Wig Review: ‘Fame’ By Ellen Wille | Chiquel

Hey guys welcome back to the chic, well youtube it's ellie here and today we're going to be reviewing fame from ellen wiley, and she is this beautiful short wig um. I have been loving this. This can like transform your look massively um, so this is in the color pastel blonde rooted and, as you can see, it's this really lovely cool toned blonde with a lovely dark root. So before i pop her on, i'm just going to show you the cap construction. I absolutely love this cap construction, so we have a lace front which makes it look like. The hair is growing out of your scalp. We have the monofilament part, which is left sided, and this means that when the wig is parted here, it really really looks like it is coming out your scalp that whole way. We then have some velvet ear tabs. They are lovely and soft and keep your wig very secure. We have a lovely wefted back. This is a lovely stretchy cap feels very, very comfortable, and then we have some velcro adjustable. Straps now you've seen the cap, i'm going to put her on bear with me. This is going to look a little bit crazy to start with, so this used to throw me off a little bit when i'd put a short wig on, and it would look like this just a little bit crazy, and so this is quite handy if you have Had the same issues, i don't even really take a brush. I just go through with my fingers and figure out how i like the wig sitting um just because a wig is styled. One way on the website doesn't mean. That is how it has to sit on your face. We all have different face shapes and we all suit different things. So i think this wig on the website is actually styled swept across um, which for me, obviously you can see it just doesn't suit me that much so what i like to do is i like to go through the middle i like to tuck these bits behind My ears and then pull the front bits down, and then i just pulled the back a little bit so that just shows you that you really don't have to go for the style. That'S on the website, if you like to play around with it and see what suits you, then i'd 100 recommend to do that at the end of the day, you're, the one wearing it so one of my favorite things about this wig is the hairline honestly, like It really shocks me every time i've been wearing different wigs for a long long time now, and it still just shocks me how far they've come with um with hair, like how natural they're made like this. It just looks incredible, and then we have that monofilament part. So you can see the difference here there you go. I think i might have said before it was a left side apart, but i actually think it's a right side part. So the shortest part of this wig is just at the front, and this is four inches and then the longest part is at the back of the crown, and that is five inches. So we've got some nice styling versatility there because of the different lamps. You can really pump this wig up, which i love as well, or you can sneak it back down, actually find. If you rub your hands together, give them that little bit of heat and just run over it. It really flattens that wig back down, which is so handy, i'm going to insert a little clip here of a full 360 after this wig.
