Hey guys welcome back to another video. This is my first hair video. This is going to be a review from wigan's hair. This is their 5x5 deep wave closure wig, i'm gon na open it up for you guys and show you the details. This is a medium sized cap and i need a large um. It comes with a brown cap in the bag. I'M going to use that i pay the oregano mine that it's going to be removed, so i'm just taking out the bag and already i'm noticing that the wig feels very soft, so i'm just removing the hair net and all of the extra trimmings in the bag. So now i am going to take that wig and i am going to place it. On my mannequin hand, look at those knots. They need to be bleached. I had to do a free screen for you guys. You can really get a look at it because i did speed this part up for the length of the video um. I was just rubbing my fingers through my hair, just to see the knot and it looks like yeah, i'm glad. I brought that bleach okay, so i just want all my baby hairs out of the way. So if i don't accidentally bleach it so i'm going to take my denman brush and i'm going to brush all of my hairs backwards. I use the free spray to make sure they don't move and now i'm just smoothing it over and i'm going to do it. One more time just to ensure my baby hairs, don't turn blonde. So i really want to make sure that i get out the way, so i did braid it back, so i won't accidentally breathe. I mean bleach any of the hair that i don't want bleach. I just want the knots bleach i'm going to take my latex gloves my dye bowl, which is only a dollar coloring kit, and i also have some bw2 powder with some 30 volume developer and shimmer light shampoo. Of course we need that purple shampoo, that's the only shampoo. I would use once you rinse the bleach off so now, i'm about to grab that bw2 powder and pour right into that mixing bowl. No, i did not measure it. I just eyeball it sorry. If the powder bowl is not in focus there, we go okay and then i'm going to add my 30 volume developer to the mixing bowl. This is my first hair video. So excuse me, if i'm out of focus on some things, but i tried my best okay, so i'm gon na pour that in there and you're gon na see me mix it until i get it to the consistency that i like you, don't want it way too. Thick and you don't want it loose as a goose at all, you want it to be like a a peanut butter texture, so i'm going to keep on stirring. This can get really strong. So i did have my um air conditioner on. You could wear a mask if you like, but it is really strong and you definitely want to wear gloves. I move so fast that i just didn't put them on. It'S not my first time working with bleach. It'S just my first hair video, but i did bleach knots before in the past. Okay. So that's okay, because it's not droopy, but i'm definitely going to add some more powder to thicken it up just a bit, because i wanted to not go through the um. The lace, it's only five inches long five inches wide and i don't want it to go past there. My fear is over bleaching. I purchased a wig before from someone and my knots were over bleached, so it made my part, look very orange and now i have a fear of over bleaching, so i didn't bleach it nearly as long as i would normally bleach it. Okay. So you see those baby hairs are pushed out the way they are not in the way at all. So i didn't use the brush. I actually used this little tiny spatula that came with the coloring kit and i used that to apply it. It actually was much easier than the brush. I actually like it hold the camera. Just like this. All of the equipment is very affordable. I mean under five dollars, affordable just me for each piece individually, not all together, turn off the air. Then this is one okay. So you want to start from the back and then work your way up to the front the front of the lace bleach faster than the back, because the hairs in the front are much thinner than the hairs in the back. So, of course, they're going to turn blind. First, that's going to scare you you're, going to end up rinsing everything off kind of like i did oops like when i see that blonde popping up, i'm like oh no, it's time to rinse, i will not be overreaching. Yes, you want to make sure you cover every single last inch because you may want to change your part. Don'T just go straight up the middle get the whole thing. I do side parts and i do middle parts or you could just twitch the wig to the side just a little bit, but i prefer to bleach the entire thing coat it entirely you get in it. Are you watching it? Why are you recording it? Okay? This is the only part that i decided to slow down, because this is the hardest part. Okay, so just show them okay. So now it's time to flip that bad boy over and sit it on some foil and let it marinate on the foil. I stay close by because i just want to make sure it's not going to be over bleach. I don't walk away from my wig. I was sitting right in the chair literally in front of that foil and i'm just showing you what it looks like. So i'm going to take that shimmer light shampoo. It'S been about 20 minutes and i seen some blondes so i started rinsing. We know how to rinse, hair and shampoo, so i sped that up. Okay - and this is me after we got out of the sink - i'm just pushing the hairs back and remind you. This is an amateur video. I am not a professional hairstylist, so you are going to see errors. This is what happens when we watch youtube videos and try it ourselves at home. So this is me, try and get myself at home. Yes, i tried to buy myself at home before i made many mistakes before, so i'm not in like the super beginner stage, where i never tried it before. Yes, i tried to pluck on expensive wigs before and you just have to be careful not to over. Pluck i did it on i practiced on cheap, wigs before expensive, wigs, so i'm pretty comfortable with you know, plucking i make sure i do not over block, though once you get rid of the hair, you know that all the youtubers say you can't get it back. You could probably draw a dot with a little eyeliner pencil or something i don't know, but you can't get their hair back, so i rather under pluck than over, pluck and then adjust accordingly. You know the longer i have the wig, the more i may go back in there and tweak it. You don't have to tweak it all the first day you get it because some hairs are going to shed when you comb your hair. So you don't want to do too much, so i'm just going with these really sharp tweezers that i got from the hair supply store and they work wonders. I just go straight to the root and i start plucking plucking liking. This is sped up a little bit. This isn't in real time, so it takes a while to pluck it. But take your time there's no rush. You want to sit down, go watch, a tv show, come back, have a snack go ahead! Do that? Okay, so i'm going to pluck from that front! Bang and i'm going to i'm hyped, showing you all my little tweezers, i'm pretty sure y'all seen them before, and i'm going to plug from the part that i'm gripping, i often push it back. So i can comb it and see my progress make sure that there's no bald spots in the front or i'm not like over plucking anywhere and always just a tip just make sure you part your hair wherever you want it to be parted it before you start Plucking, because you don't want to not make that middle part and then have a ball spot right at the front of it, so just make sure you part your hair first, it's looking pretty good. I must say: okay, see, that's not a whole lot of hair. I told y'all wasn't gon na overdo it nope. He looks a little dense to me right there, so i'm going to pluck it some more, but it's good that this wig comes with a lot of hair. You don't want your wig to come looking over plucked or bald okay, so i'm just adding on some finishing touches and i'll be done before you know it. I know you can still see the knots on the wig but yeah. I definitely didn't want it to be orange and concealer will fix that. Honestly, i mean, if you really don't want to you, don't have to bleach your knots. You can use a lace tint, you can use concealer, i mean a lot of people are scared to bleach. It you don't have to so i'm going to end up making a video showing you up close to natural light too, like how to do it without actually bleaching your knots, because i don't always do the bleach. I wish it would be an extra for the video see all that. Okay, so now i did use some got7 got to be free spray to um get my wig on if it's hot outside use some glue, but um. Now, i'm just going to part the hair down the middle, like i did before when i was plucking it getting it out my face, i'm sorry if that mirror is in your way, but i really had to see looking inside the viewfinder on the camera was not It honey so i'm taking the wick stick. This is by cantu. It works. Okay, it's pretty good. Does the job um, it was about five. It was under ten dollars. I would say i don't want to give an exact price, so i'm just going to flat iron. It sorry hot comb it right here because it was do you see how fluffy it is at the root, and i know you can go in between you - know the tracks and start hot combing it, but i'm about to wet this hair. This is wet and wavy. This is what i purchased before to wear, wet and wavy. So, there's no point in me going in between all that, because it's just going to get wet anyway in a second and as you can see, the lace is still on my head, but look how invisible that looks on my forehead, like their lace, is good yeah. If i was wearing this straight, i would go. I would flat iron the crap out of it with my um babyliss flat irons. I did a review on them if you guys want to check that out, but their flat irons are amazing, especially on wigs. I'M telling you this is like the easiest wig to put on. I know i'm still at amateur level, but this is amazing, so this is what i'd use for my eyebrows, but this is brand new. I'Ve seen all the other tubers use this to cut their lace, and you don't want that straight across blunt look, so you definitely want to use a razor. I split it up the middle and then i started cutting from left to right. I didn't cut straight across and you want to cut in a jagged motion just so it can look more realistic. You can tell when someone cuts it straight across. It looks dumb as hell but um yeah, and i know you can see that little white part but trust me we're gon na fix it honey and i think i got it all okay now, let's hide it um white looking leaf. Now, let's just tie that down. I have this elastic band that i ordered from amazon. It'S a big roll of elastic band. I just use my scissors to cut it to make it small enough to wrap around my head. So it's a lot of it. This is just water. I got this water bottle from amazon, it's just all h2o, nothing else mixed in there, because i used the same spray bottle for my makeup and for my hair. So all water take a denman brush and brush that water. Through your hair, the hair was really soft. So i didn't have to like really brush hard and it's very full, as you can see, i believe it's 130 density, but i'll double check that for you, my ends were still fluffy, so i go back in to spray more water on that and it's just getting All in my face that little mist that thing was tight on my head. I put it on really tight. I was trying to adjust it okay. What'S next the moose? Yes, girl, the moose, you got it okay, now i'm hyped because everything's coming together, all right now, you're too hypolia, you're, filling yourself all right, so i'm gon na put that all the way, definitely down to the tips. You know the tips stay fuzzy, but it wasn't like fuzzy in a bad way. It was like the hair was full and fluffy. Now i'm going to take my aussie mousse miracle curls and i'm going to spray that all over it smells so good. As you can tell by the look of my face, i mean like fruit, it smells so good and you want your hair to smell good. You know, so this really just um. It keeps it curled for a long time it just. It looks good my little concoction here. That'S all you need you don't need to buy all those different products. All she moves will really do what needs to be done. I'M just sticking some concealer on my part. This is the pro conceal from um the beauty supply store. Everyone buys them they're like a dollar or so just find your shade and get all up in that part. If it gets on your hair, you can fix it. Just take the um like the eyebrow spoolie brush and brush it off with some spray. I'M not sure if i do that on or off camera, but i definitely cleaned it up and i spray that spray in my part, because for some reason, when i spray my part after concealer it just looks more natural to me here goes nothing amateur review. I told you were hurt. I did it way too tight. Now. I'M scared, i'm like what am i about to see here goes nothing! No, what i'm not too bad! You know not too bad at all. This is my first 5x5 closure. So you know, oh, that side is alright. Well, it's cute. It'S cute. Let'S add some sideburns. It'S cute. You know for my first five by five i'ma say it's cute. It'S a yes for me. What do you guys think leave your comments below? Let me know what you think am i hype for nothing: okay, okay, guys. So this is the final look um. I did wear it out all day already, because i went to work. I do have to chop one more little piece off right here. I want it. Look like a little piece of the tail, but other than that i love it. It comes down right right there um, it wears really well, i use bold hold glue. Instead of the got to be spray, it's pretty cute. I could tuck it behind my ears. I just lick the rest of my edges right here, because i tuck my hair behind my ear at work, or sometimes i put it in a ponytail. So, yes, you can do that with a 5x5 closure and make it look like a frontal, so hope you enjoyed this video. If you want to see me, do a more detailed anything in more detail as far as plucking bleaching. Anything like that i mean i know. I'M just a beginner, but if it's something that you seen that you like speak up, let me know, and i will make a video at least for the next time i get some hair. I will keep you in mind. I will write it down and i will make that video for you, but thank you so much for watching guys. Please don't forget to like comment and you're not about to say next subscribe. Bye,

Catherine Westmoreland: I loved your video great job
