Making Cheap Amazon Wigs Look Good

I believe that's what they're saying the directions are for the giveaway and they're going to choose someone to win each of these wigs. Even if you don't win, though these are $ 20 on Amazon, so super cheap and because Halloween is coming up. I thought this was the perfect time to talk about how to make cheap, wigs look pretty decent, because you're gon na be wearing these for Halloween or even just for fun, and you wanted to look as best as possible because we all know when synthetic wigs come To mail they look busted, okay, like normally they just look crazy. I can't even live like that's just what happens. They'Ve been smooshed up in a package for a long time and it's sometimes hard to make them look good. Okay, so first things first is: I have this blue one? Actually, I'm gon na put my hair back, so I can put it on. I already messed with this one. I did film it for you guys on my iPhone, so I'm gon na show you what I did with it and I always connect these two straps that come on the inside to each other you're supposed to connect them to the base of the wig. But I don't like to do that. I connect them on to one another. So now it's like an extra strap for the base of your neck, so it stays on better with any wigs that have bangs. It'S really important that you get the bangs to the desired level of your forehead, because we don't want the bangs to be too short, and we also don't want them in our eyes either. So what I did with this wig was. I took a flat iron on very low heat and I straightened the bangs because they had a natural curve to them when they first came and I was like nah girl. This is not cute. I don't like this, so I straightened the bangs out and then I took a scissors and I chopped up the bangs a little bit to make them a little bit more. You know realistic, looking as if somebody had real bangs, I would chop mine like this. Instead of just a blunt cut straight across the next thing you want to do is pull out all the curls. So you want to rub your fingers through all the hair so that the curls aren't so tight and they don't look so mashed and mangled up, because if this was your real hair, it would be kind of messy. This is actually really cute. I just think I look good with bangs, I think after I messed with some of the curls. I think I actually straightened them out a little bit as well. What really makes your wig look good is, if you put it in some kind of a hairstyle, so that it's not just the hair sitting there and I made little buns pretty simple to do. You just take a piece of hair, you roll it and you kind of roll it onto itself to make a donut, and then you stick a pin in it. So you can see, as I'm doing it here in the footage, and then you have this adorable little blue, like Smurfette wig. Sometimes I spray it with hairspray. This is just like six bucks from the store the Aussie instant freeze, hairspray. This really helps a lot to hold the hairs in place. Now we're gon na move onto the pink wig. Let'S try to make this pink wig look somewhat good! You know okay, now, as you can see, when you first get your wig, it's gon na look weird yeah, so you got to really start messing with it. I'M just gon na back up a little bit, I'm looking in my mirror here. So you can see what I'm doing this is just gon na take a minute. You literally have to just run your fingers through it. Let'S get our straightening, I'm just gon na put it on very low-heat. You do not want to burn the synthetic fibers okay. So this wig looks janky as hell like up here, so I'm just gon na mess with the hmm. Do we want to do a side-swept bang, I'm just gon na keep pulling the hairs in different directions and see what where it lays and where it looks cute. Oh, do you see how curly these hairs are under here? I'M gon na straighten them out. First before I decide to cook what, if my hair was really this color, though it's actually really cute. Okay, it's working. I also like to straighten it while it's on my head, because it's gon na lay differently on your head than if you were, if you just have it on your lap or something okay, this is looking pretty good. Let me take the rest of it down. Then. I can start straightening out these pieces too, and I kind of want to straighten the roots of some of the rest of this hair just to like here. So it's it's a little bit flatter it's a little less Wiggy. You know. Okay, that's better! This hair is like plastic, you know it's like Barbie hair, so just be careful. Okay, now, I'm gon na start messing with it again. Okay, splitting it down the middle is not an option that just looks crazy. I'M just running it through some of these curls to make the hair a little bit longer. Oh yeah, that's so much better! That curl is so ugly. I actually think this wig might be the cutest if we can get the bangs looking good and I'm going to cut where I want the bangs to come up to so I'm gon na keep chopping up. I'M gon na have to sweep after this also make sure you have the front of the head of the bangs where you want them before. You start cutting, also be careful because it gets in your eyes, so this definitely takes a minute to get the bang. You want don't rush it and don't get frustrated. Just take your time I like to taper my bang off, so it gets a little longer towards the edges, so we're looking pretty good. We could totally leave the wig like this. This is very acceptable. This is really cute and this would look absolutely adorable with a hat or with a headband or something. This is maybe too ambitious. I was gon na see if we could try to put it up in a half pony, but I feel like this just isn't constructed in a way. That'S gon na look that great kind of cute - okay, I'm actually not horrified by this. So now that I got my bangs in a place that I like it, I'm gon na spray them, I'm just gon na smush the curls back up a little bit just to make it look super messy and curly. And now we have literally like the cutest hair. Ever did this come together, or did this come together? Yo like seriously this is so cute. I would actually wear this out. Is that a joke? I don't know I have a legit, never worn a synthetic wig like this out like such a fake color such a fake lookin wig. When we first put this on this looked atrocious, am I wrong? No, I'm not! It looked bad after playing with it. You can see how your wig can go from that to this. This is really cute. I think the back of its cute. Let'S pray, I think it's cute. Does it look?
