Scar Away Vs Fake Scalp Method | Best Way To "Hide" Lace & Knots | 24 Inches 360 Lace Wig

I'Ve been wearing this wig all week, and i know you all had lots of questions like you do every week on each wig. I want to answer some questions, and today i want to talk about my thoughts on the scar away method that i put in this wig on sunday and also compared to the fake scalp, because someone did ask if you have not seen sunday's video of this wig And how i hide the grids on it highly recommend: go checking out sunday's video. If you would like to know how to hide the lace someone asked. Is this wig swiss lace? It absolutely is not it's just regular lace. The color of this lace is darker than my complexion. However, i do try to use makeup around my forehead to make it blend so yeah. It is a medium brown lace and also you can check out tuesday's video. If you also want details on how to perfect the fake scalp method, if you rather do that method, but today's video i'm going to compare both of them, so this wig that i've been rocking all week is a 360 lace wig. It is 24 inches long. So it stops about when i'm sitting it stops right at my hip area. So it's pretty long. So this is a straight texture. It comes straight. I have not added any curls or anything to it. Just because i really like the way. The straight texture of it is, it just looks so sleek before i jump into this video. Let me go over your questions because some of you didn't have questions so someone asked: where did i get the melting spray that i used? So if you missed tuesday's video, i used a melting spray to apply this wig. This week's application was all about applying the wig, with no glue so make sure to check out those two videos. If you want to see how i install and get a flat realistic, install with absolutely no wig adhesive, so the melting spray that i use is the wig dealer and it is their melting spray. It is humidity resistant. If you want to know more details on it, make sure to go check out tuesday's video, i talk all about it in that video. Someone asked me: how do i get the hair so shiny and what shampoo do i use so i'm guessing this person did not catch up on my videos from last week i use heavenly locks, shampoo and conditioner. I will put it in the description box, but this is what i've always used. I told you guys earlier this week came back for tuesday's video. I told you guys i've washed the hair with that. That'S what i use to keep the hair healthy, i'm big on conditioner washes and deep conditioners. I am a strong believer in it and i'm a strong believer in paying attention to ingredients for your hair in order to get it to last. So i have been using recently on my hair extensions that i used in the past, but i just recently picked back up. Is the coconut oil weightless, hydro, mist oil looks like this. I will also link this below. This gives the hair a nice shine. If you are looking for - and it also keeps the hair nice and hydrated um - so i really really like that oil and it smells amazing but yeah. This is the hair after a week. The only problems that i have with this hair - i told you guys - was that the top part um there are flyaways right here at the weft area that i did cut and as far as tangles like, of course, you get your snags here and there just because Of the length of the hair is very long, but you don't have to go this long. You definitely can get it shorter. If you want just know that if you do get it longer, you know with the hair, brushing up against your shirt and different things. You will get a little snags here and there, and you essentially straight hair - is not really that hard to really maintain just because straight hair is more get up and go type of style. So someone asked what color fake scalp did i apply in this wig in tuesday's video. I normally use the tan color fake scalp, someone asked or mentioned that the wig costs under a hundred dollars. Obviously this person didn't go check out the price for a 24 inch. Wig you check the description box and click the link. Scalp method is definitely very good. It'S very comfortable to wear is very just depending i guess, where you get it from too. I have several videos showing you how to sew the material. I have a video using the actual material and i have it linked in the description box. If you want to buy the material for the fake scalp, if you want to do it yourself, so you got the videos you have the material everything will be linked below when it comes to the scar way. I did wear it for about three days in the week before i decided to take the wig off to wash it i feel like. Maybe you can wash it with the scar away in there. However, i didn't try it to see if it would come loose, but i just took it out it's very simple: to remove out of the wig. It did not leave any adhesive now. I only had it in there for three days. So for someone who, may you know, leave it in there for longer periods of time? I can't say that that adhesive won't get stuck into the lace area. As far as the simplicity of doing the method to the fake scalp method, the fake scalp method is a little bit more detailed, but it lasts longer. If you was to sew it in a lo. It takes longer to sew the fake scalp method in the wig than it does to actually take the scar away and put it into the wig. So it just depends on the person. I guess now i'm going to throw in a clip right here where you can see a comparison of how the fake scalp method and the scar way look. I do believe both methods work so very well for hiding those grids. They don't really do too much for the knots if the knots are not small if the knots are not bleached. So i've always said: if you're going to do the fake, scalp method to make sure you're, not so bleached and i'm pretty sure, a lovely brand. Who did this method with the star way? She would probably agree to to bleach your knots before you. Do the scar away method, or you don't have to bleach knots - you can just do a method where you're using makeup to hide the knots and then apply that in there. So, as far as the visibility for the lace, both of them work well, i do notice with the scar way just because of the material it. It really makes the wig flat, especially if you're wearing a straight wig. So i love that okay, so that's what it is. So if you have braids underneath when you're wearing a straight texture like this, you can see those lumps sometimes from the braids, if you not, if you're, not braiding them really flat and really small. To be honest, i would prefer the scar way under a sleek wig like this, since it is like a second skin, almost it's going to camouflage those lumps and bumps. So that's why i say i would prefer that, with with a straight texture, um yeah visibility, you do have to find that right spot to put it in when it comes to the hairline, because if you don't, you will be able to see, i did not have Any issues with the um adhesive being too shiny through the cap, and i think that's because i had added the powder to the lace before placing the scar away the material of the face. Scalp definitely blends so well. Like i said again, it's going to vary from company company, where you get the material from um, but the material that i use definitely blends like it just disappears. As far as comfort, i find the scar away method very comfortable. I thought maybe it would be a bit hot. You know right now we're going into fall, so i feel like it really doesn't matter whether the fake scalp material or the scar away is thicker they're, both very comfortable um. So both methods to me are really great and it just depends on what look you are going for. So that's basically it. I hope these techniques that i've been sharing with you guys for the past two weeks, really help you to perfect your wig application. That'S my whole goal when i share these videos is mostly to teach you all to learn how to wear a wig properly and make it look really natural. You can definitely check that description box. I try to give you guys as many tips as i can, so that your hair can, you know, turn out really well, but i know it's very frustrating for some people when they can't get it on the first round.
