You do not need as much product as you think you may need. You do not need to try out every growth recipe that you see online. You do not need all of these things, and I know you may think those things are necessary because you think natural hair care is difficult. You think doing all of those things and using all of those things will solve your problem, because when people see natural hair as stubborn and it is problematic, you do not need all of those things. The simplest of routine. The simplest of products can also yield healthy. Long, natural hair, you do not need a thousand steps in your routine. The next mindset that you also need to have you have to have it at the back of your mind that natural hair care is not hard, and I know you may think it is hard because you've had a lot of people say caring for their hair is Hard and you may also think it is hard because you're currently finding it difficult to care for your hair. The only reason it is difficult for you to care for your natural hair now is because you do not have the proper knowledge. I bet you that, once you have the proper knowledge on how to care for your hair, you will discover that it is actually easier than you imagine also. You should watch this video to the end, because I'll be sharing all of the proper knowledge that you need to care for your natural hair. There are two major aspects of natural hair care that you need to understand and once you have the understanding of these two aspects, I bet you they are caring for your hair will become easy. The first aspect is wash day. I have gone from using a whole day to washing my hair and even sometimes stealing hours from the next day, so now washing my hair under two hours or at most three hours, you do not need the 10-step washer routine back when I just returned back to Our newly I will do hot oil treatment. I will pre-shampoo my hair shampoo, my hair condition, deep condition, do experience, and so many other things to my hair in just one day. These things are not really bad for your hair, but if your hair does not need that particular treatment at that point in time, it is way too for you to do these things, and I guess we felt that we really needed to do these things to show That we were truly caring for our natural hair. Take a already book. I write this down when it comes to washing your natural hair. There are basically only three steps or sometimes two steps that you need in your wash day: routine. Okay, the first step is pre-poo, which is pre-shampoo treatment or preparing your hair for shampoo. The only thing I do when it comes to prepaying my hair is when I have my hair in a protective style, and I intend to take down that protective step before I step into the shower to wash my hair, all you need for this process is water, Very important some living conditioner or your oil of choice. You can use water and leave-in conditioner or you can use water and oil. It depends on you, but most times I use water and leave-in conditioner or sometimes, if my hair is not absolutely dry, I would just use a leave-in conditioner, and that is it. That is all that you need the operation. Apple treatment can also just be water. If you have your hair in a puff or low ball or any hairstyle that your hair is out you, you really do not need any product for your pre shampoo treatment. You cannot use water stand in the shower for five to ten minutes. The only time you would people - and I would not advise that you use water in people in your hair - is when you have a protective hairstyle in for long, especially if that protective style is done with extensions and there is visible masking at the ends of your Hair, I would advise that you use just oils to separate that matting, because if you use water on it, it's going to worsen the situation. So instead just apply oil to that particular point and massage the oil into your hair so that they can take away the dirt and separate your hair. But personally I do not allow my hair to get to that extent. So now you are done with preparing your hair. The next step is to shampoo your hair. There are a lot of information surrounding shampoos, they would say dry shampoos. The sulfates do not use shampoo just enough information out there on things that you should and shouldn't do. When it comes to shampooing, your hair sulfates are not the enemies to your natural hair, depending on the concentration of surface. I now often you use it. Your hair can do just fine. Also really expensive products do not equate to effective products. So, if you're looking for a product, especially shampoo since we're talking about shampooing your hair, the best shampoo for you may not even be on the pricier side personally for me, shampoos that I love to use for my hair and product that I love to use. For my hair in general, and not even on the pricey side and can be found easily when it comes to shampooing my hair I'll, typically shampoo, my hair twice, I would apply the shampoo wash my scalp specifically, then rinse then apply the shampoo again wash my scalp. A little bit and then focus on washing my hair strands. It is important that when you shampoo your hair, you shampoo your scarf. You focus really on your scalp, because that is where the growth happens and your scalp needs to be in the best condition to promote hair growth. That means of dirty hair grows is a lie. There is no scientific backing to saying dirty. Hair grows the next and final step to your wash day is to condition your hair. There are two types of conditioners in this category: the one that you apply on your head. You tell your hair and rinse out immediately and they are also deep conditioners, which you would typically leave on your hair for maybe 30 minutes, and it also depends on the instruction on the package personally. For me, I prefer to use deep conditioner. That is what I use most of the time. Like 99 of the time when I wash my hair, I use deep conditioner now this final step of deep conditioning your hair, is when you would properly detangle your hair toggling. My hair has been an easy process. As you can see, this is one of the trick I use. I make sure that my hair is wet before I apply the conditioner to my hair and I also do not apply the conditioner directly. On my hair, I put a little bit of water in it. Then I rub the conditioner between my palm. This just ensures that the conditioner applies easily on my hair strands and every strand of hair is coated with the conditioner. Before I started. Using this method, I used to hate the um conditioners that did not have sleep to them. I actually thought that I needed my conditioners to have sleep before I'll, be able to use him to detangle my hair, and I thought conditioners that did not have sleepwear bad formulations. It turns out that I was the one that was not using my conditioner well when I started using this method, my conditioners began to last a longer period of time. This method will make both products to last at the same time, so another trick that I use is that I apply water to my brush. Before I begin to brush out my hair, I brush out my hair. I finger detangle like I just do that interchangeably because I feel like there are some Tangles that your brush will not get, and you would need your hands like this one right here. You I need my hands to gently, go in and separate it, because if I was going to use my brush to like forcefully detangle my hair, I most likely would have pulled hard at my hair and that would have led to breakage. I'Ve also discovered that why tooth Combs are not worth a lot of people made it out to be, they are not. I prefer brush to white suit comb, and also in this watch day, I was trimming my hair um as I was detangling my hair. My hair had not been trimmed for a while, and I decided that you know what I'm just going to trim my hair as I detangled my hair. When I'm done detangling a section of hair, I would twist that hair up so that it does not get tangled up again. If you cannot already tell when it comes to detangling my hair, I like to work with smaller sections, while not extremely small sections, but smaller sections, compared to how I wash how I shampoo my hair when I'm shampooing my hair, I shampoo my hair as a whole Or at most I divide it into two, but when it comes to detangling my hair, I will divide it into four sections after which, when I'm working with each section, I divide that section into two sections again. So, at the end of the day, I'm ending up with um about eight sections when I'm done detangling my hair. These steps are all you need as part of your wash everything as a beginner or as somebody who just wants an easy and simple wash day routine. The next aspect of caring for your natural hair that you need to understand is how to style your hair. This is commonly called protective styling in the natural hair community. There are two ways to approach styling, your hair. You could either go for short-term protective styles or long-term protective styles. These names are derived from how long you keep a protective style for typically short-term protective styles are hairstyles that will last between one week and two weeks. You could do a wash and go contrary to the information that we had years ago when we were told that wash and go were bad for your hair. Basically, we were told that wash are going a bad for lunch retention. Well, Ronaldo that those information were false. I know a couple of people who have been wearing wash and go for years and their hair is doing impressively well and their hair is also long. The important thing is to know the right technique when it comes to doing a wash and go and, most importantly, how you preserve your wash and go during the week for your short-term protective styles. You can also do braids out twist out flat twist out. Those are also good options if you like to wear your hair out. Personally, I do not do any of those Styles, because I do not like to wear my hair out. I do not like it when my hair touches my skin. I also do not like the texture of washing gel out of my hair. That is the reason why I do not wear all of these Styles, often or even at all, while you're doing a braid out or a twist out, make sure that your hair is completely dry before you unravel the twist or the braids. If you do not want to wear your hair out in a short-term processing style, you can also opt for doing twists. Two strand twists flat twists single braids or cornrows. I prefer doing two strand twists because they are easy to install and they are also easy to take down. Corals are one of my least favorite short hair protective hairstyles to do because, if you do not install it properly or take it down properly, you're most likely going to experience a lot of breakage, and I also would not advise that you do currents frequently now that You know what short-term protective styles are we're going to talk about long-term protective styles. These are hairstyles that you typically live in for over two weeks. Some people leave it in for over a month, and these hairstyles are mostly done. With extension. In this category, you have box braid, crochet, wigs, not less braids and hairstyles that are similar to these, but this does not mean that hairstyles done without extension, cannot be long term, like we said earlier in the definition of long-term protective styles hairstyles. That, last for over two weeks, a month are long-term protective styles, so, whether you use extensions or not as long as your hairstyle is lasting you for over two weeks to a month, your hairstyle is a long-term protective style. The reason why some people would advise you against long-term productive Style with extensions when you're trying to grow long hair. It'S because most times, people do tight protective styles and those extensions are heavy for your hair. Some people do not also know how to properly care for their hair when it is in a long-term protective style, and that can lead to breakage, which is going to defeat your goal if it is to grow long, healthy hair. And yes, you can wash your hair when it is in a long-term protective style. You can wash it maybe once or twice it depends on how long you keep the protective style in once you've mastered the art of styling, your hair. You have come full circle, because natural hair care revolve around washing your hair styling, your hair, then washing your hair, then style your hair. So if you know what to do when it comes to washing your hair and also when it comes to styling your hair - and that is all that, you basically need other question that you may have as a beginner. Maybe should you blow dry your hair because most times you hear that using heat or your natural hair is bad. It is terrible for your hair. The answer is, you can blow dry your hair as long as you use moderate amount of heat on your hair, you use the right tools on your hair. I also do not use heat frequently. This answer also applies to people who want to straighten their hair or get so pressed. Another is, should you all your scalp honestly oil in your scalp is an individual thing. There are people whose scalp do not give them issues when they all their scalp, and there are also people who, when they all got scalped, they end up with dandruff and itchy scalp. So it is basically an individual thing. If you all your scalp and you see that you do not experience any side effects, then go ahead, but if you oil yourself and you experience any side effect, then you should stop oiling your scalp immediately. Personally, I oil my scarf once in a week, and that is all I do. There are people who put all their scalp multiple times in a week and that scalp will be fine, but that is not me, so I do what works for me. If there's any question that you would like for me to answer, do make sure to leave that question down in the comment section, and I will reply to the best of my knowledge and if it requires for me to make a detailed video best believe, I'm going To make that video, I am all about sharing information that will make Healthcare simple for people.
