Hello, hello: this is taz, welcome, back to tazza's way, closet at wig studio, one today we're going to talk about a new style that was just released for 2021 by teressa lore. Many of you have asked me to review this style, and i was personally excited about it. This is tressallures california, beach waves, it's in the color, 1426, r10. There'S so much. You need to know about this style before you buy coming up california, beach waves. The title describes the style quite well: it's a long beach wave, textured style with a very practical fringe. I think that's probably the only reason i invested in it was because of a practical fringe bang. I always think it's super flattering, but it makes the long style easy to wear, plus that model photo was just so doggone cute. I had to have it. I purchased this style with my own funds from wig studio. One expand the description box below this video, where you'll find a link, you can go out and take a look at all of the colors and pricing. Scroll down hit the help button to be connected with the live chat, but i really want to talk about this color, this tressallure color, 1426. R10. A lot of times by looking at the color swatch on tressallure colors. You really can't get a sense of what the color is going to look like. They are so beautiful and so dynamic, but from the flatness of the color swatches, it's very difficult to see that and unless i had seen the model wearing this particular color. I probably wouldn't have taken uh, probably wouldn't, have taken a chance on it. So i'm going to tell you what it looks like from my eye. I know that they say there's red gold in this and yes, i mean i can definitely see where there's some rustier tones to it, but i think that's really brought on by this warm light honey brown mix in there. So you can kind of see it here and then all of that is highlighted with a very pale gold blonde, a yellow gold blonde and it's just a very dynamic mix. It'S very heavily highlighted, you'll see a lot of those highlights really concentrated up and around the face. I think that brightens it so beautifully and then all of that on a light brown root, the rooting is done very well. It transitions beautifully from the regrowth out through the main body of the color. There'S no abrupts dark lines. It'S not too dark. You can see it. You know the rooting from all of the angles of the color, so yeah. I think this is a very super. Warm color and i really would love to compare it to the the jon renau's, 1426 or 10.. I think it's very similar and also the um, let's say the 14 22, the shaded wheat by raquel welch in the heat friendly line. It'S almost identical to that color with maybe just a tad um of a warmer highlight. So what i want to talk about first on these dimensions is right away this fringe, so the french pieces are about six inches and i always think that a nice shorter fringe gives such wearability to a longer style like this. Now this is right out of the box. I didn't use any product on this. I didn't use any styling, i just swirled around in it to set the fiber free, and that was it, but you will see that right out of the box, there's kind of a persistent forward movement on those bang pieces, it hugs the forehead and sweeps back into Feathers back into the style um, it's a bit persistent in its pattern here so um. You know just by doing a little this i could not get it to stay up and over okay, it just kind of wanted to come right back down. So i really think that it's meant for this kind of styling, just a little left of center sweeping over to the right. But can you change it? I think you absolutely could change it and add in a little bit of lift and contour. If you wanted to and we're going to get into that here in just a moment overall, i think the length is around 21 inches, as i measured it from the crown to the tip of the hair in the back. There'S a lot of choppiness back there with the curl pattern and texture. So you don't need a ton of layering to make it very very flattering, and then this style does feature a full temple to temple, extended, lace, front and single monofilament top. Let'S take a look at the lace features uh very, very well done kudos to trez allure for making such a beautiful lace front on this piece, so it does extend back into the ear tab. There'S no visible seams here, give you a nice wide area to work with. On that lace front, the knots are very fine. They have brought the highlight right up to the lace front every other night or so so this is really well done. Okay and then on to the monofilament top. I think that it is visible from anywhere. You want to part it on the top. It'S not so thickly threaded that you won't be able to get the illusion of scalp. You certainly can well done well done. Monofilament lace features and the style weighs about six ounces, so there is quite a bit of hair here. I would call this just a medium density. It'S definitely not a light density. It'S a medium density. Each one of these fibers is a medium denier. What you need to know this is a part of the effortless fiber collection by teresa lure. This is heat friendly, so these fibers feel much like the raquel welch heat friendly fibers do, and so i feel like it's probably going to require some a little extra tlc to keep it and maintain them and keep them looking their best. There'S a nice average amount of permatease on this style. Of course, i don't feel any right there at the monofilament top, but around the monofilament top right at the temple at the crown and at the nape you're going to find some it's not too thick and pillowy. I think it's just the right amount for a style like this. So if you are a fan of a style like this, but not a fan of the heat friendly fiber, i would urge you to take a look at henry margu's willow. It has almost identical dimensions. It has a lace, front, left, mono part as opposed to the full mono top here. It has a lighter density and texture, but it's almost identical. Now the willow has about an eight inch fringe, whereas this one is six, but they act in the same way as they part and then move back into the style. So we just love options right, um, a lot of us, don't care for the heat friendly fiber or there might not be a color in tressallure that you're crazy about. So you always want to have in mind some similar styles in other brands and inside look at the cap for tressallures california, beach waves. There'S that beautiful, extended lace front, it does come back into the ear tab. It'S nicely contoured, there's a seam that joins the single monofilament top. Both features are really nicely done. Fine knotting there very easy to see through to the illusion of scalp, and then you have a velvet ear tab with nice. Sturdy stays an extended felted nape with velcro style adjusters. You notice, i had to crisscross the adjusters just to get this to be secure on my 21 and a quarter inch circumference. I have to give caution here because typically tressallure is a little more closer to average. This particular piece is running very large. I think this style works fine if you're a full-time, glasses, wearer or you just enjoy your sunnies. When you go out in the sun in this california, beach wave style you're going to want to show it off in the summer time it's just so chic and youthful with the pair of nice sun shades they fit beautifully between the ear and the ear tab. Candy Smith: Mine just came in! It's my first piece. I was super surprised how comfortable the wig felt on my head. I have bio hair, so I used a wig band and put my own hair up in two braids rolled into low buns. Unfortunately, I need to find a different method for my bio hair. It caused too much bulk for the cap to sit right. I have thinning hairline and sides but thick hair in the back. Toppers won't work on me since I need the sides not just the front lace. I'm still finding solutions, this is just the start for me. If anyone has some ideas for bio hair under wigs besides getting it chopped off. My California Beach Waves in R12 is a great start!

Brilee baby: Do you find they make your scalp sweat or feel hot in summer months or is that typically only with heavier wigs or not so well made wigs? I wanted to try out a wig before spending 400+ so I bought one for $200 and I feel it was not great, it was supposedly partially human hair & partially fibers or something but not heat friendly, and it was lace front but it was super visible bc the lace front was like a dark dark brown/black color, so it didn’t blend in well and if you were to get even remotely close you would be able to tell immediately it was a wig like even from 4’ away. So is it really like you have to invest atleast $400 bucks in a good wig or you’ll have a not so great experience?

Suzanne Dawson: Aftaid I have to be vocal and completely honest about this wig, so others don't make the same mistake I did! Mine has only been worn a total of 6 times, and very gently washed once. It hasn't exactly shredded but pretty close to it. The ends have gotten so frazzled its a royal mess! I have had to spend hours very carefully clipping out all the bent and ”ribbon curled” fibers that cause all the other fibers to get tangled up. This business happens even after only a couple of hours wear. For the money this wig costs, it should last at least 3 - 4 times longer than this. BUYER BEWARE! I'm so disappointed. Taz, do you know of a sister style from another company that I could eventually replace her with? I don't think I can ever trust Tressallure again. Thanks
