Hey you guys and welcome back to my channel, I'm just gon na be doing a video on me installing this wig I got since this is the wig. It is a frontal unit, construction and here is just an extra bundle. I had lying around, which I added into the wig with the sewing machine, because I'm doubling my tracks, I'm going to use this seat, which is a zig-zag pattern, just to make sure I'm covering both of those tracks. So I'm just mixing in some bw2 bleach with my Claire raw 30 volume or 40 volume developer. I believe that's 30 and I'm just gon na mix that in with my butter knife and when I like to apply bleach on my knots, I like to use either a popsicle stick or a butter knife just so you can get an even smooth application and you Want that consistency to be similar to a pancake batter, not too runny to the point where it'll seep through and not too thick to the point where it would just sit on top of the lace and as you guys can see now, I'm just using that butter Knife to smooth this all over the knots, it's pretty self-explanatory, only thing that I can say is you want to make sure you are spreading it evenly similar to like a peanut butter and jelly. You want to make sure that everything is covered evenly in that the bleach is not just sitting on top of the lace. I often go in maybe twice or three times just smoothing things back over to make sure it's actually penetrating those knots and after that, this is how you guys should know if your nuts are bleached or not so now you see me just rinsing off that bleach From the lace you just want to make sure all that bleaches are all washed off before you go in with your purple, shampoo, which I use from shimmer lights, and I just put that all all on the bleach nuts. And I just let that sit for about one to two minutes before I go back in and start rubbing that in circles and working it into that lace I like to wash and to love. The shampoo is a light lavender, almost white color and then I'll go in and rinse it off. So this is the finished product from me, bleaching and using the purple shampoo. I could have definitely went in more with the shampoo or bleached him to be lighter, but I was in a rush and I still love the outcome. Now, I'm just going to use my Pantene moisture shampoo so wash that hair and go in with my Maui moisture. Conditioner and just make sure I conditioned these curls now here you see me plucking. The only tips I can probably give you is for my curly hair. I just like to pluck a bit more sporadic. I do have a video on how I pluck and also do baby hairs, which should be in the top right or left corner. I'M gon na leave a link for that video up there. So this is the results from me clucking and, as you guys can see, this lace is transparent and it's a bit lighter than my skin tone as I'll show you guys now. So I go in with my lace, tint from the wig gurus and I'm just gon na spray that all along my lace, the directions say to just spray along the lace and you could either blow dry or air dry. I'M here with my best it lashes because I am in dire need of a lash fill which I would be getting soon. So, let's just get right into this install so first we're gon na take our 99 % alcohol to just remove any dirt oil. Anything that it's gon na cause this lace, not too late. Okay, so these are the things I'm going to be using today, I'm going to be using the boat hold active, the boat hold tape, an eyebrow razor scissors, and you guys, if you watched my video on my plucking and baby hair tips, you'll know what my favorite Tool to use in an install, but unfortunately I do not have it okay, so now I'm just taking that glue. You want to always remember with that the boat hold of glue. You always want to use very, very thin layers, and I know what you guys are thinking more glue means more code, but that's not the case here. You can do more layers if you wish, but you always want to make sure you're using thin layers. So in some instances people like to use a eyeliner - I for one, don't really use that on myself, because I'm light-skinned, so I just take my fingernail or like a comb or something and just make a mark - and I just put it in the middle of my Head where the frontal is just a little bit in front of it and then I'll just follow the lines like that. So what I'll do is I'll pull my front down to where I want it to lay and I'll take my fingernail, the middle part. It'S right here I'll, take my fingernail and just make a little mark like I said, I'm like skin, so it's gon na turn red you guys can see and may a little red mark. So that's going to be my marker, for where I want to be placing my glue. Sorry guys didn't see. You obviously don't want to use that much. I, like the other, bottle better the applicator, where you can align it across because it helps better with application in the middle of our forehead. What we put that mark align my camera died, so I didn't have the first initial Kapahulu in the glue, but I'm just putting that glue dot in the same place as before. Another thing you also want to make sure there is no hair or anything sticking into the glue. That happens with me a lot because I always have some type of hair on my hands or in my workspace. So now I'm just going in with another layer right on top of that tape, you put your wigs on. You always want to make sure that all the hair is combed backwards, because you don't want any of that hair to get into the glue. So I just always go in beforehand: combing everything backwards. So now we're just gon na pull this lace right into the glue. I like to look through the lace, if that makes sense and make sure the front of the hairline is lined up or if not a little bit in front of where the glue is. It'S always okay to be in front of the glue, but never behind. I just like to take a calm and just make sure I'm calming that lace right into the glue and also while I'm calming it pulling any of that hair back and out of the way of the glue that it doesn't get stuck now. I'M just gon na take my scissors and cut directly up the middle and I'll use my eyebrow razor, using up and down motions to get a jagged line and just cut off that excess lace. And now you guys will see me cutting off the extra lace. That'S in front of my ear and after I have that are cut off. I'M gon na take some more glue and put it under the spot. That'S lifted next to my ear now to just set my legs before I going with any of my products to make the hair back curly, I'm just going to take a satin, silk scarf and just tie down my edges, and this is something that I recommend you Do whenever you're doing something that can cause you to sweat, something that can potentially make your legs come up when you're sleep definitely keep this on. Usually I tell my clients to preserve their install try to keep this on whenever you don't need your frontal to be shown there I'll be styling fun on my part, just to make it really flat and neat, and I'm going to take my spray bottle. I got this actual bottle like the mister from Sally's. These are really good for curly hair because I don't drench the hair, but they do, however, make it wet enough to be able to detangle to do whatever you need to do and this bottle. I just have some water - and I have some curling cream from Miss Jackie's out - insert a picture either here or here, because I don't have any more left, but I'm just going to be wetting, my hair with this and then after that I'll be going in. With my design, essentials almond and avocado curling cream, as you guys can see, it got wet enough to the point where I can just come in detangle it and still have that wet. Look without it being too drenched to the point that it's soaking my shirt. So now after I just wet the hair, I go in my I would kind of a curling cream from design essentials, put a generous amount and just work that through my hair, so let's just jump right into the specs of this hair. This hair is from Dola hair mall i'll leave all their information in the description box below they sent this beautiful bomb a week. This is a 22 inch, curly frontal unit with transparent lace, not too new, our southern transparent lace nowadays, so you guys should definitely go check them out. They'Re really affordable. They sent the week along with this little velvet lace band, which who can resist a free gift, and I always encourage tying down the lace in the bag. With the hair came this little card which they do monthly giveaways to people who buy their hair. You just have to be following them active on their page and, of course, I've bought some hair from them before and have posted a photo. The winners are first prize, three 18 inch, bundles plus a closure. The second is 316 plus the closure, and the third is 314 plus a closure. The fourth prize winner $ 10 cash back, which hey you can't really beat that I really enjoyed this hair. I loved working with the lace, as you guys know. I am a big fan of transparent lace because I'm light-skinned and I don't like to go through the hassle of a darker lace. This was a dream to work with you guys. I would definitely work with this company again. This is my second time working with them. The first time I just did like a little mini video on my Instagram and colored, the hair and everything, and it came out pretty nice. I have not worn the curly hair really in a while or a curly frontal in a while for that matter, because I curly closure unit. But I think that fact is really making me like this hair, like I'm so in love. Right now - and I was having a few hassles when I'm putting this week on, I wasn't sure the outcome was on to me because I have a big head. So when I was laying it down, everything wasn't just lay down how I wanted to be in staying down. I always have to finesse my installs, because my head is so big in a way that I, like my wigs, to sit and lay on my head. I always have to be a bit more difficult, but nonetheless we got there and, as you guys can see, the finished product is so beautiful. You guys, if you didn't hear me the first time it's Dola hair mall. Their Instagram is at Dola DOL, a hair mall. If you guys want to go check out their Instagram post I'll, be leaving all their information in the description box below, and this video was just more stuff to show you guys to transparent lace and just me installing it. B Evans: I got this hair a couple weeks ago and regret buying from them. My wig shed like a dog out the pack. Even after I cowashed it, same shit. Plus they sewed in the lengths in a weird way. It’s not beginner friendly, you gotta do too much to make it work. Medium cap is big af. I had to sew an elastic band, cut the side tracks bc they were sticking out. Wasn’t plucked at all, although they said it would be. It was pretty lackluster. But this is nice. Just know you gotta put in work for Dola.
