Welcome back to my channel lovelies, so today we're doing a unboxing of my dola. Here i got a 4x4 um 16 inch, brazilian straight wig, and i'm right here, i'm just unboxing the wig. As you can see it came in a cute box. It came in a cute pink bag to keep my wig safe. It came with a wig cap in nude um. It also came with another edge brush, which i love. So i'm thankful for that and some wax a hair wax stick. Sorry, i forgot the name real quick, but they also gave me a hair wax stick which you guys are going to see come in great handy, and i got my thank you card for purchasing my wig with them. And yes, that is what came in the box, and now i'm gon na just show you guys the hair, how the hair was packaged. How it came to me so, like i said it came in this pink, is what is that satin? That'S not satin mesh. I don't know, but you guys see it beautiful pink bag, i'm taking the hair out. It also came with a fishnet around it to protect the hair and it has its tag which lets me know the density, the length and the inch of the length. Of course the inches samia, but it lets me know about my wig um, so here i'm just showing you what i have i'm showing off that good old lace, and this is a 4x4 closure now i did take the hair out of the bag prior to. So if it looks a little cuckoo, that's my fault. It did not come looking like this, but the lace is amazing. I'M very happy with what i see it comes with the adjustable straps, an elastic band, combs everything you need girl to keep that wig on your head, all right, alrighty! So now i'm just showing you guys the tools i'm gon na use, because i do have to bleach the knots on this wig now this is the first wig, i'm customizing from jump um. Let me start there, but it was very easy. So i've shown that i need a brush. I need bleaching powder, which is what i just showed you in 30 volume developer, and i also need a mixing cup um and all of this i found at my local beauty supply. So here i'm pouring the um bleach into my bowl, my mixing bowl and i didn't need much because remember it's a 4x4 closure, so i don't need a ton. Here'S my 30 volume developer by l'oreal, which you can also find at your local beauty supply store, and i also had my friend shani on facetime with me. This whole time kind of guiding me about how much product i needed because, like i said this is my first time customizing, my wig. I mixed it up and you want to get like a toothpaste, kind of consistency, and then you want to go ahead and lightly lightly spread the bleach along your closure or your frontal. Whatever you're working with you want to make sure that the bleach is not seeping through the um, the lace, because then it can start to bleach the actual hair. So shandy emphasized for me to be very gentle. While i covered this lace with the bleach and i'm gon na, let the bleach sit for a total of 15 minutes, because that's how long it took for me to get the desired shape that i wanted. Okay guys. So here i'm just showing you that my cap is completely bleached to my desire and now i'm going to just rinse it out, first with just water, make sure that all of the bleach gets off of this lace. Okay, because i do not want it to over process, so i'm just rinsing everything out. I got that nice, not too orange, but perfect brown tone for me and my skin um and to check what i did was. I just made sure that, as it was bleaching that i was looking at the knots um seeing if the knots were turning brown and then once i felt like it looked like my shade, i wanted, i decided to rinse it off after i rinse it off with Just water i'm going to take my clarifying shampoo. This shampoo is from suave and it's the daily clarifying shampoo, it's literally like 1.94. I definitely recommend it. I use it on my own hair shani introduced me to it, but this is the closure rinsed out bleached um. It'S not plucked yet, but this is my closure, and now i go into plucking. This clip is pretty short because i didn't catch the whole thing, but this is how i plucked it now guys i have on my wig cap with, like i have like four or five braids under here. I'M just trying to make sure that the parts in my braid are fine for me, so that you don't see my dark hair under my lace. So that's what you see me doing now, just feeling everything out seeing what everything's gon na look like before. I actually lay the wig down and of course you know you see my husband come in the bathroom and see my sister coming in the bathroom. You see a mirror coming in the bathroom. I don't get privacy um, but here i'm kind of plucking. My um center part so that it's more defined - and that is just all that's going on for the rest of this video. It'S really just me shaping the wig to my head, cutting the lace, applying it securing it and making sure everything is set. How i'd like it so i'm gon na be quiet and let you guys watch also guys i could swear. I had a clip showing you the adhesive that i'm using it's the got to be glued um, the new spray they have. I don't necessarily know if it's new, but it works like magic, i'm going to pop a picture right here and it is also very affordable. You can get it off amazon, you can get it from target or your local beauty. Supply store may sell it or i don't know if sally's has it, i'm not sure, but guys this works way better than the initial freeze spray to me. It has instant hold it's like insta-hold, so it works really fast and i am still doing well with my wig. My wig is still secured and it didn't take a long time. It didn't take a ton of blow-drying as soon as i sprayed it on. It was already getting tacky, so i definitely recommend this to um secure your wigs, secure your wig caps, sorry about my phone or anything else that your that you use got to be glue products for also it does not leave white residue. It does not. It dries clear so that was another major thing for me and another recommendation from my friend shanny, i'm gon na tag shani under this video because she really is the goat. She helped me with this wig um, but okay, guys i'll be back soon, so so so foreign all righty guys. So it is a few hours later i am showered. I am refreshed and right now it is time for me to make sure that this wig is laid exactly how i would like it, so i'm gon na. Let you guys know what i did to make sure that this parts lay flat. I didn't have a hot comb, so i was nervous because all the videos that i've watched the girls use hot combs, but i discovered that my wax stick. My handy dandy wax stick that was given to me. Then i'm going to show you guys again here. She comes, and i got this in my um package with my wig and it's from dole here. This helped me lay my hair so well. I know my elbows blocking oh my gosh, but it helped me lay my wig down. My wood was not bumpy um. It helped me really define my part in my wig, so this will definitely be a holy grail for me, i hope i'm not sure if it's on their side - and i can just purchase it by itself, but this is something that i'm going to use. I know i'm going to use it down to the brim, but what i'm pretty much doing is parting. My hair laying down the wax stick at the root, and then i take my flat iron flat iron. The hair down and all it took was one pass really um to make sure that it was flat. So that was very satisfying to me because i did not want my hair to have. I don't know if you wear wigs and the hair is like standing up where your part is. I didn't want that at all guys. I'M so gassed right now like this is the first wig that i've done from jump like bleached the knots plugged in everything, and it was so easy because this is such a great wig from dole hair, i'm so proud of myself. Yes, girl! Look at you a period period, poo, look at her, so here i'm going to layer, the hair so that it frames my face better. So i just use my little razor comb thing and i just parted. It made myself some little bangs because i wanted it to fit my face. It was looking very blah, just all one length. So that's what i'm doing in this clip layering my hair. So we get some body so so i knew i wasn't gon na get any body without curling the hair. So here i just add some soft curls, nothing too serious, just so that i can comb through them and have some volume and some sexiness to my wig. You know some pizzazz, so that's what i'm doing here as well. It'S very easy. I don't know what flat iron this is. I'Ve had it for ages, like literally ages. I need a new one, but that's how i also customize the wig to my liking so and voila here. We have it guys, i'm so satisfied as i usually am when i used over here, and this was so easy to do. Thank you guys for watching. Please don't forget to like comment and subscribe and come again see you lovelies. You
