New Air Lace!!! Scalp Like Lace | Beginner Friendly | Step-By-Step Install | Dola Hair

I'Ve got a nervous, install video for you and it's on this gorgeous unit. I'Ve got on from dola hair, and this is the new air lace guys. This is the new air lace, um wig and yeah, so it is absolutely gorgeous. I really really. I absolutely love this new lace, guys um so yeah. So this is the unit i'll be working with today, and this is their new air lace guys. You can see how thin it looks, absolutely love this new lace guys and i'm just showing you how the lace just looks against my skin, and this is without me adding any tint or foundation. It looks absolutely amazing. I love this lace light, so i got gifted this skin invisi scalp wig cap. It'S absolutely amazing. This is my first time using it it's from kiki hair care. I got this in the shade coco. It is super thin. They have different shades suitable for every complexion. So don't sleep on it. This is absolutely thin. It is so good. I'M gon na. Just let you guys watch see, see the magic, i'm just adding some foundation on onto the wig cap. But can you all see how this blended in so well? It looks so so good. It just gives you that blank canvas absolutely amazing, so i'm going in with the easy skin protector from the same company and just basically making sure the surface is clean. Before going in with my adhesive just to further blend the lace seamlessly. I'M just adding some of my foundation on to the lace and i'm using the black opal stick foundation in this shade. Suede marker, you all know before going in with the install you always start off by cutting around your ear tabs, just to make sure the wig sits and fits properly, and you make sure to do that on both sides, and that is an absolute crucial step. So i'm going in with the easy melt, adhesive from kiki hair care and i'm just applying that just an inch in front of my wig cap and then use my little um spatula and just spread that thinly and then use my blow dryer in cool to medium Heat and then do the same step. I did three layers as i was actually um, going to be wearing this unit for a couple of days, so i wanted this to last, so i actually did three layers and it held perfectly. It was absolutely amazing, so a crucial tip guys make sure to basically spread this out thinly and then making sure it actually dries clear before attempting to melt that lace. So, as you can see, i'm just pulling down my lace carefully and i'm not pressing anything down. Just to make sure it's actually placed in front of the glue make sure you don't place it behind the glue, because then it will be a headache trying to get rid of the excess glue. So you make sure to apply it in front of the glue and just press it down with your rat tail comb and then use at the blow dryer. So i'm just doing the same steps on each side of my ear tabs and i'm just going to allow you guys to watch it and yeah. Once i'm done, i'm just going in with my elastic band. I got this off of amazon. You can get it off of your local beauty supply store as well super cheap. I use this all the time. It helps me melt my lace with the tea and now i'm just using my eyebrow razor to cut off the excess lace that i do not need, and i do that for all over um the hairline and, as you can see me now, i'm just adding some More adhesive to the places that actually needs a bit more glue, um and then just use the rat tail comb to just press it down and as you can see it looks flawless. Can you see that melt and this hair is just given? So now i'm just going in to do some baby hairs. I'Ve been loving the fluffy baby hair look recently so i'll be going in with my pencil, a straightener as you can see the thin ones and um yeah. I just love the way it just makes. My baby hairs look so yeah i'll. Just let you guys keep on watching. Okay after you've done all the swoops that can be done. Um you go in with your elastic band and then i'm just going in to further style this hair. So i decided to go for a middle parting, so i'm using my cara care, wax stick and then my hot comb to just give me that flat flat. Look that i'm going for and yeah so just make sure to be careful whilst um hot combing, your hair, because lord knows i have burnt myself a couple of times, and this is how it's looking like this hair is giving. I absolutely love, love love this install. It'S very flowy sitting so flat on my head. It'S just giving! I absolutely love this unit and i totally forgot to mention that this is 13 by 6. As you can see the amount of parting space, i get absolutely amazing right. So this is the final look guys. This is what we achieved, and this is super flat super late, just what i was going for. I decided to go in and do some fluffy baby hairs as i've been loving them so far, so yeah. So, let's get into these specs, so this is a 26 inch straight unit from a dollar hair, and this is also the new air lace and, as you can see, it is absolutely gorgeous and it melts like a dream. I absolutely love this. I love how thin and airy it is. It was so easy to work with and so easy to blend um yeah. So i absolutely love this newness. There'S also 180 density. So that's basically what you get and you can see like this - is how long it is. That'S basically what you get and it's absolutely gorgeous. I love this unit. This is actually day three. I installed this unit, so i've had it for three um three days now, and this is how it's looking like um. The only thing i had to do was basically um touch up on my baby hairs and that's it as you can see. Oh the lobster super pretty so, let's get into the pros and cons. So, as i mentioned, this is the new air lace from dola hair. So i absolutely love this lace um, so yeah. That'S definitely your pro for me and also i love the way the hair is so sleek and straight it actually straightens really well, and it has a really nice luster and sheen to it, and it's so so pretty and i love the construction. I love the way. The wig sits so flat on my head. When i received this unit, it was actually pre-plucked. However, i did go in and plucked a little bit um which didn't take me too long at all, as it was already pre-plugged. It was like really pre-plugged. You know it's not like when companies say: oh, it's pre-plugged, but they hardly literally like plucked anything. This was actually pre-plugged, so i loved that and bleaching the nuts definitely took well to bleach. It was so easy to bleach. I absolutely love that as well so heading over to the cons. I did try to curl this unit the other day um. However, it did not hold because at all like, i would say i had the clothes in for half an hour and it dropped. I don't know why that happened, but yeah it didn't last i'll, try again, hopefully um i'll, try a different tour and see if it actually does hold a curl and another con. For me personally would be the density. I would have loved it to be a bit thicker, as this is long, so i would really love for it to be a bit thicker. Usually, if i go for anything, this long i'd usually go for 200 density. This, for me, is a bit thin. However um i just like thicker hair, so um, but it works. It'S still. Okay, but yeah. That'S pretty much it. I don't really have much more to say in terms of this unit. It is absolutely gorgeous. I love the new lace and i love the construction and the unit in general.
