But this time genoda has sent me a 5x5 lace closure deep wave wig and it's supposed to be 180 density. No, i really do love deep wave wigs because they're just easy to maintain earlier for the others, kind of wet them and brush them whenever you're going i'll. Try. If you know why even wet, then they don't have to if you like, that big poofy look and they are so much easier to just install so again, i'm not a hairdresser. You understand we're just here to do some wig reviews and give you guys some opinions and on some brands that are out there and some wigs that you might like. So let's go ahead and see what genota has sent in this box. So, as usual, we have their nice little sandbag. You know i love a satin bag and inside the bag we have goodies as usual. So first up we have a nice green, puddle, brush yeah, so again for deep wave, wigs and any wig at all. A padded brush is always a good idea because it doesn't pull too much of the hair or when you're combing it or brushing it. I should say, and then we have neca liquid organza back here with a couple other items so inside we have a genoda wig, hair care instruction card, so it has do's and don'ts and it also has janoda's wig story. We have our trusty wig caps as usual. I'M gon na use my own wig cap today, because these wig caps are a bit too light for me and when i use them, i have to use just too much product on it to get it to much like my skin tone, and then we have an Edge brush cute little edge, brush yeah to get those baby hairs intact. We have a genoda branded satin or silk headband, so you can sleep in these and they just kind of help your edges to stay down without drying them out and then, of course we have our trusty strip lashes strip. Lashes, never hurt anybody, so they're, always a good idea. Then. Now for the feature presentation we have our wig from genoda. Wig comes in its plastic, properly packaged and on it it says: hair length, 22, inches deep, wave. 180 density. 5X5 lace, closure, hd. Okay, so let's see what's going on for this wig from danoda wig, so guys all the information, the links for the wig and for shopping on genoda wig will be in the description box below. So you can go ahead and check them out. So here we are. Our wig is in its beautiful little mesh cap. As usual. You know it's 22 inches and 180 density. So guys remember. This is curly hair. So, whereas if you bought like a straight wig or a body wave wig - and it would look much fuller, curly hair, because the curls are so tight - you know really get to see the density till they like brush the hair out. So don't worry that it might look a little thin to you right here, but when you do like brush toes yeah, let's see where are the density? Is so we're going to remove the mesh cap and see what we're working with so our curls are properly intact. Very stretchy very bouncy, it is true to length we have our 5x5 hd lace closure. I'M going to show you guys how this looks against my skin to see if it's going to blend. You know nicely when we do apply a little bit of got to be glue spray, so this is how it looks here guys. I don't think this wig is plucked as yet. No, it's not i'm probably gon na have to do a little bit of plucking and of course it's not tinted. So when you get it, you can always bleach a knot. If you want and tint the lace cut off the lace later on, of course - and you can pluck some of those hairs out, so you don't have such a full hairline because you movement is deep wave. So it's going to be very thick. So, of course we have our nice breathable cap, so your head won't be sweating under this wig we have a band across the top, so this band just helps to secure the wig to our head. If it is that the wig is too big, we can always tighten the band here and kind of make the inside of the cap smaller. We have our two clips at the side, so this just ensures that the wig doesn't go slipping from the sides of our head and it fastens it down. So one clip there one clip there. We should have one to the back. Yes, we do so. The wig will not slip off from the back of our head and nobody can talk, ponies and pull it up, and then we have our trusty bands at the back. This is not if there's too much space at the back of the wig. You can always use these adjustable straps here and tighten it and then just kind of just lock them into each other, like this very stretchy, of course. So now i have no reason for your squeeze your head. I like to tie mine. Sometimes it just makes it even more um sturdy to me, but that's it for the packaging and what we received in the box guys again. This is genoda. Wigs 5x5 lace closure, deep wave wig in 22 inches and it's 180 density. So can you see that guys? Can you see that so let's go ahead and cut the lace and start installing this wig seeing how easy it is so we're going to cut the lace. So when i was watching a video, you know the young female said: don't cut a little straight kind of cut it in a dragging line. No no order. Take a word um, it's safer to me when i just cut it in a straight line, but i'm gon na try doing it kinda all over the place and see if it make a difference. I don't know if that was just for frontal wigs or she just meant it in wigs overall, but your girl is gon na try cause, don't beat a try, you know, and so we kind of figured what works for us and what doesn't work. So here we go we're cutting our lace in a kinda up and down style guys the lace is cut, i'm just trying to get it a little bit neater guys. So so guys, i'm back. I just cut the lace from the front of the wig. I did a little bit of plucking again mean a good fandom somewhere, but i'm trying to show you guys just how easy it is when you purchase your hair from janoda wig. You know how easy it is to install it, whether you go to a hairdresser or not so added a little bit of concealer to the part, cut some baby hairs, of course, and not a baby hair bust. But i'm trying my best. You know they're gon na look too bad today and then i'm adding a little bit of conditioner water to the hair, just to tame it a little bit and i'm also gon na see how much um shedding there is because i'm gon na give it a light. Brush and see what's going on so adding our condensation of water all over the hair, just to kind of give it a more tamed. Look, as i said, i'm gon na be with a brush through quick brush through see. What'S going on, so i don't know if you guys prefer when your wigs are puffy, but i definitely prefer the kind of laid down wet mermaid look, so you could go ahead if you want and even add some mousse to the curls of the hair, that just Kind of activates the curls a little bit more, but i didn't add any to it. I just want to show you guys what it looks like when you do this hair at home and you put like minimal effort into it. So this again is the noda wigs. 5X5 lace, closure, 22 inch deep, wave, wig in 180 density, and i just kind of put it in a side part. I attached the clips to the side of my head and to the back. You know and fasten it on and we are just giving it like. A little minimal styling here now to see what it will look like so guys i just added some mousse just to define the curls a little bit and there is a minimal amount of shedding. I kind of expected more from this hair since it's a curly hair and i've just found that curly hair is definitely shed some more than like body wave or straight hair, but yeah. This wig has just a light amount of shading, so i'm adding my mousse and also adding some biosilk just to kind of shine the hair up and define the curls a little bit more. I think i'm just about through with this wig and it's kind of cute. It'S kind of giving me like a little michael jackson, prince vibe. You know this is definitely more than mermaid. This is giving very much wet curls purple rain type of vibe. What do you guys think? I don't think i did too bad on installation. Like i said, i'm not a pro, this is just me at home, installing the wigs and showing you guys how easy it is. If you get this week from genoada hair, you understand and install it yourself, but i give myself a seven for the installation. My baby hair is not looking too bad at all.
