Hey everyone. Thank you so much for being here today. My name is Denise. I'M also known as hey wig sister on Instagram and Facebook. Today, I'm here to bring you a wig review in partnership with Envy wigs. This is Zoe. It'S a Envy, hair wig. That is 70 heat friendly synthetic and 30 human hair Zoe has a fully hand-tied cap, beautiful fibers, low density, a lot of good things going on with this one. If you want to know more about Zoe and see her in two colors then stick around. I want to thank Envy for sending me this wig so that I could review it for all of you. This is the second wig that I've partnered with NV on and I'm so thrilled to be able to bring you these Envy hairstyles, because, if you're looking at these and considering them, they are a little bit higher end in the price range, and I think reviews can Be really really helpful in helping you to make a decision, so thank you so much Envy. I appreciate you guys all right everybody, let's take a look at Zoe from all sides. This wig there are so many amazing things about this wig. I just don't even know where to begin. First of all, this is a fully hand, tied cap and I'm going to start with the cap. Let me grab the second piece because they sent me two in two different colors. I will be doing a color Spotlight for you guys, comparing these two colors in a separate video, the colors. I have this one's medium brown and this is chocolate caramel. So if you are here because you're curious about the color you'll get to see them in this video, but I'm not going to cover them, I'm not going to talk about them. I will release a color Spotlight I'll film them both today, so that they can release one after another, fully hand-tied cap. Let'S talk about that. So what we have here is a lace front and a full mono top. So you can part this wig anywhere within that monofilament on the top. There is a seam that reinforces between the two different types of Cap Construction. You can see that seam a little bit like right about in here. Let me just double check that it's parted in a way that you can see it so right there. That is not a huge concern. It'S back far enough that I don't think people are really going to notice it at all, especially in normal everyday interaction. But if you're concerned about that seam, which is common on nearly every full mono top wig out, there there's a couple of exceptions, but not many. Just take a little bit of face powder, maybe a shade or two lighter than what you would wear on your face. Typically and just dab it on and blur that line really easy to deal with, so you've got that full monofilament you've got nice soft ear tabs with bendable stays extended. Nape velcro adjusters, which we love and this entire cap is hand tied the entire thing. No clothes wefts toward the bottom, it's all fully hand-tied and you can see my fingers through there that just gives this wig such realism. The movement is realistic because the fibers, the hair fibers, are tied onto the cap in individual knots. I think they're mainly cluster knotted toward the back, but what happens when you not in the fibers is they can move all around on the axis of that knot? Sort of like your hair in the hair follicle moves so much more naturally than wefted wigs, because those the hair on the wefts on those tracks can only move in sort of One Direction. They can't move all around if you're outside in a wind. If you want to style this in a variety of updo type, Styles or braids, french braids, all kinds of things, you're going to be able to do that so naturally, because of the fact that it's hand tied everywhere, this cap is beautiful. They did such a good job on this. It is such a comfortable cap, just beautiful, and you guys watch when you've got a fully hand-tied cap like this. You can run your hands through your hair, just like if this were your own hair. Not only that, but I know I I've had conversations and I actually had a post out in the past about how you date when you have a wig on. Sometimes we get very sensitive about the fact that we're wearing a wig - and we don't want our significant other or someone touching our head. They can touch your head unless they're digging in their fingers to like scratch, your scalp or something they won't feel the wig. I mean honestly I'm doing this and I just feel like I'm touching my head. I don't feel any wig. I feel a little bump where my wig cap is my wig grip, but that is it. It is so natural. They did a fantastic job on this cap. Let'S talk about the lace front on this one, I will show you the lace front on both of them, because there is a slight difference between the two of them and now that I've been playing with it. I want to make sure I didn't pull it off. My head, so here's the lace front, it's actually pretty good on this one. The knots are small they're, not super obvious. It does only go from about here to here, which gives you just a little bit more limited space to style. So if you wanted to kind of pull this all back, you know that lace front does end and it's a little bit obvious, especially because this is sort of indented. Sometimes wigs will kind of go like this, but this one kind of goes in and then down so there's just a little bit of coverage challenge right here where you can see my bio hair, not very common. Can you see my bio hair this far up? So just keep that in mind, you could cut some baby hairs in there and you know to pull some wispies out to make that look a little bit more natural and if you have bio hair, you can pull your bio hair out. Let me grab I already sort of did that a little bit on this side, but let me demonstrate so basically you can take a rat tail comb go up in there and pull out your bio hair. This is my bio hair. Obviously it doesn't match and that's going to blend with the wig. So if you wanted to tuck it that bio hair is really going to help make that look realistic. As opposed to this side, where I didn't pull my bio hair out, you can kind of see where that cap ends it's kind of a stark line. So if you were to tuck it, you can kind of see that so you definitely need something to help blend. If you don't have any bio hair, I really recommend you learn how to cut some wispies and baby hairs into a wig, because then you could just pull a little bit of the wig hair cut a little bit of wispies in and that will hang down and Disguise that cap, so I wanted to point that out, because with a fully hand-tied cap like this, you may find yourself really wanting to do a lot of styling and so you'll just want to kind of handle that front, but seriously you guys it's just so great. You could do half up half down it's not super long, but I mean you could do a low Pony. I'M not! Obviously I'm not blending my hair doing this. I would need to blend it in the back, but I mean it's so natural as wigs go. If you're really worried about people, knowing that you're wearing a wig, a wig like this could go a long way toward making you feel really confident because of the way the hair moves. The way the hair feels and this incredible fully hand-tied cap now I think this cap is running really true to average it has a ton, a ton of stretch so much stretch. I did cinch it in just a little bit to make it a little bit more comfortable around my 22 inch circumference. So I really think this will fit up too. Maybe a 22 and a quarter 22 and a half potentially very comfortably um. I have a wig grip on under this, which I don't normally do with wigs and it's so comfortable. Sometimes a wig grip will make wigs a little bit tight for me. That'S not happening with this one. It'S just so awesome and just look at this. You guys look at how good this looks. I'Ve been playing with it. I'Ve been running my hands through it. I get zero tangle with this one. It'S not super long, but playing with it as much as I have been you'd get some Tangles, I'm getting none, and I think it's because of that blend of 70 heat friendly synthetic 30 human hair. That'S one of the great benefits of these Blends is: it gives it so much more natural, look and feel and movement and reduces tangling. It'S so good. Let me grab the other one, so I can try that on and show you some of the differences, because there are some now, because this is a heat friendly, fiber and human hair. You can curl this if you want to my wig grip's starting to slip. So let me readjust it here: you can curl it, you can straighten it, you can put waves in it, I mean you could just really kind of style it any way you want, and what's really interesting about, these heat friendly fibers is or this these Blends is. If you curl it, it's supposed to hold the curl, even though there's some human hair in there. So, however, they do that technology. It'S sort of acts like a synthetic in the sense that it kind of holds its style, but it's an upgraded, much upgraded synthetic all right did I grab the right one. I did okay, so this one is the chocolate caramel. The first one I had on was medium brown. Okay, I've got fibers in my lip gloss and hold the phone first. All right. Sorry about that. I like to put my wigs on on camera for my wig sisters, who are new, because I know it can be so helpful to watch someone do that, but I was having all kinds of trouble with my lip gloss, so I needed to get myself squared away. All right, this one is the chocolate caramel one and there are some differences now. I am so exceedingly grateful to Envy for sending me two, because I think it can be so helpful to see a style in multiples to see what type of variation might exist. It'S hard for us reviewers, because we can only review the piece that we have and we don't know if it's a typical if there's variations any of that, and so this is really really helpful. One of the biggest variations I'm seeing is with the lace front. There'S two things: I'm noticing with this one. First of all, it doesn't really want to lay flat the other one lays incredibly flat. This one may have some cold crimping going on, I'm noticing it in the fibers, so it may not have been packed as carefully as the other one. I am noticing I'm having trouble getting that lace to lay flat. The other thing I'm noticing is very densely knotted. This, unfortunately, doesn't look super realistic, it's just so densely knotted. If you were to kind of pull the hair up. Your hairline wouldn't typically look like that. The other one is a much better knotting and less kind of straight line. Dense, that's okay, because you can pluck the hairline, and I have a video where I show you how to pluck a part line so that you can see it a little bit more and how to pluck a hairline. In case you get a wig. That is a little bit densely knotted. You can remedy that, so it's not doesn't have to be a deal breaker, but I do want to point out that that is a variation I'm seeing between these two. I don't know if you got one what you would see, but that variation at least in these two exists. Otherwise this fits exactly the same. I do notice a little bit of cold crimping. Can you see that little crimp right there? That'S why I say: there's a little bit of cold, crimping or cold setting is another word for it, I'm going on. It could have something to do with how the Box the hair was laying in the box or the conditions. This particular box was in um. All of those things, but because this is heat friendly and human hair, I could take a hot airbrush, a straightener, a round brush and a blow dryer and just work on that to try to get that little kind of kink out of there and that should work. Just fine another thing, I'm sort of noticing is this whole top doesn't really like. The part line is super densely knotted as well a little bit more than the other one, and you can't really see that monofilament very well again. You can pluck a part line and, if you're going to be a full-time, wig, wearer or wear wigs regularly. That is something you're probably going to come across on occasion. So and I've noticed that sometimes part lines are super easy to see and nice and defined, and sometimes they're, not so taking a tweez users and just plucking a little bit of that hair out of there to pull out the part line. Not only does a lot toward making the wig look more realistic, but it helps those fibers to lay a little bit better and more defined on one side or the other. You would be surprised how a little bit of plucking makes a huge difference in the realism of a wig, so keep that in mind tuck it into your toolbox, I'll link that plucking video in the description so that you can see what I'm talking about. So I talked about capsize fit. Let'S talk about density and permatease. This is such a natural density. I would consider this a low to medium density. It'S definitely not heavy density um. It'S not super super low, but it's very very low. I would say that between the low density, lowish density and the Hand tied cap, this wig looks and feels incredibly realistic. Just like a healthy head of hair that isn't thinning, it looks, looks really good and the fibers are, I would say, A medium denier. So they're not super light and super wispy, but they're also not like really stiff and thick. I would say, they're just very, very natural gives it really natural movement and because it's not a super light denier, you don't have a ton of flyaways to deal with. Sometimes, in the very light denier sort of the fine wispy type of synthetic fibers, you get a lot of flyaways, I'm not really experiencing a ton of those with either of these pieces. They just lay so nice and so silky, really nice fibers on a super cap. Now with this piece, if you were to get one that was very densely knotted on the hairline and you are a bang wearer, you could cut bangs into this. Let me see where my comb is. I don't really have my wide tooth handy, but that's okay. You could take and you could cut a bang in these, so if you struggle with the the lace or the hairline, that is a great solution. I really think that this would have be super cute with bangs did both of these pieces do have a little bit of Separation right here and a little bit of lift in the front. The other one has more lift in the front than this one. So just take a hot airbrush and a round brush or a hot air brush, or a hair dryer and a round brush or something a hot comb to sort of smooth down those fibers and get them to lay more flat. And then you could definitely remedy anything with the front with the lace just by cutting in a bang. Both of these are straight out of the box. I didn't have to do anything to either one of these. I really didn't have to do anything I didn't have to hang it. I just took it out of the box, gave it a little Shake combed it out, and this is what they looked like. So I do think this is a style that you'll be able to tell right away whether or not it will work for you. I don't think you're going to have a lot of, but you know uh box, hair, smushed, hair, flattened hair to make it so that you're unsure whether or not you're gon na, like the style, You're Gon na Know straight out of the box. If it's going to work for you or not, so to sum up my thoughts on Zoe, it's adorable, it's super realistic. Looking this hand-high cap is stunning. The fibers are incredible. I mean the only thing that I'm really struggling with on this piece is the front um. I just think I would have liked the lace to have been a little wider, given all the hand-tied features. It'S not abnormal to have lace of this length at all, but I think that people might want to style this a lot because of the hand-tied cap, but other than that, it's so comfortable. It'S just beautiful! I think that if you're looking for a more of a lob a long bob, it doesn't really have any layers. I mean a little bit right here. You'Ve got just a little bit of face framing, but it's not really a heavily layered piece. I think these fibers lay beautifully. They stay out of the face really well considering it's a straight style. They did do a good job of tying it so that these fibers stay out of the face really well, sometimes you'll get these straight pieces, and these fibers will like stubbornly fall in your face. All I really have to do is that and they do a very good job of staying over to the side. It'S tuckable so much to like about this one. Let me know if you guys have any questions. Um, like I said the cap is very true to average. I don't get a lot of gapping up here. Sometimes I get gapping on hand-tied caps, because even though I have an average circumference, I am very petite over the top of my head. This cap, just molds to your head very comfortably, there's no like really stiff, uh sections in it. Sometimes you can get some really stiff sections like where the monofilament meets the rest of the cap. That'S not happening with this one. It'S just molding perfectly and it's super comfortable, so I think I got it all. Let me know if you guys have any questions stay tuned for the separate color Spotlight comparison of these two colors. Thank you once again Envy for sending me this beautiful piece. So I could show it to everybody I'll talk to you guys in my next video. Thank you.

T2the_heyy: I love these simple styles the best. I really liked this wig until I heard it wasn't a full traditional synthetic. I don't do the other ones. Looks really nice on you, Denise.

Karen Woodall: I just ordered this same wig on Saturday. Waiting for her to arrive. She looks great on you.

Denise Woodin: Thanks for this Denise, really appreciated your take on the Envy hair wig , I recently bought Chelsea in medium gray and love it although find it actually does tangle a little. What I'm interested in and would love to hear your advice, is what to use when washing/caring for these synthetic human hair blends. Blessings to you

Wilma Knickersfit: This one looks fantastic on you! ❤️

Gaining wisdom: Wonderful video! Zoey was one I lost in the flood too. My problem is I was getting sores with almost all wigs until I found handtied. I've connected with several resources but they just don't get hand tied much at all. Haven't since I've connected, plus they have such a back log. You are so through and honest I truly enjoy your reviews. God bless

Tracy Lamoreaux: Love the style. And the lighter color.

Gingeroo: GREAAAT WIG & REVIEW! THANK U DENISE!!‍♀️❤

KellyS: Wow those look so real. They look fabulous on you! At that price, I guess these would be the Rolls Royce of wigs! What is your opinion on how long they would last?

Marla Robinson: I wish they would make the hairline on wigs look less perfect.

Libby Adler: Denise this was great. I remember you reviewed Emma by Envy, another Envy hair wig. But you did not like the lace front. Was this one different?

Kathie Fleming: Based on all you’ve showed about Envy, I would avoid this brand.

Patti Burkhart: I want it!!

Donna Q: Gorgeous color, the look is fabulous. Just pluck the hairline a bit. I wish with all my ❤ that the wig companies would consider this.

Clara: Looks great on you Denise but I don't like the thick hairline

Peggy Edmond: I got a wig from new best sales. It's terrible an I can't get them to email me back about sending it back. If you could give me some advice in what to do. The wig was solve the problem with hair lose. By the way you are wonderful..you did a review on this wig an it looks great the one I got wouldn't be a good Halloween wig. Thank you.
