Hey everybody welcome back to taz's wig closet at wig studio one. I have the pleasure today of bringing you a brand new color by belletress um. I have this brand new color in two different styles. To show you. This is british milk tea we're going to break this down talk about skin tone, we're going to talk about what this color reminds me of coming up. I purchased both of these styles with my own funds. You can find them at wig studio. One expand the description box below this video you'll find a link. You can go out and look at all of the details, colors and pricing and remember if you have any questions for us, you can always reach us at support at wigstudio1.com and from any product page on the website. If you scroll down and hit the help button, you can be connected with a live chat. It seems like i was on pre-order forever for this color, and then i got two of them on my doorstep last week, so i could not be more thrilled with the color and the choices of styles, so the featured wig styles today are going to be what I'M wearing here, which is the lemonade style by belletress in their cafe collection, and i also have it in a long curly style called counter culture. It'S always nice to see a color on a shorter style and then one on a longer style, so that you can really get a sense of that color a lot of times, the more real estate that is covered by a color, in other words, the more length It can change a little bit so we're going to check that out today, a lemonade is a beautiful little shaggy, textured short wedge style. Bob has a longer front at about eight and a half inches. Overall, it's about nine to ten inches. It has a ledge type effect in the back. It'S actually a really unique style. Isn'T it it's really cute, i like it with little summery tops and things, and you can always cut in a shorter fringe. If that was your preference, the lemonade style does have a lace front and left monofilament side part, but now to drill down into this brand new color british milk tea. It'S a combination of some very soft light, browns and blondes, just a real, heavily layered color. Here very multi-dimensional, it says they're using eight different, blondes and browns in this shade, and i can agree with that. So what i think is going on here that the base color is just the lightest and softest of of a nice neutral brown and then that's highlighted with some scent light. Sandy brown some dark sandy blonde, i'm seeing some neutral blonde and then i'm seeing some platinum blonde, okay, so eight different colors kind of layered. In there i love how on this application, they have taken the platinum pieces and structured them around the face. I think that lightens and brightens the face they did bring it up to the lace front, although it's not a heavy banding effect here now. All of this is also on a slightly darker route, so i would say this is a light to medium brown root. So soft, so subtle and the transition of the root to the main body of the color is just impeccable, so we described what kind of goes into this color the ingredients into this color. However, i think there's one final step that um they do here. That really sets this i feel like they have gone all over with a violet toner, so they've taken all these beautiful light, browns and blondes, and then they have gone over it with a violet toner. In certain light, you can actually pick up a little bit of lavender cast on this color and i feel like if you are wearing any lavender at all. If you have any lavender or purple in your surroundings, it's probably going to reflect in the hair. I have gray walls white ceiling here. I'Ve got some gray and lavender curtains, so you might be already starting to sense that so all colors have a bit of either they have tint or they don't. So i think this toner has imparted a little bit of a pinkish purple tint to undertone to the um to the main color here. It'S just. It'S really impeccably done well thought out intentional and expensive. Looking. I can't imagine what it would cost me. What kind of a check i'd have to write to step into a salon hand them a picture of this and say i want that? Well, how much time and how much money do you have um with wigs? You know it's still on fresh every single time. So if you want my opinion, i think this is a dark blonde, like the overall effect to me is dark blonde. I also feel like this is more neutral, leaning, cool, okay, the toner really really takes any warmth that you would see in the sandy tones and those brown tones turns it into something that is very ash in terms of skin tones. Okay, i'm a neutral skin tone. I prefer ashy tones, but there are some warmer colors that i absolutely love, and i think that flatter me, so i'm sort of fortunate that way to have neutral skin tone. I can see this being great for a neutral skin tone or a cool skin tone. I think, ladies out there, with a golden undertone, are really going to struggle with this color. This also would be an amazing color if you wanted to transition to whatever color you're at now, at now to a gray, there's absolutely no gray or silver in this color, but the toning effect on some of this platinum or white here, um, just kind of gives It a salt and peppery feel it gives it a silverish sheen, so it does. It has that beautiful silvery appearance in the white that has been toned down mixed with the ash and the sandy tones here of this makes a spectacular, spectacular mix so on each on each style. This color might appear just a little bit different, so we're going to do some side-by-sides, i'm going to give you a look at these outdoors as well. So let me go ahead and change into the counter culture, so we can examine this color on a long style. Oh baby is this some hair, or is this some hair uh counter culture? I have reviewed this style. I think i recently posted the video on this one um. This is just an example, too, of some of the variances that you can see from style to style. On this one, the curl goes right up to the root, nearly as you can tell um, there is a s like a stiff, lift right there at the front that was baked in right out of the box. This is right out of the box, so i have not done anything but just kind of fluff and pick it um to separate the curl pattern a little bit. Oh, but it's gorgeous it's gorgeous. You know how big of a sucker i am for curl anyway. Now this color okay, so we've got more real estate to cover with this color. It changes a little bit. Doesn'T it it appears a little darker just because there's more there's more of this color all over and i feel like um all this basic scene. Color ingredients are there for sure, and the actual toned white look here is concentrated and banded right at the front at this lace front. Okay, that to me - and it's kind of sprinkled, a little more heavily on top now that application to me looks like it's a little bit gray or white. I love, i could just say it again. I love this color for transitioning to gray love it. First of all, it's going to flatter an aging skin tone, so you're beginning to lose a little bit of pigment in the skin, but i think this is really going to flatter those cooler skin tones those lighter skin tones. I really do okay, so i am picking up a little bit more on that powdery toned down. Look all over. This is going to be another big hit for me personally, i love those neutral to ash tones. I, like the toned effect. It'S softer. I think it's super flattering, but again i think that if you have the type of skin tone that is warmer and darker it it, it may clash a bit if you are golden skin tone this this may clash, but if you have some pink undertone at all To your skin, i just think this is going to be one that you're going to want to check out for sure. So what color? Does this remind you of so? Obviously there is another milk tea. There'S a milk tlr out there by rene of paris, and i was really baffled by that color initially, because when i put it on and looked in the mirror, i didn't see the lavender. But when i went to edit it looked purple, i mean it looked like there was lavender in that color, and the only thing i can think of is that it was reflecting off of you know my the things in my room um, but now i realize that I think it's just this toned down effect. There'S been a there's, been the appearance of a toner on this, and i think that's what's doing this, the the trick here. Another color this reminds me of is the gabor toasted pecan gl 1823 by memory. This is a similar experience that i had when i first tried on that color on the radiant beauty, which is a nice medium length, curl curly style. They had a little bit of banding of the platinum on that color, and this reminds me a lot of that. Color - and i even say about that color - that it's a great transitional color unless you wear wigs or you're in the industry, you would just never ever guess that this was a wig based on the beautiful style. The lace features, but the color um gosh colors have come such a long way and i just have to give props and kudos to belletress because who's ever in the background, organizing these colors is just a genius. Mastermind they've come out with some amazing shades. Now i hope for all of you that there there are some brunettes that come on the scene that really hit the sweet spot for you, if you're not exactly a blonde lover that really expanded their palette. I think there were maybe eight seven to nine colors um when i first started wearing belletress years ago and gosh this. It'S just a laundry list of colors now, so they keep expanding and bringing on new colors there's a new color coming. It'S called root. Beer float and again really catering to some very heavily highlighted brunettes um. I can't wait for that. Color either just add a little swatch a little peek, but it looks insanely gorgeous so we'll get started on our side-by-sides, but just an ending uh. Just to kind of summarize everything i think this that really appears to be a dark. A dark powdery blonde with some toned white, highlights, there's a little bit of a lavender cast some sandy tones, it's neutral to cool and tone and would probably flatter neutral to cool skin tones with a little bit of pink undertone. So thanks so much for joining me today for a look at the brand new british milk tea by belletress. We'Ll see you soon on taz's weight closet at wake studio. One do do you

Lynda Ryan: That such a beautiful color! I’m excited to get this color in my next wig! You are such an amazing young lady! Thank you so much for your videos!

Jean Jacobs: Greetings Taz!! I love this color. It is so close to my own natural color. Great styles too!! Love and blessings ❤

Sandra G. McAlister: Lovin' this color Taz, really pretty. And I'm in love, lol, with Lemonade, sooo cute. Of course i "love" most of the wigs you review. Thanks again for the reviews!! Have a wonderful day

Judy Bennett: I just love this new color!!! It makes you sparkle like a diamond as the multi colors have so much dimension. Both of us being artists, you can appreciate the cool violet undertone. I have no idea how they make those wig so realistic especially when it looks like you stepped out of an expensive salon! Can't wait to see this color on other styles! Keep 'em coming, Taz!!

Look Up and Marvel: I just love Lemonade!!! Looking at the site, you would never know it's the same wig. If mine turned out like your style, I would definitely buy it!! Thanks for mentioning the fringe possibilities

Miss Pethamhouse: Thanks Taz! Was so excited to see the review of this colour!! Such a wonderful transition colour addition to the BT line! Have a great day

Gloria Lagroon: Hello Taz and good afternoon! Lemonade is a cute one. Love her style and looks beautiful on you. The color is so you! Take care. Hugs!

Pam Frank: This color is stunning on you. Both styles look amazing on you.

Marlene's Wig & Chat Studio: Beautiful color on both styles! I know I have a darker skin tone, but I love wearing this color. I thought I was seeing things when I first applied Dalgona and saw lavender or purple. I never thought about toner being added. I always learn something new from you. Thank you for showing both styles. They both look stunning you! XOXO

Suzanne Young: TAZ, you are so wonderfully generous in your reviews. Giving props to the colorists at Belletress... lovely.

Suzanne Young: I’ve been wrestling with what color to buy for my second Bellissima; I have it in Rose Gold, which is really lovely. Hmmm... after your review, British Milktea might be a good choice. Another great review, TAZ!

Lacey Lee: LOVE this color! Great review, thanks Taz.

Sheri RM: How I wish I could wear that exquisite color combination! I'll bet lots of your viewers are going to be so excited to see this! It's absolutely stunning.......as are you! Bravo Belle Tress for the color and Taz for a spot on, in-depth review! The name is so unique, too.

Faith Jones: Ooohhh Taz!, I know you understand WHY I watch your reviews so much!! I believe I was HAPPIEST wearing that DISC in that Platinum…and believe I need to get over the REDS!! You have challenged me to try this in the colors you have previewed!! Thank you for your hard work Taz!! ❤️❤️

Liz Millner: Beautiful color...now I have to have it! Thank you Taz for the video...it seems as though whatever you show, I MUST BUY!

jmjlori: I am in LOVE with the Counter Culter in that color!!!

Mint: Hi Taz, I kind of love this color. I’m very cool toned and naturally a silver-white. So, I think this would be pretty. As always fit is my problem. I could wear a style like Lemonade, but I crave the glorious, lush beauty of Counter Culture. Not for Houston summer though. Thinking… Love, Sharon xo

Krista L: OMG! That colour is amazing!! It looks amazing on you....of course.

Deborah Cook: I just love Counter Culture. I hope they make the same style in just below shoulder length. Curls, curls, curls and so tired of beachy wave. The color is out of this world. It's definitely a winner for you. Very beautiful. You it justice for sure.❤

Monika's Beauty & Lifestyle: Lemonade looks gorgeous on you! Love the colors!!!

Margaret Tassey: Thanks for the very detailed look at this color. Both look great on you.

Røbbin Le Mølk: Hi Taz! I just CANNOT go wrong with Belle Tress and seeing Lemonade on you made me make up my mind to be my next purchase. Thank you!

claudianowakowski: I just looked at the link for this wig. It comes in so many amazing colors. I really want to try a fashion color like one of the pinks or reds. I can hardly wait to take a vacation again and wear goodies like this. I am a daily topper wearer.

Vena Jensen: Love them both! Thanks for the review!

Kathy Weissgerber: I just got 2 styles in the BMT and their quite different than any other color. I agree with the tone effect. Ive used that on some of my golden beauties and this is what they come out like. Terrific review Taz! Thank you

Dee Roga Tory: Belle Tress has SO won me over with color and style offering over the past 2 years. This color, British Milk Tea is very much like my own bio hair if I put some baby powder on it with some well placed platinum highlights. Both winners on you. Lemonade in a 22 inch with this slight wave or bends coupled with the wispiness of the chopped layers at the end along with the same crown look and feel would be the ideal for me. Counter Culture is so beautiful - I would buy 2 of those at a time, just so I could have one "preserved" for special occasions.. Being a longer style preferred kind of buyer, - it's inevitable that I have to modify a long wig due to wear - I always consider how a wig might look when I have to modify it. Without the length, shortened up to an 18-16 inch length, you're still going to be left with a very beautiful style in Counter Culture - there is such built in value in a style like this. Many of my long wigs have morphed into shorter styles or toppers. To me, the neutrality of this color pairs best with a neutral color wardrobe of white, black, gray, or khaki - even denim -anything muted or dusty, so before anyone dismisses this color, make sure you wear either black or white with it to see the potential. I have a similar color to this and I couldn't for the life of me figure out why it didn't look good on me...after all it's the same color as my bio hair... the neutral look with clothes and make up is what pulled it off. (Finally)

R: So, I've watched this review twice and grinned the entire time. The colour I've been waiting for! ‍♀️ lol. Aaaaand it's as good as I thought it would be. BT are kickin goals all over the place, Taz. Couldn't agree with you more.. there's a Mastermind squirreled away behind the scenes at BT HQ making some pretty sweet colour and style choices! You look gorgeous. Well done.

Selexiak: Have been intrigued by this colour since I noticed it being featured recently but it was so difficult to tell what the wigs would look like from a swatch and, of course, the swatches do not show that it is rooted. How unusual. Love, love the violet tone.

The Indecisive Wig Wearer: When you said it looks like it almost has a violet undertone I was sold! I had my bio front gray streak colored a light violet color once and loved it! I just decided I’m going to start selling some of my darker colors and moving toward lighter. I’ll be 62 this year and I think this would be a good one! I may just have to cinch it in. Super nice review Taz! (I wore a toasted Pecan this morning-love it too!)

claudianowakowski: The lavender highlights around the face are lovely. What an amazing color.

Wyzer Now: Absolutely loving this new color. Thanks

Rachel Randall: Love this color. Reminds me a little of Candy Blonde Tipped by Ellen Willie. Will definitely be giving this color a try. Thanks for the review.

Lana Leah: I love the first wig! You look stunning!

Michele KT: Lemonade is an adorable style and the top you're wearing is too!

Irinka: Thx Taz! I was sooo happy to see your British Milktea review. I took a chance and ordered Dalgona 16 end of March in this color thinking Taz might like it too (even contacted customer service at WigStudio1 re this color reviews and there were non at that time). I finally got mine few days ago. It’s as beautiful as you showed it. But your take on it gives me more confidence. Keep them coming. Thank you again.

Twyla 2: Wow! Unique blend of color and shades. Definitely looks more gray in the long style. Both look stunning on you. The long curls give you a very feminine and romantic look. The short wedge is modern and edgy. Depending on your mood, you've got it covered! Thanks Taz for the great presentation.

The Faux Blond: Im looking forward to trying this shade. I personally see it is as a grey alternative but Im looking forward to how it will look with my skin tone.

Alena D: Hi Taz, I totally agree with you. This color will look good on cool skin tones with pink undertones. I am neutral leaning yellow, hazel eyes, and this color makes me look 150 years old, lol! Thank you for the video!

Front Porch Wig Chat: You were right! Gotta have it! You know my tastes very well by now, my friend. Finally, I have two BT colors I can wear! And I love their fibers, too. I love, love, LOVE this! Thank you for reviewing it on two styles as well. I am neutral, maybe to slightly warm, but I think I can wear this just fine. And I'm thinking of adding some grays. In fact, I absolutely love my Tony of Beverly Norah in Silverstone! ~Cynthia

Lonnie C: Sure would love to see Editors Pick (RW), come out with this coloring. Beautiful

Patty Carosi: Hi Taz I am loving this new color. You look fabulous in this. I have been checking on getting the Counter Coulter in brown sugar sweet cream. Now waiting to see if available today. Great review! I love so many of Bell tress new color's and wig's. Have a Blessed weekend.

Mysta Chambers: Hello Taz, What a beautiful color and the two styles are fabulous on you. XOXO ❤

Full Face & Fabulous: OMG!!! This color is out of this world gorgeous!!! Wow! Definitely an ash blonde lovers dream!!! This is a definite me color with my neutral winter white skin tone!! I just ordered this color in Dalgona 16 and I want it in Counter Culture!!! I love that big hair and those curls are splendidly beautiful!!! Loved how you compared the two lengths. I'm in love with this color!!! Love ya my friend!! You are so gorgeous in every way!!

Robin Stewart: Just ordered this wig in this color earlier this week and have been anxiously stalking my mailman! Patience has never been one of my virtues!

Maria Daquila: Truly a gorgeous color, Taz!

AJ Row: How exciting! New color by Belle Tress! Thanks for Sharing, Taz! ❤️

Susan Johnson: WOWWWW!!! Beautiful new pieces, Taz!! My phone screen really shows the violet tone - gorgeous color combo. Thanks for showing all of us! -Susan

Wigs, The Real Scoop with MichelePearl: I just snapped this color up in my fave style Caliente on Clearance at WS1. I HAD to give this color a whirl based on this review my friend.

Christina Knapp: Absolutely stunning on you!!!!

Mary Dawn Pafford: Great review of colors. Go Belletress!

Shelly F: Hi Taz. Thank you for this video! I think you meant to do an outdoor side by side comparison at the end, but the split window is just showing the lemonade on both sides of the split. No shots of counter culture outdoors. Love all your great content. Virtual hugs, Shelly

Pamela Holmes: HAIR!!!! The shorter styles look stunning& sexy on you!

Natasha Semenova: Reminds me of a muted version of Palm Springs Blonde. You look gorgeous xo

Alexandra Hernandez: I really love this color! Which wig is K and B? I love longer styles! I’m trying to find one for everyday wear. Thank you for the video

MBH: Hey Taz! Great review ❤ I would love to know what lip color and eye shadow palette you are wearing. Thank you! ❤

Michelle Diekman: So Lovely on you. You Said it perfectly, With Wigs you can have any Style or Color Instantly! I Love that Choice and Convenience Love and Hugs to you My Dear Sweet Friend

Grace Campbell-Lavis: How would you compare this to Jon Renau's Flurry? Love your videos :)

Inmemoryofsebastian: I love that long wig wow gorgeous..

Robin Abner: I can totally see the lavender but it's very nice.

craine2013: Good day this color is ab fab

Lucysmom26: Would love to know the brand/colour of the wig on Head B. Also the ID of your top! Love this British Milk Tea colour, too, as someone who can't do warm colours/tones.

Mystic Magnolia: Amazing color on you!!!

Taticc: Hi Taz..could you tell me which wigs are in your P and B head as well as their colors? They look great. I love this color on you! I'm thinking about peerless in British tea!

Terri Parsons: I'm obsessed with it.

TRISHA N: Looks beautiful on you.

Marion Muolo: Just lovely. That is a real winner!

Lindsey Marsh: Okay, I’m officially so, so extremely in awe over, not only you, but I’m recognizing in myself, that I am picking up, learning your mannerisms of how you cary yourself, and I have learned by you and one other lady, to have a presence of complete confidence and comfortability in myself at any given moment in time. Am I as thin as I was a year ago? Nope! But that is okay. It’s something that I can take off, if I so choose, and I have. I’m embracing my current self and I am looking forward to my future self: tan and in a bikini! Thank you so much for being such a wonderful person to look to and learn from, which has nothing to do with our hair! Your Lindsey Bug ♥️

Amalthea Moon: I’m so tempted to buy the long version of this wig. But I’ve only ever bought one other wig for about $70 and it looked like a wig on me (short cut, too full, with scrunched up volumizing fiber under the top layer - can’t remember what that stuff is called). How do you get past the fear of buying a $300 wig? I wanna do it, but I’m scared to spend that much and have it not look natural from a fullness/style perspective. Plus it can’t be returned. I would appreciate any advice from anyone who’s struggled with this before and any thoughts on this particular wig and how likely it is to look natural out of the box. I’m wondering if pricier wigs could actually be less of a gamble in that respect. But maybe that’s wishful thinking.

Jamie Norton: Counter Culture in this color is a wow!

Jean Rita: I love both colors on both wigs. Do these colors come in different style wigs? The short isn't for me. The long one is way too much curly hair for a long straight fine haired lady.

jayandess: Have they got a thing going on with beverages? British tea could cover a whole colour spectrum. Perhaps we'll be seeing Breakfast Tea next - a medium brown shade with just a hint of milkyness lol!

Valli S: Over-the-top spectacular!

julie moses: How is Milk Tea different from Silver Needle?

Seth Martin: Lemonade is adorable and looks like it was made for you!!! What color is on wigs C and M? The lavender tone won't work on me. Thank you!

Thomas Grafe: Ooooha, wonderful wave :-)

Heather Mueller: Love this color and brand!! Can you tell me what wigs are on the mannequin heads K and M?

Georgia Haligas: I have olive skin what color will be a good for me? I LOVE YOUR SHOW.

Survival Julia: Where can I buy the Belle Tess British milk tea from. I went to your link and could not find it.

Ali C: very pretty colour

Vicky Myers: BELLETRESS Lemonade in the color British Milktea price range

BelleDeJour224: Is this super shiny? I purchased Zara by Jon renau and it was too shiny for me. I had to return it.

Suzanne Dawson: VERY PRETTY! . Who is the fabulous orange lady K in the background? Color and style? What fun! I can see the lavender on this milk tea color. So beautiful! I LOVE Counter Culture! Wowed! I like this one much more than the Rene of Paris.

Amy Rutherford-Close: Loving the name

Pam Frank: Very beautiful on you

lil poohbear: STUNNER!!!

Pamela Holmes: Rapunzel!!!she never look that good.

M J: I really like D Taz. Can you share the name.

angelxorae88: I hate it when I see a wig I like and the color but when purchased its a different color and even the style is different. also what wig is P in the back left side ? ty

James Kirk: Hello. Can you tell me the name of the wig in the background displayed on the 'J' mannequin?

Brigit Williamson: Hi! Can you tell me what D and P are?

Anna Lewis: At the end of the video the outdoor split screen is Lemonade on both sides. Was that intentional?

Kristi Crawford: What style is B and J?

Susan Gates: Which wig is F pls.?

Laryssa Gobets: What wig is h on the mannequin

Elizabeth Currie: It’s just not a natural looking color.

Susan Gates: What wig is F on your wig shelf pls?

Judy Daines: How do you purchase? Cannot find any number to call.
