Hey everybody: it's ivy um, i'm so happy to see. Y'All um i haven't done a video in what two months i've been sick. I got sick with cove in august and i'm currently still recovering. I was one of those um unlucky, long haulers. So i'm still i'm not 100 myself but um slowly, but surely i'm getting back to me um today i was feeling a little bit better, i'm still having like the heart, palpitations and and tiredness and anxiety, but i really got tired of looking so poopy today. So i was like you know what let me get up and do my makeup pull myself out of this bed and do my hair um, i haven't brought you guys any hair videos like i said in two months and that's a long time for me like i Don'T think i've ever went like a month without uploading on youtube, but you know you guys. I really had to take that time to recover, like health is wealth and um getting sick just made me getting sick with covet and having these after effects. It'S just really like snapped me into like face reality, get my health um more on track. I definitely want to bring you guys. Some fall vibes summer is officially over. Thank god like this is my favorite time of the year. This is my favorite season. I definitely have to bring you guys: a beautiful fall autumn, color, so um yeah, let's get right into how i did my hair like this. It was really easy, really simple. So if you guys want to see how i got this style keep on watching, it's officially fall and you guys know this is my favorite time of the year. I'M all about fall vibes. I definitely want to give you guys some curls, some color, all that good stuff today and um i'm going to be doing a wig video. I got my wig today from in color wig, and this is the little box that your unit comes in nice little storage box. You can throw it away or keep it whatever you want to do. This is the beautiful wig on the inside now um. I love this color. You guys probably have seen me uh rock this color before in the past. I absolutely love this color like um, it's so cute. This color is really trending right now, so i was definitely excited to get my hands on a unit like this. So this is a um lace, frontal wig, and this is how the wig looks on the inside um. It does come with hd lace, which you know we all love, and you guys know i like to always go in and cut these combs off, because i just i never use them. They irritate my scalp and usually when i cut my cones off i like to use like a little razor. You guys see you guys see. Let'S focus on my face. Okay, i like to use a little razor just to um, cut only those seams and get the combs off really easily and fast. But honestly, you guys um, you know still not feeling well, i'm still not feeling 100, but it feels good to like be back in my little office and recording and just um doing something other than laying in a bed and taking medicine like it feels good to Actually be up so, even though you know, even though i'm not feeling like my old self 100, any progress is progress at this point, um covered is no joke. You guys like getting the delta variant coveted. You know it really changed. My life changed my health um, and it also you know i don't want to say this was the wake up call i needed, but it definitely made me take my health. More serious, like i haven't, had a can of soda in two months like i haven't, really eaten any fast foods or anything like that in two months, um i've really been eating a lot better cooking, most of the time or if i do eat something out. It'S really healthy, um i've just been doing really good. I have dropped some weight, um, not a lot. I just couldn't. I hope i continue on this path just to get. You know healthier for myself and my son for my life. You know because uh being unhealthy is whack. Okay, we don't want to be unhealthy. I'M young, like i want to live as long as i can, and you know, making diet changes and lifestyle changes is like the first step. So the first thing i'm going to do is try on this unit. Uh wait a minute y'all. Obviously i'm going to go in and pluck her a little bit because she's she's giving um what is that disney movie? I don't even know, but i have to. I definitely have to transform her um, because this is this is definitely not given yet so what i'm going to do first is go in and pluck her but yeah. This is definitely. This definitely needs some plucking. Although the hairline doesn't look bad like i, i have to have it stand out a lot, so i'm going to take this off and put it on my managing head and then i'm just going to plug okay, you guys, as you can see, i already plucked this Side and you see how it's you know giving natural, so i got to go in and do this side and when i'm done i'll be right back. I just finished up plucking, so i'm going to go ahead and start installing my wig and i do have on my wig grip. I will have this link below if you guys are interested in it, and i like the wig grip just because it keeps my wig from sliding and i'm not going to do like my ball cap or anything like that, and i'm not gon na be gluing. This wig, i'm just gon na put it on with um, got to be okay, so i cut my ear tabs off already and i am gon na use got to be, but first i like to cut my wig in three parts when i'm installing it: okay, cutting It into three sections just really helps with customizing my wig and making sure i have the best fit. So i'm going to be using my old, faithful, got to be glued and we're just going to lift this portion right here. Now i'm just going to spray, and then you just want to let that back down not too much okay and then i'm going to take my blow dryer and then i'm going to move right to the next section. So now we're just going to cut and then we're going to just peel back some of the lace not too much and don't worry about the little bit of white we're going to go back. We go back and fix that. I'M going to show you guys how to do that really quick, but when you're using guys to be that that, like literally always, happens, okay guys, so i think you've got to be. Yes, you do have that irritating line of demarcation, but to fix that you just spray a little bit of gossipy on your finger and then you just go back over your lace, really really easy simple face, and then you just hit it with the dryer. And it's like that fast and simple, and i like using, got to be with like my colored wigs, because i don't keep them like. I don't keep them on long so, and this will give me like a two day hold so now. We'Ve got our lace. All beautiful and tack down what i'm going to go in and do is add some baby hair. I don't want it to be too much, though, because i really like how it looks like natural, like this um, i'm trying to figure out how i wanted to. I think i might do like a little side part or something the unit slick doesn't need no baby hair, though, like it really don't it really don't need no baby hair but i'ma add just a little bit because y'all know me. I just have to just a little bit like right here and just cut okay guys. So that's like hella pretty. What i'm gon na do is go ahead and um wet the hair down and co-wash it, and then i'll be right back to show you guys how i finished styling, okay guys, so i just uh co-washed it. The curls are really soft and this is where they hit me: okay, i'm 5'3 and um. The wig hits a deep decent length. I am going to cut them, though i tend to like my curly hair cut. I have no idea why, but it just looks better. So i'm just going to cut it about here. Okay, i actually like how it looks wet. It'S really cute and if you guys didn't know when i put you up on game, this is the best conditioner you use for your curly extensions, and this is the garnier fructis pure clean. I absolutely love this conditioner, like i started using it. Um like this summer - and i love it for my curly hair, like my curly hair - looks so good every time i use this. I feel a little tired, so i feel, like my energy - is down just a little bit um trying to trying to keep it up to get through this video i'm going to just brush it hair one more time to define the curls and then i'm going to Diffuse it okay, but the hair is really soft. The curls defined super easy, like the perfect density, so it doesn't uh look overly thick, you know so i'm using my gvp pro blow dryer and diffuser, and i'm just going to diffuse this until it's dry. So this is the end result and you guys i absolutely love it. Look at the curls. The curls are beautiful, like just look at that. Look at that gorgeous hair gorgeous unit, i'm so in love with it. It'S so cute, and it is so me and this color definitely complements um. Any skin tone like it looks really good on all skin tones, which is why i love this kind. That'S that's why i love this um auburn type of penny, looking color, it's so cute. My hair is a little wet still at the bottom, but it's dry enough. It is so pretty and the little bit of cut that i gave to it definitely um adds to the hair. I just love it and it's so so soft.
