want a special order like that, but it's still really really fast. I would get your orders in for the holidays just as soon as possible back to the adorable scarlet. By envy, this style is just absolutely effortless. You can see how easy it moves. It weighs three ounces. It'S constructed with the uh, the non-heat friendly or the regular synthetic fiber by envy. So it's not a heat friendly style, and this fiber is super fine. It'S just impossibly fine and silky, and it moves like a feather. There is some permatease on this open cap and it's mostly on the top here, a little bit on the back, none of the nape none at the temple. This is an extremely light density and light on the permatease as well, there's just enough permatease to obscure the top and the wefting, because it is an open top. You would have a choice of how to part this. This is pretty much just a little left of center can be parted down the middle or to the right there's a lot of things that you can do, and it's absolutely perfect for your tux, so back to our julia crossover sterling silver women's band. Here i think this chocolate is just so unique if you're buying it for the season for fall and winter. It'S going to go with all of the beautiful browns and chocolate colors.
