Hairvivi Is Cancelled | The Truth + Receipts | Mspreciousmarie'S Bald Cap Method

What do you guys think about this whole Hairvivi situation? I hate when brands use creators and don't give them credit. I may be overacting but I'm still choosing not to support them. It's a no from me. #hairvivi

Hey guys, what's up and welcome back to my channel today, I have another exciting video for you guys today. I have to talk to you guys. I know that I've done multiple videos about hair baby in the past, but today I need to spill some tea and I need to give you guys some information about some stuff that has been happening recently. There has been a lot of controversy surrounding hair vivvy lately and my hair vivvy videos have been doing better and better as a result of all of this drama. That is happening, and I felt like it was my responsibility as somebody who has raved and raved about this composite a person who has come on here and done multiple reviews and raved about this brand to come on here and give you guys my thoughts about what The heck is going on because there's a lot going on and there's a lot to talk about, so let's just get right on into the video. So, basically, let me pull it up at the end of March, hair baby posted this press release about this new, bald cap, fake, scalp, wig that they are releasing and basically, if you guys, aren't familiar with the bold cut method. Basically, it just uses one of those nude stocking caps, and you put it on you glue it to your head. You cut off the excess, and then you put the wig on top and it just looks more natural. They came out with this wig that mimics this innovation and they added the bald cap to the wig so that you don't have to apply the cap yourself, and I was thinking yay, like whatever I mean, I'm down for a more a more natural looking wig. But I personally just knew this. Innovation was going to do one thing and one thing only: it was going to further increase the price of these already too expensive. Wigs like hair Pippi, has already increased their prices in the past and by adding this additional bald cap. Fake scalp thing it's just gon na make it even more expensive. So I went ahead and I commented on the post - and I said great now: you're gon na make your wigs even more expensive, crying mochi and eighty people liked my comment because it's facts, you know exactly what's gon na happen to the price of these wigs because Of this new thing - and then here baby responds it to me and was like no love exclamation point. The fake scalp is added free. Now I don't know if they think I'm dumb or if they think I'm stupid, but just because you don't explicitly put that the fake bolt cap is an extra $ 30 on to the course of the wig. Does it mean that it's free okay? I know what the wigs used to cost and I know what they cost now, for example, the way that they decided to let make their press release the one that I see them, sending out to a lot of people and the ones they keep promoting on their Instagram is the kylie wig, which is a 10 inch bob yes, 10 inches so right here and for reference. I have a 10 inch bob wig, it's a lace, closure wig, it's not a frontal, but I have a lace closure, wig, 10. Inches that I got on Amazon for like $ 50 I'll, have that on the screen and I'll have it linked in the description box below but hair vivvy is selling a wig very, very similar to that for two hundred and thirty nine dollars. Now I'm just confused, because I have a bob link from her movie and it's either 12 or 14 inches and I paid a hundred and $ 59 for it so make it make sense, make it make sense, because if the wig is two hundred and thirty nine Dollars regular price, and then you throw in this oh yay, new innovation $ 50 off coupon, which brings it down to $ 189. But I got a wig that is longer than that for a hundred and fifty nine. But the price didn't increase. But the innovation is free like come on, let let's not beat around the bush like Mike. We know what's going on here, so don't how to make a scene like this is free, because it's not - and that was my first problem with this. That was the first thing that annoyed me like not free, nothing is free, nothing is free in this world, so, yes, they did in fact increase the price of the wigs, despite whatever they said that they're not doing it's alive, so that put a weird taste in My mouth, because I already knew from jump that I wasn't gon na continue buying wigs from them, because I'm just uncomfortable with how expensive the wigs are like I get it. Some wigs are expensive, but also me as a consumer. In a creator, I focus on affordable, great quality things and when something becomes not affordable anymore, I can't promote it anymore, because it's not all my brand. I personally would not go out and buy that product. So what do I look like referring it to people? Does that make sense that makes sense to me? What'S up, you know it's me again and I'm just coming to say if you made it this far in the video you might as well subscribe, so go ahead and press the subscribe button. After that, I didn't think anything of it, but then hair baby put out a press release and I was like what is this in response to like: why are they putting out this disclaimer? I was very confused, so I went. I looked at all the comments and people were dragging them, dragging them for filth. For stealing this girl's idea, apparently there's this girl on YouTube. Her YouTube name is: let me find because I got to give my sis credit, unlike what hair baby did, but let me pull up her thing. Her YouTube name is Miss precious Marie and she is the creator of this method. So she obviously didn't invent the bolt cut method itself, but she was the first person on YouTube to sew the bald cap into a wig so that it's like a permanent addition. So she was the first person to do that and her vivvy has admitted to her being the inspiration for this launch, but for some reason they gave her no credit. They didn't include her up on the PR list and they didn't tell her anything about this wig. Coming out and she found out just like the rest of us and for me I just feel like this is some lowdown dirty grimy stuff and everybody else felt the same way because they were all up in the comments complaining about it. And then here maybe felt probably like they had to say something because everybody was bashing them and they put out a statement. No, I'm not gon na read it word for word and if you guys know what it's like to write like a snarky email or to write something and mean something else in between the lines. That is exactly what this statement was, and I'm going to summarize it for you guys, put it up on the screen if you guys are really interested in reading what they said word for word, but basically this is what they said. I don't know what y'all are talking about. We been stealing ideas and it has never been a problem remember when the haired lines were too thick and you guys were all plucking the hair lines and we were like oh yeah plucking. The hair lines bet, let's make a pre plucked hair line and then the wigs, the lace was, I'm looking right. The lace needed to be bleached to look more natural, so all of you guys were out there bleaching your knots at home over bleaching it over processing. It getting it one, the hair, so we were like hmm, let's bleach the knots for them, increase the price of the wigs and sell it to them. Meat sell their own idea back to them and you I didn't, have a problem with it, then. So why do y'all have a problem with us feeling ideas now we've been doing this. This is how we built our brand by looking at what y'all are doing, copying it and selling it back to you. So what's the problem, what is the tea ideas? Are not a patent, so if you didn't want somebody to take your idea, you should have never posted it. Okay, here, maybe okay, here vivy now, while that might be true, an idea is not a product or idea is not a patent like you can have an idea about whatever you want, but if you don't patent it somebody can swoop in and take it from you. But there's a difference between things being legal and things being moral, and this is one of those things that wasn't moral and I'll. Explain to you guys why. I feel this way because Mitch precious Murray is not some random youtuber she's, not some random girl that hair baby stumbled across for one they've worked with her before they've collaborated with her before so that means they've cut her a check before they sought value in her Channel they know exactly who she is and she was the inspiration for this wig, but yet they decided to do a whole new line of way using her idea. Stealing her idea and not include her in on it not give her any money not give her any credit, not even send her a free wig. She was not included and I just feel like that is how you know that this wasn't done with. Oh, we didn't see anything wrong with it like this is just how it goes like. This is just how the game is playing like the business is business know y'all are mad fake, because if it was really like that y'all couldn't easily her up say yo, we saw your idea. We made a new wig with it. Let me send this to you. You could do a video and cut her a check like everybody else who was supposed to review the wig, and even though I would have felt some type of way. I personally would have wanted compensation for my idea, or at least a percentage of sales for each wig. Something like you can pay me for my idea, because I just go snatch it. You know who I am and not and not giving me anything. You know, but the least the very least that could have done is include her in the press. Release put her on the PR list. Why did they leave her out? You want to know why, because they're being Shady okay, there's no other answer for it. So with that being said, I feel like as a content creator as a woman of color as someone who these type of products are marketed to, because you know exactly who they market these wigs to. You know exactly who they want to buy these wigs and you know exactly who they want to review them. It'S people that look like me, people that look like us. You know women of color and I feel like for them to think that it's okay, so time and time again steal our ideas, give us no credit and just throw it back in our face, like y'all still gon na buy it, and this is what we've been Doing so what's the issue, I just feel like that shady and I have a right to decide where I want to spend my money and even though I wasn't gon na spend my money with them in the future anyway, I definitely will never be buying another wig From them cuz, I just feel like integrity is really important to me. Just like how I preach about things that I will and won't do on my channel and how my opinion can't be bought, I feel like companies should keep that same. Energy companies should have some sense of integrity, and I get that business is business and sometimes in business things are dirty, things are slimy, but at the end of the day, what you choose to do in your business is your business. That'S fine, but what I decide to do with my money is also my business, so I'm cancelling here baby. I don't think you guys should shop with them. I don't care how many times I raved about their ways. Their wigs can be nice all they want. But if y'all are really gon na be out here, stealin people's ideas and not compensating them and then just rubbing it in their face, like you can't do nothing about it and we're gon na keep doing it and we've been doing it like that's the energy. You want to have all right so put your money where your mouth is people, I don't think y'all should shop with them, because that is just my opinion and I want to give a big shout-out to miss precious Marie. I'M. So sorry that this happened to you. It'S a really fine line that we walk as creators, because you want to be creative. You want to put our original stuff. You want to share your things with the people that watch you, but you never think that somebody is just gon na come up, underneath you and steal one of your ideas and go try to make money off of it, especially a brand that has already worked with You that makes this even worse if this was just some random company that decided to do it. You know what like it's, not nice, but it's still, it would be a. It is what it is type of situation, but this is different because I feel like they knew exactly what they were doing. They knew it wasn't right, but they wanted to do it anyway, so they purposely left her out of it, and I can't stand for a company that would do something like that. So here baby, it's cancelled. Let me know what you guys think about this whole situation and the comments down below this is a mess, and I'm glad that I found out about this, because I had no idea and I'm just pissed now, and I just know that I'm never gon na support Them I'm not gon na, you know give them that life because I just don't think they deserve it anymore. So that's just that you know. My old videos are obviously gon na stay up, because I worked hard for those views. Okay, I did so. Those videos are not gon na go down or anything, but in the future everything is canceled, and that's just that. Let me know what you guys think about this whole situation. Do you think what they did was right? Do you feel like Miss precious Marie should be upset because I would be upset. So let me know in the comments down below and don't forget to subscribe to my channel if you haven't ready and make sure you're turning your post notifications that you'll be notified. Every single time I upload a new video. Thank you guys so much for watching. I hope you guys enjoyed my rant and this tea spillage, but I will see all of you guys in my next one

Erica Andrea: PSA: idc how many times somebody says Ms. Precious Marie should’ve patented her idea because IM STILL NOT GOING TO SUPPORT HAIRVIVI. Lol it’s that simple Love you all! So glad everyone is enjoying the video and commenting.

Angie Earley: Ms. Precious Marie should start her own business making wigs with the cap sewn in so we can buy them from her directly. Im not good at at making wigs look natural. I need a product like this but I want to buy it from a black person.

k. Baldwin: Ladies, come together and build a brand for all the black wig makers to sell and promote their products! Push each other up!

Aldrin Ray: Thank you for supporting Miss Precious Marie❤️

Milnon Taylor: Ladies let's just stop buying their wigs period!

CakeMyLife: Unfortunately, they'll just change their company name because they know that they are wrong and ppl are coming for them. They won't change!

Angela Welsh: Thank you for your transparent review, I was just in the process of purchasing a Hairvivi 'fake scalp' wig without knowing the true background knowledge of the 'fake scalp'. I also believe to many of our ideas are copied or hijacked without giving credit to the original 'idea maker'. I have just cancelled my purchase.

Tomeki Jones: Most beauty supply store owners have the same mentality. They want to talk and treat us like whatever they want when we're in their stores. It's like shut up and buy it. If we stopped buying from them all together their industry would collapse big time. They need us but we've been acting like we need them so they do and say whatever they want.

Beauty in the Dark: Each one teach one... We stand together and don’t buy their sh$t.

preese100: Thanks! I'm with you. Other companies are doing a great job with far less price tag.

deseandote1: I will not spend a dime with hair Viví.

AWoS88 ~ Miya, my love ~: I also wanted to add that I mostly wear synthetic wigs because they are much cheaper and I am skeptical of investing in human hair wigs. I always wonder if YouTubers get sent the better wigs to review and customers end up buying not so great wigs.

Nayakia Bates: New subbie! I really appreciate u standing up for another woman, we don’t have each other’s back enough so to see u express your dissatisfaction with hair vivi for their treatment of another creator really impressed me and I respect that. Thanks for sharing and keeping us up on how these companies try to take advantage of us women of color

XxMrzBerryxX215: I have to be honest, I don't know about all the YouTube drama. I've purchased 3 wigs from Hairvivi and with them doing a full bleaching of the knots, including the elastic band for free and adding the fake scalp for free, plucking the hairline the best of any company I have ever purchased and the wigs I purchased from them are better than all the wigs I purchased from Amazon and all the wigs I purchased from any other company in their price range. Plus I've had my Hairvivi wigs for over a year now. Most of these companys have taken the elastic band, bleaching knots, plucking a realistic hair lines, etc. and I have see black and chinese hair companies steal unpatented ideas. Because Precious Marie has a huge following, that's why people are talking. But when talented hair gurus like Glam's Corner's ideas(and other hair guru's with not a huge following) were stolen from fellow hair gurus/hair companies with more subscribers, NO ONE SAID A DAMN THING TO STICK UP FOR THEM. People are selective in their outrage depending on popularity but ideas are blatantly stolen from hair gurus with a smaller fan base all the time by hair gurus with a large fan base. I remember when Renee304, the owner of Fly Honey wigs was the first to start using Japanese wig caps, then everyone stole her idea and NEVER gave her credit. As far as Hairvivi is concerned, people will forget about all this in 6 months like they forget about when white cops murder unarmed black people in cold blood. This will pass and people will still order from them. Mark my words most of the people leaving comments will secretly still buy from them and up and coming hair gurus will do reviews from them because not only do they get a free wig, they turn around and sell it for a profit on their own website and hair sales.

Boy Mom Avi: I love honesty and people who looks out for not just their self but everyone they can, I appreciate this content ❤️☺️ Good Bye Hair ViVi

Vanisha Marshall: Thank you so much for supporting Ms. Precious Marie!! Hair Vivi is officially cancelled!! You now have a new subscriber!

Kat: HairVivi has been cancelled for me ever since I bought a wig with orange lace from them last summer...I tried to return it and tell them this looks nothing like the lace I saw in all these review videos here on YouTube. It took them over a week to respond to me and when they finally told me to send it back I had to pay for the shipping myself. 5 weeks went by without a peep of a refund..finally had to go through PayPal to get my money back. It's crazy because my friend ordered from them and got a beautiful wig and had no issues with them. The problem with a lot of these foreign companies (that I've experienced) is a complete lack of consistency.

Caramel_ blend: And actually, I like when the business listen to the customer, anything that makes it easier and less work for me,, and I'm sure prices will go up if it makes it less work to do, and the more realistic the product looks, BUT.....give The lady her credit.... Simple as that, she should have been acknowledged in some kind of way

Cynthia Jones: Thank you for voicing this. All those youtuber that advertise this wig should send it back. Also YS Wigs now have the fake scalp wigs.

Stacy Spencer: The first place I saw that technique was Ms. Precious Marie. I'm sad she has been hijacked. She is one of the queens of wigs and a great influencer.

lisa knowles: Thank you for being an influencer that keeps it 100. Yes she started it first. I am not her biggest fan I order a Chloe wig it was pure expensive trash sorry sis. But props for you being creative. HAIRVIVI BYE BYE

Princessa G: Their prices are way too high! Thanks for your honesty

Chris Chris: I would’ve patent! Never let your left hand know what your right is doing!!

Simply with Delia Papion: I definitely will not buy from them I think that all YouTubers should stick together and put it out there what they're all about and hit and hit them in the pocketbook

Betty Diaz: I’m new to the wig life . I had no clue what I was doing and lost a lot of money buying junk hair . I’m so grateful for your channel and all you wonderful talented ladies that take time from your personal lives to share your skill and knowledge. I do admit Hairvivi looked tempting as I’m not really good at plucking, bleaching , etc . When I saw what they did to Precious Marie I was truly disgusted . Trust me as I shop for a wig as I speak it’s tempting to go to their site because I want something easy but I will not support a company who is basically stalking YouTubers to steal their ideas . I admire you and all that have stood up for what’s ethically right . I thought wigs were a nightmare but had to learn due to my illness . I appreciate every one of you that really do make a difference in peoples lives .

Kanya G: Damn! I just ordered a wig from them and I like Ms. Precious Marie. I never knew this was the case... Can’t stand the shade. They got their last order from me.

Choc Star: Wow, I'm glad I found your video. I've been researching them all day and was about to order two wigs. So disappointed that this has happened to Ms. Precious Marie. First our music...... The search for a good quality wig continues.....thanks for sharing this video.

Maxine Vaughn-Ayala: EVERYTHING YOU SAID IS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! I WAS THINKING ABOUT BUYING A WIG FROM HAIR VIVI BUT THEIR PRICES ARE TOO HIGH. I’M SO HAPPY THAT YOU MADE THIS VIDEO. I HAVE ALOPECIA SO I HAVE TO WEAR A WIG. I JUST HOPE AND PRAY OTHER BLACK AMERICAN COMPANIES WILL SELL QUALITY WIGS LIKE HAIR VIVI FOR A MUCH LOWER PRICE. WE NEED TO STICK TOGETHER AND NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY THAT IS OVER IN CHINA AND REALLY DON’T CARE ABOUT US, THEY’RE MORE INTERESTED IN MAKING MONEY OFF OF US. THEY TALK ABOUT US BEHIND CLOSED DOORS ABOUT OUR HAIR. WATCH US THROUGH CAMERAS AS WERE BROWSING THROUGH THEIR STORE. AS IF ALL BLACKS ARE CRIMINALS. I MAY BUY TWO WIGS TWICE A YEAR. I NEVER GO BACK TO SHOP FOR OTHER ITEMS IN THEIR STORE BECAUSE EVERYTHING IN THEIR STORE IS SO OVER PRICED. WE NEED TO STOP BUYING FROM THEM PERIOD!!

Ali Barnes: That's what happens when you tell your secrets on YouTube...you risk this happening. It's business!

Diana Smith: First time on your channel! Love how real and smart you are. Also love that you ride for the ordinary woman, calling it as it is and showed some plain old fashion integrity in this video. Refreshing and rare! Keep being a light sis ✨✨✨✨

Elaina: Thanks for this! I just started to get on that wig train and was super close to buying from them.

Vanessa Shimoni: Thank you for sharing this information, I actually have 3 wigs on my Vivi cart and now I'm having second thoughts about dealing with this company.

Let It Flow Naturally: Thank You. I think that we have to power to effect change in these companies. Stealing an idea is not illegal but they know it's not right. So...Of with their heads I say. Byeeeee...

LittleM: I came here to see if there's any issues in the quality of their hair, and was relieved to see nothing. My order is arriving soon so I am a little nervous. To be fair, I am willing to pay a higher price for the services they offer, because I know nothing about wigs, and will probably be too frustrated to ever wear one if I have to do all the bleaching and things myself. It is just intimidating and time-consuming! We live in a world of free market, so as long as the products are legal, people can choose to purchase things at the price they can accept. I just hope that either this company, or any others, can offer hair that are ready-to-wear to people that need them, people like me who suffer from postpartum hl, or alopecia. Just my two cents!

Shawnda lynne: New subscriber, and thank you so much, for being real and transparent. I was gonna purchase my first wig from them, but I will not support any form of stealing. Thanks again.

Tina Kohler: Thank you both, that is MsPreciousMarie. I was going to order one of their wigs. I have been through cancer and lost my hair. It came back, but now it is falling out. They say I have alopecia. I have tried everything, so as a last resort I was looking on how to put a wig on as you young ladies do. I am not intouch with that style. When I went through cancer I would just put a wig on. I didn't know lace or glue down. I'm lucky if I know how to pull it up. Lol but watching your videos. Just makes me so nervous. I don't want to screw up what little I do have. So that is why I was going to buy from hairvivi. But until they straighten things out I guess I will wait. So thank you, I will have to find someone who will work with me to help. Congratulations for speaking up.

Glamourgirl246: Thanks for this video, I just made an order and I'm going to cancel it. We definitely need to stend up for each other

Justice100 Wil: Thank you so much, I'm a beginner with buying wigs and learning how to do installs etc. You are amazing and I truly support what you're saying. I most definitely won't be buying anything from this company...Thanks again

Vianney gee: That ‘ we been stealing and will keep stealing ideas‘ attitude is just immoral.

ms.chelle: The best way to hit them is in the pocket.

Fee Bee: Just when I thought I was going to order another wig from Hair ViVi. Not not now.

Lady T: Well said I was feeling the same damn way feeling very betrayed and just downright stupid for not picking up on this even faster and I’m not even Miss precious Marie so I can’t even imagine just how she felt when she found out like all of us hmm I know one thing I’m glad a lot of people called them out about it but now for them to release a statement and still not be apologetic just confirms even more how shitty of a company hair Vivi or whatever their name is really are I will never purchase a wig from them I don’t care if their wig dropped down to fucking $20 I will not be spending a single penny on them and shout out to miss Precious Marie keep doing you boo hey just keeping it

Arleen’s favorite Bryant: If the public stops buying from them they will feel it in their pocket then they will improve on their shipping methods plus their density on some of their Units and give Ms Precious Marie a cut on what they have done you are correct they are catering to African Americans because they know we will buy good stuff.. so if your hold your Money they will do the right thing they will feel it

AWoS88 ~ Miya, my love ~: Thank you for telling the truth about these overpriced wigs. I noticed the 10 inch wigs were more expensive than the longer wigs and that never made sense to me. That was the reason I never bought from Hairvivi. Now, with these fake scalp wigs, when I saw the promos I thought, "I watched a YouTube tutorial about this before. This isn't new". I even tried the method myself. Now I see another company (Royalme) is coming out with their line of fake scalp wigs. This company claims that they have "perfected" the method. It is wrong of them to take her idea especially if they have worked with her in the past. They knew what they were doing by not including her.

Frances Jean Louis: Your lip-smack after eaxh pointent statement was life!!! Love this video!

Darlene Gierke: Wow! I agree we all should stop buying from them.

Lateisha Elliott: I do feel that the decision makers at Hairvivi may not have seen this as wrong. If you look at culture differences- Asian cultures embrace the collective and not the individual, so there’s a huge difference in the way this situation would be viewed.

DeeJ085: My First Wig refers to their fake scalp method as Marie's Fake Scalp. I'm glad I watched your video because I didn't know who Marie was. I was seriously getting ready to buy a wig from HairVivi.

Funny Chicken: I’ve bought 7 wigs from HAIRVIVI and I loooooooveee it. Many of my friends have wigs from this company and they love it. Looks natural, good quality. I think you got paid by other companies for this aggressive video. ALL LIVES MATTER

Deb Benning: I appreciate SO MUCH!!! HONEST CONTENT! ITS SO HARD TO FEEL COMFORTABLE IN BUYING A UNIT THATS PROMOTED BUY THOSE YOU THINK ARE GIVING AN HONEST REVIEW. THANKS FOR MAKING SUCH A TRANSPARENT COMMENTARY! IVE JUST SUBSCRIBED TO YOUR CHANEL. HONESTY IS EVERYTHING. SOME DO SHADY REVIEWS TO GET A CHECK

Tator Tot: I agree. Thanks for sharing It stopped me from purchasing from them tonight

tsunami_bri: i think she has every right to be upset!

skinbrowandwaxqueen: Thank you so much, my daughter and I was just discussing the wigs were going to buy/order from hairvivi. We have canceled those plans now. Does anyone have any suggestions on decent crafted wigs at a fair price? Thanks for sharing.

Syneathia Bell: I agree, they don't care about us...They should've paid her for her idea. I'm shopping somewhere else now...Thank you for posting.

Marsha Kelly: Omg she has said everything I've been thinking. The was she summed up that state hit the nail on the head. They do not have great customer service either plus they are unapologetic. I stopped dealing with them.

Tee Aye: I wouldn’t purchase anything from hair vivi even if it were free!

Maggie F: It's so bloody expensive. I wanted to get one with everything predone because I 'm lazy, thank God my friend preps wigs she did a great job on my £87 Amazon wig. They probably don't even pay tax either.

Virdell Baldwin: Wow... I'm totally out of the loop. I saw hairvivi ad and purchased a wig..... Never again. I don't agree with what they did either. I support that young lady as well. Hairvivi is stealing, lowdown, dirty company. I will never purchase from them again. Thanks for the real talk.

Becks Coco: Just when I thought I found a great wig I can’t buy after seeing this video.

Jacqulyn Webster: That's a WHOLE lawsuit. Ms. Precious Marie needs to lawyer up.

Caramel_ blend: Ok so they had the money to make it come true and she didn't have the money. But it's crazy either way

Brianna Johnson: Should’ve started with the fact that Ms Precious has worked with them and hairvivi had full knowledge of who she was. Bc everything before that was just business.

Mildred Tolbert: As a wig consumer you are absolutely correct about everything in this video and I will not support them by spending my money on their wigs. They are overpriced anyway!!!

Renee Hicks: I’m a subscriber of the YouTuber that invented this method and she did a video about she felt about someone else using her method without giving her credit and that was before Hairvivi. But we have to learn not to put things on the internet if we don’t want our ideas stolen. Copyright/Patent First!!

Nutchelle777: I’m glad I came across this!!! Not ordering from hair vivi ‍♀️

Real Advantage Productions: You are putting out some gems here. Good info. I appreciate your opinion on the Hairvivi situation. I agree with you. I have just subscribed to your channel. Just wanted to come by and show some love and support to your channel. I figure if regular, black, small time Youtubers trying to get ahead like myself don't do it. Then who will? So keep on keeping on. Btw, I have just subscribed. Also, I think your hair in this video looks awesome!

Lori Henderson: That was not right! I love the hair, but I am not going to support the company.

Melanated Honey FOREVER: Thank you thank you so much for this information I just watched a young lady named dreamy Nene and she was speaking about hairvivi she did mention really briefly that hairvivi was inspired by Miss Precious but she did not say that they had Ripped Off her idea and didn't give her credit and I was just getting ready to order from them(vivi) on Tuesday. But I'm not now !! I do watch precious Marie and I love her Channel .I think all of you content creators with the wigs need to come together, find an investor so you guys can start creating your own wigs I'm tired of making the Chinese hair companies rich!!

115dancingqueen: You are a person of integrity!! A good example to your kids,(if you have any) Miss Precious is such a gentle soul and to be ripped off like this is just so low!!

Queen Xo: the wig they send Youtubers arent the same they give their customers

Rose Red: She can still sue them. There is a case where Disney took someone else’s idea (Disney World of Sport). The individual sued and won even though they did not have a patten but they had the paperwork of the plan outlined that was very useful in court. Ms Precious has her YouTube video as proof her idea was stolen by these sleazy people .

Ms. Sharon.: Saw this wig and wanted it so badly, but after seeing the price tag I said no way. Thanks for doing this vid. I will be checking out Amazon. Nothing is free! Won’t be buying from hair Vivi.

Betty Monroe: Girl, I already bought the damn wig 2 weeks ago. It should be here on Tuesday and I'm gone review it too. I wish I would've known, I assumed they collabed with her.

Dominique Darcell: Glad I seen this video. I was actually researching to place a order. Won’t get my coins

Ilene Abraham: Thanks I got a wig from them and was not pleased it cost almost 400 and it had short hair in the top and back when it "22 inches and then didn't care they didn't want to replace itI was upset

Tee Tee: They put all my comments on a video saying I was from a company trying to "mislead" customers away from them. Like wtf they literally tried to bully me by blurring out everyone's name but mine thinking it was gonna have ppl come for me. I was trying to promote a company that I personally use but they tried to bully me which it made people look at them crazy. They are some scammers and they straight stole that from Marie. Instead of making her the face of her own freaking idea...‍♀️That you for this video and exposing these mofo's

Barbara Victoria: HairVivi is a no for me. Thanks for posting this video.

Whitney Taylor: We been stealing ideas, I just died laughing lol you mad wild for that but on a hi key you speaking nothing but the truth

L S: You want to know what people think? First thing I think is kudos to you!! And a special kudos to you for supporting Miss Precious Marie who I also subscribe to! Not enough black girls supporting other black girls out here these days. No way for us to be magic out here with rudeness, hate, and jealousy...so this was beautiful! I want to add that you did not feel the need to tell her 1 million times that she should have patented her idea. I've seen other content girls lend their support but somehow every third sentence is them chastising her SMH. It's almost like victim-blaming or having to hear somebody say I told you so. Kudos to you!

CAU18: I noticed that they kept increasing their prices. They have good wigs but just the ethics behind everything alone annoys me. If anyone knows of a good company that has wigs preplucked and prebleached please let me know because I’m tired of Hair Vivi increasing their prices. And another thing THEY ONLY KEEP 5 STAR REVIEWS ON THEIR SITE. If you post 4 stars, or 3 star reviews then they will not post your review up. They are SHADY.

girl6girl6: i was getting silk-top wigs (fake scalp) from a company called Sino wigs waaaaay back in 2010. Precious Marie did not invent it.

JAK Jon: Thank you for supporting her!!

Kim Payan: girlll, i bought what was supposed to be a 22 inch body wave unit. let me fkn tell youuu, i received maybe 14 inches? and the cap was TINY. a lil girl wouldn’t even be able to fit lol. customer service SUCKS. TERRIBLE. i’m pissed that i paid for something that’s just sitting in my closet lmao. couldn’t return, nothing. i’ll never buy from them again‍♀️

Karen Hull: I totally agree with you!!! I watch Ms Prescious, she did not deserve that kind of treatment. Yes she was very upset ☹️. Thanks for your video ❤️❤️

Aurora Carter: Thanks for exposing them and what's going on...shedding light on the b.s...i was gonna buy a wig...but no thank you...

realtalk: Just think of all the ideas that she still has its their lost for not being honest, and it's her gain she learned a lesson...realtalk

~Daphne Amy's World~!: They should be canceled for good I was upset when me and her suscribers shared to how companies were stealing her idea and didn't even first contact her to work with her or at least use her as an inspiration im glad I wrote to them and screen shot my message and email response wich was week after to her really smh. Ps funny how Hairvi ad comerical from a youtubers I suscribe to and she mentioned and another one couldn't remember her name lol are playing lol I totally agree with you I suscribed to when she came from reviewing Beauty supplystore wigs from not making k yet store wigs to hair companies and working with them yes thanks for this video ✊❤

Jasmain Jasmain: I definitely bought the Kylie and can’t wait! Lol, got $50 off. Still high but o well. Got the clip on bangs too. PS. I tried to go for Miss Precious but they out of stock. Always patent your creations, ppl money hungry and don’t care.

Hair by Mz Magic: I really liked your video.. That being said.. some of our young women are so dependent on this hair it is ridiculous and sickening ..None of the women from the countries that this hair originates from wear this.. we as young black women are the only ones wearing their weave and giving them billions and billions of dollars I am a hairstylist and I just don't get it we are making these foreigners so rich it's deplorable.. sorry I'm team wear your own hair! Weave is ok every now again but ladies are giving these people who dont give a f@#k about us all of their money!

Phelicia Moore-Brown: It TRULY is bogus as to how things went down but in the business world it happens all of the time. I personally feel that when we have great ideas, because our people are VERY innovative, stop posting it until we get the patent filed. Yes, that can be costly but it's worth it. Our ideas will always be stolen by people, no matter their color, it's about who has the money to patent something. Let's face it, every great idea we have that works PERFECTLY and will help others, will be a hit, so we MUST cover ourselves before being so excited to put it out there to the world. I won't be buying their wigs either, because the heartbreak in this is that they KNOW her and worked with her before and could've said to her, "Hey we love your idea, let's collaborate on this and future ideas." But he who holds the dollars has the upper hand holds true in business. SADLY, there are not enough black owned hair businesses. Most of them buy from the same oriental vendors and redistribute them. We have to make, manufacture, market, and distribute our OWN wigs, if we truly want to keep the dollars in our pockets.

Porshia W.: Now HairVivi will just re-brand themselves and change their name so that they can sell the same item without it immediately being linked back to them stealing this idea and receiving backlash... Smh

Deb Z: Thanks sis. I was seriously thinking of buy one!!

katlady5000: Other wig companies have named wigs/toppers after the Youtubers that inspired them and got the Youtubers to support the wigs/toppers. All HairVivi had to do was contact MsPreciousMarie get her approval. Name the wig Precious or Marie. I know of one company that has the Amber and Penny hair toppers named after the youtubers who inspired the hair pieces. Hairvivi could have avoided all the negative PR which is probably losing them money. Plus their customers and MsPreciousMarie would have felt supported by the company. This was a greedy move and will hurt their revenue in the end.

WhatNAGWears: I’m sorry but it’s called a silk top, it’s not new at all. I’ve had this added to my wigs from when I first started wearing wigs 10 plus years ago. Silk top has always been more expensive, but it’s not a new innovation.

JK golden: I agree! I will not endorse that shady shit. It annoys me how everyone else is flourishing over exploiting our hair while black owned businesses suffer. #supportUS

Fabulessme: Agree with you 100%

MsLuss22: HairVivi is DEAD! It is soooo easy for us to just skip them.....and any other vendor who steals it too! We've got the POWER! Black Girl Magic!

Rose Pink: I’m with you

Celeta Cruz: Wow I just ordered the Kylie wig which I can actually make myself. Im excited to see what inside looks like. Hopefully mines look like the wigs reviews on YouTube. They are a bit pricey

lolazal1: Thanks for this info. I will never buy from them.
