Closure Wig Install With Layers || Unice Hair

What is up you guys and welcome back to my channel, so today's video y'all as y'all, can see by the title and the thumbnail and how i'm looking right now per this video is going to be a wig install. I had to come back for my last wig install y'all, because y'all saw it was just all over the place, but we better be better, and this video is actually sponsored by you, nice hair. So y'all know when i am posting some new content and for everybody else that is coming back to my channel, so yeah. Let'S go ahead and get right into this video, so i am going to put a wig cap on, even though it is a closure um. Just because i want to extra, you know, protection. This is the hair super soft and super silky, so i am going to go ahead and put a little bit of foundation on my wig cap. Just because i'm not bleaching the knots the closure is super small. So i didn't feel the need to and it's a fake scalp, so i'm just going to go ahead and put a little bit of that foundation, and now i'm just measuring out the closure to see where it fits and where i want to place it. Then i'm going to go ahead and clean it up with some alcohol because we want that glue to hold on for dear life. Okay, i'm using my favorite glue by melt effect, and here i'm just showing you guys the technique that i actually learned from jada jonay. She places one dot on the wig cap and then the other dot on the actual forehead. She says to give it an extra hold and i actually want to try it. I normally just put it on my skin, but i'm gon na try this out today to see if it really works. I am going back in with another layer. I think i did at least two or three layers just because, like i said, we want this to be super cold. This glue ain't going nowhere. Okay, now i'm ready to place the closure onto the glue. So now, of course, i'm going to press that into my skin. I have a little wide tooth comb, not watching whatever this type of comb is called and i'm pretty much going to press the lace into my skin. Then i'm going with my elastic band and i'm also tie that on the closure, just because we want it to be super melted. Now, i'm just taking the hot comb and i'm gon na put all those fly aways down. I did put a little bit of a wax stick on there, but i don't know it just wasn't working, so i went back in now. We'Re ready to go ahead and cut the lace, so i did cut it one down the middle and then i'm just going to cut as close as i can to where the hair begins. If that makes sense, we don't want too much lace because we don't want it to look real crazy, but we want just enough lace, so it looks really natural. So i did put a little bit of makeup on it because, as you can see, it was a little white and i didn't bleach. The knots like i said so: yeah, i'm just using a little bit of contour because it matches my skin perfectly. Now i'm going to begin cutting the layers so at first i started with this razor that i got from the hair store, but i wasn't liking the way it was cutting. So i grabbed my kitchen scissors and it was just a big difference. It cut a lot easier than the razor, so here i'm just cutting those layers, as you can see, it's kind of like a diagonal kind of motion that i'm doing with the scissors and i'm also cutting. At the same time, i was trying to get that layered. Blunt cup type of thing, so i did cut the end of the hair just a little bit. It wasn't a lot because it was already super short. It was a 14 inch. So i didn't want to be super super short, but i did kind of trim the edges just a little bit just for it to look a little bit more straight and now y'all are just about to watch me. Do my edges for about a good minute or so so enjoy so now i'm ready to go ahead and flat iron it. So i am giving it just a little bit of a bump just because i want it to look. You know with that. Little 90s bump type of look with the layers, so that is the look that i'm going for, so i did bump it just a little bit now how your mom used to bump your hair. When you said you wanted straight sis just a little bump, so i did put just a little bit more concealer in the part like i said it is a fake scalp wig, but i just wanted it to look a little bit more realistic. So i went in with my concealer brush and i just put a tiny little bit more concealer in the part, and she is done you guys this actually came out super cute. I thought it was going to come out crazy because i really didn't know what i was doing, but it's super pretty and look at the layers, i'm so proud of myself, but i do hope you guys enjoyed this video.
