Blonde Slay #2 | $40 Silver Platinum Blonde Amazon Wig

Hey guys welcome to another video in my blunder slay series. Today we are going silver, platinum blonde. I just have to try this color after I saw the easy season 6 campaign and the units that Tokyo Styles had created for it, but you know me I'm all about finding an affordable dupe. So here it is. I got this week from Amazon for $ 39.99 and let me tell you it is so worth it, so I'm gon na be doing a review, and I'm also gon na be showing you how I laid this wig down. How I did my baby hairs and all of that, so firstly, let's get into the cap construction, as you can see very standard of Amazon, it's a frontal wig. It'S got those three combs and no foam in the back, but it does have adjustable straps. This wig is so big head friendly. Let me tell you like it's such a comfortable fare, I'm so happy with it. So, as you saw when I first had this work on my head, it does come with some light waves in it. Just because you know it's been in a bag for so long so right now, I'm just straightening it just to make it look as sleek as I can get it, and I'm just using the lowest temperature on my hair straighteners, and let me tell you this wig Took the heat so so well like you would think, because it has such like a high density that it would take longer, but it didn't it's. Just literally was one of the easiest ways I've ever straightened ever. I did try and give it a new part by like straightening it down. Let me tell you this didn't really work very well. Like my side, part was annoying me all day when I was wearing this wig so here she is all straightened. They'Re ready to go on my head and oh look: here's miss sable she's, always in the beauty studio with me. So right now, I'm just prepping my edges and then I'm just gon na pop the wig on my head just to make sure it fits literally. Oh Armas and wigs are so big head friendly and then I'm just cleaning up any excess. That'S on my head any concealer or anything like that and my new technique is using this spiking glue. Look at my face. This was the first time I'm using it. So I'm like, oh my god. What is this? Because the consistency wasn't what I was expecting, I'm using that just to get my edges out of the way going over that with that with the hairdryer on cool and then I'm gon na go in with the usual stuff that I use, which is my free spray And while I'm doing that, I'm gon na tell you a little bit more about this wig. It took me a little while to actually decide on this particular wig. I was looking at quite a few on Amazon, but for me I really wanted to find a wig that was silver, platinum and the wigs that I were finding were a little bit too platinum or they looked a little bit too grey. But I was very happy with this one because it really does look like I've just used like a t18 Wella toner on some platinum blonde hair. So the hair texture of this wig is quite silky, as you could see from the intro. She is very long like she comes all the way down to my bum, so I would definitely say that she's about 26 inches, I do is find when I buy wigs on Amazon they're, always just a little bit longer than expected, and this one you know, I'm Happy with that, I did actually want to cut her into a blunt cut board, but then I was having so much fun just wearing her long, because she was just giving me storm vibes that I was just like I'll just keep along for a little bit longer. Considering the length of tangling has been very minimal with this wig and I haven't had any shedding so right now, as you can see, I kind of messed up this side and you can see my edges. So what I'm doing is just gon na cut some baby hairs and I'm using my kitchen scissors because, as per usual, I've lost my hair scissors, like I really just need to buy some new ones and I'm using the black got to be glued. To lay down my edges, because that just really keeps them laid down like all day. I then just applied my bandana as I did my makeup, and I just want to show you this, because this is what not to do the hair is so light. So if you try and add powder, it literally just stains the hair, so that's the tip, don't do that for anyway.
