Hey everyone, i hope, you're having a great day, welcome back. I am showing you one of my very favorite styles from jon renau. This is the human hair blake wig in color 24, bt. 18. S8. I need to look and see what they call that color, because that's a very long color code, but she is a beautiful rooted blonde color. This video is about the new cap, construction from jon renau, their light collection, but before i do that, let me tell you about the piece i am wearing. This is also a jon renau piece. It is the top style synthetic. I forgot what i was wearing for a minute in the 18 inch color 10rh16. It is my go-to piece for the summer. It'S very easy to pull up into an updo. I just blend my own hair up here in the top i twist it back clip it. Throw it in a ponytail - and i wear this thing to the pool um i've worked out in it. It'S a phenomenal topper for summer very lightweight and easy to wear all right back to zara. Let me go over a few specs for her um real, quick. I'Ve done so i'm sorry, this is not zara. This is blake. Zara is like the synthetic sister two blade, but this is the human hair blake which i've reviewed blake before so you probably know a lot about blake already, but just in case it has a lace front, a mono top um 18 inches from the crown 17 inches On the side, 16 inch nape and almost 6 ounces. So, even though this is from the light collection, i don't know how many ounces regulars are is she must be a lot because this is a lighter density wig, but still 5.8 ounces? That'S a that's! A pretty heavy wig, but it is a lot of hair all right now to the really cool new features of this light collection. So the light collection is, like, i said, a lighter density collection styles that look very natural, that you can actually wear in updos, not just having to have a topper for an updo but a wig that you can pull back in a ponytail. If you look in the jon renau website, one of their models is wearing julianne, which is a curlier synthetic wig and they have it in an updo. It'S absolutely beautiful and looks incredibly natural, so go check that out, but anyway um this features a there. We go trying to get all this hair down, um an ear to ear lace, front now, typically um. You know your lace front goes across the top. Here i have seen lace fronts go temple to temple. I'Ve tried some that they say go ear to ear. It'S not, you know super super long down here, but this not only goes ear to ear. It almost goes behind your ear. In fact, it does go behind your ear, so all the way back here. So if you want to pull your hair up off your face from this side, you can do that in the front. You can do that this is just a very long stretch of their smart lace. Now the smart lace is the lace developed by jon renau, where they weld together the lace fibers where they cross. So it's very lightweight, very natural. It'S pretty sturdy we're going to talk a little bit more about that with adjusting the wig, but it is specific to jon renau lace, so it is their smart lace and then what's different here with the ear tabs, instead of it just being the um felt ear. Tabs that are just kind of sewn into the cap, and it just looks like you know you can see the ear tabs if you were to pull your your hair away or tuck your hair behind your ear. These are very light weight. It'S i mean it's the same thickness almost as it's not like a big bulk here. I don't know if you can see how thin this is. It just comes straight down from that hand, tied cap, and it does have the lace below it now this little strip right here is what is bendy. If you need a little bit of bend to conform that to your head, that is what's going to hold it on, but this is a polyurethane material and then it has this one little bendy piece and again the lace below it. And then it has this little strip here in the back of the cap, it's going to give you some great stretch and it's actually two, because it will stretch out it will conform to your head as well and hold it on there um. This will stretch from a petite average size all the way up to, like average large. So you get a great range of sizes and fit with having just this strip right here with good stretch and then back here we have a silicone nape that has really good grip. It doesn't feel sticky, but it really does grip your skin really well. It also has the adjustable ear tap, not your tap. Sorry, the adjustable nape. You need a little bit more security, but if you're pulling your hair back and sometimes it could, you know ride up like sometimes a ponytail can do. This is going to hold it in place. So that's a great feature of this cap as well now talking about security, jon renau does um recommend that you use some kind of adhesive. With this light collection, it's not required and you may be able to wear it perfectly fine, but if you get this and you have an updo or you feel it starting to shift and move more than you want, john renaud does offer solutions for that. So for their lace, you definitely want to use a product designed specifically for lace, definitely use a lace adhesive, which jon renau makes for their smart lace, and then they make a product called lace. Let go so you can spray it on there and it will dissolve the adhesive from their lace adhesive at the end of the day, and you can easily pull it off and you won't damage the lace by pulling or tugging on it. And then you can use a wig tape here on the polyurethane ear tabs or even the silicone back here you can use the wig tape. I don't think you'd have to use all those products, but definitely wherever it's slipping and sliding there is a product made for that. That will keep it in place all right. That was a big introduction, but there's a lot to say about this new cap. I am going to put her on. I'M really excited to see this piece. You can see just how natural she looks be screenshot ready here are all the details on jon renau's, i was gon na, say zara again, joshua knows blake light. Okay here she is. This is blake light, absolutely beautiful for the length of this hair for it being human hair. You couldn't ask for a more natural fit to it. This feels it's just wonderful. I absolutely love it. I can't keep my fingers out of it. It'S absolutely beautiful. The fibers feel great and just look how natural it looks. I yeah this is a beautiful, beautiful piece. This color, i absolutely love the 24bt 18 s8. I need to look and see what they actually call that color, because that is a long color code. All right. Let'S take a look at this beautiful lace front here and again with the blended colors they've taken the lightest color. Now this is rooted, as you can see it's darker here, but they've taken the lightest shade of blonde and they have put it around the lace. So you can pull it back like this and not see any of those knots which you cannot look, how absolutely beautiful that looks now. I this happened to me with carrie and wizard when i was reviewing them. This is where it went awry for me behind the ears. I just have too much bio hair that comes down too low and it's sticking out and the lace is sitting right on top of it, which makes it incredibly obvious that i'm wearing a wig now you could potentially take a little bit of lace, adhesive and just Put it right here and hold it down, but again you are going to get just that little bit right here. So if you have a little more hair loss in that area, the majority of my hair loss is up top. So if you have a little more hair here, it may not work for you just depending on your hairline. It just happened that this does not work for me, but from here to here it's awesome. I absolutely love it. You can't see the lace now do be aware, too, that the lace comes down kind of far like it comes down to here, which is pretty low for a lace line um, but it is very lightweight, and you can't really tell like. I can't really tell where that lace stops and my skin starts um and then, with the just the way, they've blended, this hair they've done a really good job with that. Belletress has tried blending it in the same way, but it's not as natural as this looks. They'Ve done a really good job, with the lighter colors in the front and making sure it's blended all the way through. So it doesn't like just streaks of hair in the front that are blonde, so they did a really great job with this color. This is absolutely incredibly comfortable. The ear tabs are where they're supposed to be. Everything is where it's supposed to be, and fitting really great and really comfortable. Like i said, it's just um, my bio hair and those ear tabs aren't quite working out um, but the feature of this wig is you should be able to pull it off of your face and pull it up in a ponytail without it being obvious that you're Wearing a wig um, usually you can see kind of the bulk of the cap or the outline of the cap and it's a giveaway that you're wearing um a wig. So if i were to pull my hair back i'll, give you an idea of what it looks like like this. As you can see, it looks very natural, of course, that's not holding it up as well, but you can see that it all looks really natural and really good um, that this cap will stretch from a petite average all the way up to petite large. So if you're in between sizes, don't worry it's gon na fit, you it'll be great. Um blake is just absolutely beautiful. The fibers the color the fit two thumbs up for this piece. Here and the hair that's attached to the lace, it will stretch or potentially rip or fray.
