Hey guys, I'm excited about this video so this week from genius wigs, I must admit this wig definitely looks like your normal, typical wig, but the inside of this week. The actual structure of this wig is quite different and quite interesting. So I'm excited to show you guys in this video, this different type of wig. That might be the new wave. So I don't know, but I'm just interesting and playing around with it and seeing how it turns out. So let's get started so take a look at the inside of this wig. Like I said, the structure of this week is a little different, as you can see, there's some sort of fabric or cloth material that has been sewn onto the actual lace. Now to me, I instantly think about okay. This should replace the ball stocking cap method, because it's something that's covering up those little black dots and I also think about. I don't have to bleach the knacks on this week, so I really want to see how this thing is gon na turn out for real. You also get a very good amount of lace on this week, so you get six inches of parting space on this wig. Also, this wig does come with the elastic band. This is pretty much standard now in all wigs. I don't like it because I don't like the placement of where companies are putting these elastic bands, but that doesn't mean that it will not work for the next customer. I actually think this is really good for someone who don't know how to sew their own elastic band on or don't want to go with the glue method. So, basically what you do is hook the straps. Like a bra, I mean that's like the easiest way. I can describe it cuz, that's just what it reminds me of, but it does have a lot of stretch. So if you have a big head, it's gon na fit really good. If you have a small head, the strap is adjustable, so you can just tighten it or loosen it by you know changing the hook so anyways I'm going to go ahead and put the wig on like I normally would. If I had sewn this elastic band on my wig myself so far I mean the wig is looking real standard like I said it does come with a pre plucked hairline, but it is not plucked a whole lot and because of that fabric, that is on the Lace, you can't really go in and pluck anything because then you're gon na be able to see that fabric. So just keep that in mind. I don't know if you guys can see that or not, but you can see the fabric right there, where my part is in this week. I'M hoping that concealer will hide that and I'll be good to go now. I will say this: if I pull some of the hair out on the hairline this week definitely gives off a more fake scalp, look without the bleaching and the extra plucking and the stocking cap method and all of that stuff. Because, honestly, I wouldn't see that unless I pull the hair out in the front, like you see right now like it looks really really good, like you honestly can't tell there was a piece of fabric there, so I'm gon na go ahead and cut the lace off Of this week - and I will be back - I also noticed once I added powder to this lace, to tint the lace to match my skin tone. I noticed that the fabric, underneath the wig wasn't as visible as it was before, adding the powder, so I'm gon na go ahead and straighten this wig and I'll be back. So now that I have gotten the hair straightened and flexed, I am going to add some baby hairs to this week because, like I said at the beginning, you can see that fabric that they add it to this wig a little bit more better compared to you Know taking some hair out of the hairline and creating baby hairs, and I mean naturally you know you guys know a little. You look for some baby hair, so I mean it's unless and you want to do it with this week anyway, so I'm gon na go ahead and do that and I will be back so here's the heck, but when it comes to doing my baby hairs, I Do prefer to use the got to be glue jail simply because it is a very strong jail that secures my wigs down without actually using it glue to glue my wigs down. While, though, I don't think this is the new way for me personally, I do think this is a really good technique for beginners who are not experienced with bleaching knots on a wig doing the whole stocking cap method, which can be a whole process, which can be Very frustrating as well. I really do think this is a good technique that they have incorporated into their wigs. I do feel like it gives out the same look, but you do have to be careful with that fabric piece that does show the wig. If you wanted a more clumped hairline or the parting space on the wig, because you actually can see the lace or the fabric, that's on the lace. But it's not as visible because I did add some concealer which help with that. But if you decide not to add concealer, then you will see that fabric visible through your parting space. So this is the wig I would suggest is for beginners. All purchasing information will be, you know, see you guys later.
