I didn't pack powder to my part: do anything like that. I literally just took the wig out the bag, cut off the lace and applied it to my head job: hey guys, it's Teresa shakey from flat fear staff and in today's video I'm bringing you a first impressions of this unit right here now, if it's a little Loud in the background sis, today's Thanksgiving, what I'm filming this you clearly gon na, see it after Thanksgiving family is cooking their contributions to the Thanksgiving dinner right now in the kitchen and I'm not about to claim about the noise, because I am trying to eat later. So I do have my backdrop up umm. I am in a different filming setup right now. I am in front of my vanity. I did put some lights up, but I don't have like my full set up right now. So hopefully everything still looks. Ok, okay! So, let's get into this unit that I'm wearing this is my very first time ordering anything at all from RPG shop never purchased a unit from them before. Okay. So what are BG shows here? It even tells you on the box that their units are made with a hundred percent Indian virgin hair, so I'm gon na put the name of the unit on the screen for you guys. So I ordered the unit on November 11th and it comes via DHL and you have to sign for it like they can't just leave it at your house. So then, when I first tried to deliver it to me, which was on the 18th so but like a week or so later, nobody was here to sign for my package, so I had to wait and get it the next day. So shipping was pretty quick in that regard, um faster than I thought it might be because um when you choose some of your specifications for your unit, it'll tell you like some things take longer, so I was happy to receive it when I did my ordered it And the texture silky you can choose from silky or yaki length. I ordered 20 inches hair color. I asked for it to be exactly like the color in the picture. The cap size is a size, 2 um, so the circumference is 22 point five to 23 inches. I have a larger head, so I opted for the largest gap size that I saw available and you can measure your head as well. They do show you how to do that, and that was also how I arrived at this wig cap size and also just from like previously making my own lens at home. I knew that that was about the range that I need it to be in cap construction. I got cap B, so this is a lace front wig with 200 % density. So basically, this is not like a full lace unit. The lace is concentrated in the front half of the unit and then my lace color. I opted for a tinted, transparent, swiss lace. In the medium brown color, if you decide to buy this unit, I want to point out something that is really important that I didn't realize until like I'd got ready to place my work, I'm just like wait. What got the wrong one got the wrong one. There are two versions of this unit, so there's one that's like a regular version and then there's one that has a fake skull underneath. So, basically, what that means is, while there is just like regular lace here, I'm a front right from about here to here in the unit and I'll show you guys the inside on cap construction. There is like a fabric material directly underneath the lace to give you the illusion of a fake scalp. It helps it blend in better. It makes them look more realistic and then you wouldn't have to do the ball cap method. If you didn't want to so it's up to you, you decide to your preference, but just be aware that there are two versions. So if you want the one with a fake skull, make sure that you look for that online on the site and of course, I'll have that link below, because that is the unit that I purchased myself um. I requested for the pre plucked hairline because I did not want to have to mess around with plucking a hairline myself like, please think, make my life as easy as possible. I think that might have been another nine bucks. It wasn't a big deal and then I asked for the knots to be deeply bleached. You can request lightly bleached or deeply bleached, and it says deeply bleached is recommended, and I know when your knots are bleached really well. It helps your unit blend better and just look more believable. Also, since I have a fake sculpt version, I don't know how would have accomplished bleaching and that's myself, because I could only get to the knots there like in this little bitty space. That'S just lace! I can't get to anything else, so I am glad I had them. Do it for me again, the less I have to do on my own, the better. I do know how to bleach knots but says if you complete it for me, for 9 bucks go off. You know some RPG show can be a bit pricey, so that is why I had never ordered one from there before. Typically, I just found it more affordable for me to make my own unit at home. Try to color it the best. I could and that's usually what I have done in the past. But that's not done. I thought about it, and I said this by the time you buy the hair and make the unit, which is wine it being cheaper, because I don't have to pay someone else to make the wig for me. But by the time I get the materials to try and color and honestly a lot of the times. When I try to color like my virgin hair at home, I wasn't getting the right color. It was just like a whole mess. I was like this actually probably is the best way to go so just go ahead and order it from our PG show. I wound up just making more sense. In the end, I got the look that I wanted for like a decently affordable price. Now, when you opted to get the hair colors shown in the picture, it is a bit more expensive. I know like flat-out without any type of coupon. I believe this unit with the exact specifications that I have would have been six hundred and twenty-four dollars, but they had a flash sale that they had sent out an email about, and it was basically you could get $ 100 off instead. So that was the coupon code that I used so reduce the cost of my unit by $ 100, because, basically, if you wanted the unit longer, the price increases. If you want the haircolor just like the picture, the price increases. So my intention was to do the bald cap method and then apply my unit. Now when I went to do that last night, um, usually what I do is I apply it so that my cap and the wig are a little bit in front of my hairline. This way I don't have like the gel and the spray or, if I'm using wig glue, so I don't have those products too close to my hairline. This way, I don't like mess up my real hair. However, when I went to do that last night, I noticed I could still very much see like the wig cap between the little space where the lace is and the fake sculpt on my unit. So it didn't look right and then, like I, was trying to move the wig cap back like shearing back a little bit more a little bit more realized. I wouldn't be able to keep the wig cap on underneath and apply the wig close enough to my hairline. Like basically, the wig need it to be right there and sit basically super close, if not actually on my hairline. In order to look right, so I had to forego the whole length bald cap method thing and I applied the wig directly onto my head. Using the got to be glued method now what, if referred, if this unit was a little bit larger, not in the sense of like space, because this is definitely big head friendly. I'M super comfortable like there are no issues at all, but what I guess I'm trying to say is I needed more of the unit so that I could pull it down a bit more and that it didn't have to be applied like basically directly on my hairline. Now I did experiment with like try and pull it down a bit more and a bit more, but with the way that the hairline this and I have to cut it as I kept trying to adjust it like once I'd kept winding up like behind my hairline. A little bit - and I was like you know what forget it, let me just apply it basically directly on my own hairline and hope for the best. I will be super careful as I remove it, because I dunno you got to watch out for your edges. Ladies, there was not any type of weird scent smell anything like that. It smells perfectly fine. I haven't had any snags when I have like run my fingers through the hair. It feels super silky and soft. Also, basically, it already came styled like this. It was sleek. It was straight I didn't have to bust out, like my hot comb um in my wax stick to create, like a part, anything like that, it literally came just like this. I really like the fake sculpt and the color of the lace, the lace color blends really well with my skin tone. I love the effect that the fake sculpt gives, I think it looks super believable. I didn't add powder to my part. Do anything like that. I literally just took the wig out the bag, cut off the lace and applied it to my head job for a meal and when I want another like real hair blond unit, I'll probably go back to our PG show because, honestly, in the long run, just more Cost-Effective for me, if you guys have any questions, you can leave them in a comment down below and I will definitely get back to you.
