Do Not Buy! Scam Fake Full Human Hair Wig!? || Hairvivi Wig Review

Hairvivi has some explaining to do......

FYI I have not reached back out to them yet

Hey everybody. I thought i need to make this video because normally well, i don't normally make videos like this. I don't really do reviews it's my first review and it's a scathingly, bad one. I hope it's not true. I hope i just messed up along the way with my testing, because i'm not a scientist, i just googled on the internet, but all right, so i got to tell you what's happened. So if you see from the title, i bought a hair vv, a wig from hairbv. It is the victoria straight wig about 18 inches 160 density uh, and it's supposed to have hd lace and on their website, which is a very crucial thing about hair vb. They are supposed to offer a hundred percent human hair, wigs, which i bought this wig, and it's supposed to be a 100 human hair, wig, of course, on the website. It didn't say whether it was brazilian or remy or you know where it came from, but i just you know: i've got enough for enough research and looked at other people's videos, a lot of people promoting them that i thought that would be good enough to trust. So i got the wig, i think i ordered it at the beginning of april 2021.. It arrived sometime april, i think around april 19th is when i arrived um. They have a seven-day return policy. It is now past the seven days. So i cannot return this wig. So i spent 400 dollars on this wig. This is my first supposed to be rooming real human hair wig. I spent a lot of money on this because i thought i'd be a good investment. I went over. I thought about spending 60 on a really good synthetic wig, but i was like i don't have to keep changing it over and over again, because a lot of people say it would just run out quickly. So i bought this and it was a lot of money. Even though there was a 30 dollar coupon at the time i got for 369 before tax, it is still 400 for what i consider and i'm pretty sure is not 100 human hair. So i got the so i got the wig. I did not expect it to do this, but i had already made a whole uh. I already planned to shoot a very uh, in-depth review. I did an unboxing. I was gon na go check out the um i was gon na. Do a review on the scout. Colors gon na do a review on the density, the look of the wig, what i thought of it, the customer service, the review and such and then lead on to the testing whether or not it was human versus synthetic and then wrap it up with my pros And cons in the middle of doing that i had gone till i got to the testing and i will not be getting past that part, because this is my pros and cons and there is pretty much no pros. I will throw up the video. You know. I'Ve cut it down, but basically i decided to test whether it is human versus synthetic. So i googled and watched enough videos that i hope it's true that apparently, when you burn human hair, it typically sets on fire. Like you burn it, it sets on fireplace, without the view of me, testing it and it's supposed to quickly ball up, but it will catch on fire and you smell it supposed to smell. Like barbecue. You know like smoke, that sort of stuff and if you burn a synthetic wig, it's supposed to smell like plastic, and it's supposed to not it's supposed to not catch on fire, it just kind of melts. You can't really get it to catch on fire and it balls up very slowly instead of quickly well. I first started off testing my hair, my human hair as the control for that, and it burned up real quick. Of course, it looked like the videos. I then went and tested the hair vv wig. It didn't quite catch on fire compared to my hair, but i didn't really think it was a red flag. I thought that was kind of just maybe how it's supposed to look it just kind of like melted and balled up slowly until i used one of the synthetic wigs i also already own, and it did the same thing and then i was like oh no. This is not good, so then i went and got another piece of a hair, vv wig and lit it, and it did. The same thing again looks like the synthetic wig. So i decided to do one more test. I get another piece of my hair light it. It burns up, then i got another piece as my third piece of the hair vv wig and it burned up. It acted like real human hair. The problem is the other two did not act like that. It acted like what i've seen in other videos of the synthetic hair and it looked exactly like how, when i lit up my synthetic wig little piece of it, took a piece of that hair. So i've come to the conclusion. Maybe i've done the testing wrong. I'M not a scientist, or maybe they sent out a fluke but based on what i've seen, i'm pretty sure this wig i received. I hope the rest of their wigs are not like this, but i'm pretty sure the wig i received is a synthetic blend, since two out of three acted like synthetic and only one acted like a human hair. I come to the conclusion and believe that this is not a hundred percent human hair like they're advertising on their website and you're, paying 400 for something that's not worth the money. So in conclusion, before i'd finish this test, i probably would have rated them before. I'D gone to testing that like an 8 out of 10, because their customer service is a little a little iffy to me. But after doing this, it's a it's a 1 out of 10.. If the scale is 1 to 10, i i cannot recommend it because it's false advertising, i could be wrong. This is what i believe. So if you all can test your own wigs - or maybe you all can have your own wigs and maybe they just sent me something that's incorrect to me to rest their wigs and they maybe they have a synthetic blend. They also sell on a different website that appreciated seeing synthetic wigs on their website, but for what i can tell when i've gone, i couldn't testing wrong, i'm pretty sure they're synthetic blends they're. Not. I can't, i won't say they're completely synthetic, because that last piece did light up like it was supposed to, but it's not 100 human hair and you're paying 400 for it. So i'm pretty sure it's a scam and i'm gon na have to rate them a one out of freaking 10.. So i just want to let y'all know. Hopefully, other people get to see this video and people know that don't ever buy that again, i'm lost out of 400. I mean i guess i could try to do a charge back, but we'll just see how that goes, but yeah. So i paid 400 for this, but i think it's a valuable lesson because hopefully i can tell everyone else. So hopefully it's just a fluke. Maybe i just did it wrong. I hope everyone else gets correct products, but i just want y'all to know have a good day.

Honey 4364: Thank you for doing this video. I do think a lot of the wigs that wig companies claim to be 100% human hair is actually a blend. I wear wigs both human and synthetic and one thing I can say about both is that after wearing them for awhile the back always tangled up and looks like a bird nest. I really don’t know any person actual hair that tangles like that. My hair length is pass my shoulders and when it rubs against my shirt it doesn’t bunch up like a birds nest. This is why I would never buy a human hair wig more than $200.

NMG: You did the testing right dear and I can't tell you how much I appreciate your honesty and that you had the humanity to do what is right.

Yolanda Byers-Goodwin: Thank you telling us. The wigs are very expensive and they should be ashamed of themselves. They're money hungry. You might have saved a lot of people.

M Lowery: Thank u so much for sharing this information. The wig influencer community needs to be made aware of this.

Amber: I tested mine by bleaching a small section of hair in the back. After the hair sat saturated in bleach for almost 30 minutes, there were several strands that remained black/dark brown. There’s only one explanation for this…Save your money and look elsewhere.

Mz Luv: Good for you girl! The "influencers" get the perfect remi hair wig. Their review may be honest but the rest of us get dog hair if the company is crooked. 400 bucks is a heckalot money for plastic blend! I spent 400 bucks on a UU wig because an influencer reviewed a gorgeous wig. But when i got the UU i changed the name to POOPOO because that was THEE worst wig of my life. Knotted up like hair on a dog with mange. I couldnt get a brush through with a gun to my head. Ive never seen anything like this. I tried saving it and after weeks of conditioning i was willing to PAY some one 400 dollars to take that wig to the edge of town and kill it! Shame on these scammers. Oh...and when you see 2000 reviews all 5 star for a wig on Amazon...they got paid off..i know cuz they tried to do it to me. You can get a really nice long hair lace front wig for 200 or less...sometimes even 125.

malyikaj: Trust me I understand what you’re saying because I’ve gone through this for years. The last wigs I have tried were Freedom Couture wigs who sells her wigs for over 1k. Once in a blue moon she will have a sale that will make the wigs half off. 2 years in and they still have worked well. But it’s a hard price to get your head around. I get it!

Kara Mayernik: Human hair wigs simply are a hoax if they are being sold for less than $1,000 per unit. Even then can be a gamble! Sorry you had that kind of experience when you were expecting good quality for how much you paid! I'm noticing a lot of false information from these wig companies and it's simply unfortunate. Thank you for making this video :)

MsBamBoomBang: I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I have 6 wigs from them and I haven't had any problems . I've own them for years and one I wear literally everyday. I just got a new one, I'm going to do some research and do the same.

MeekMeek Evans: I know exactly how you feel because they did the seem shit to me and I live in the Bahamas . These Hair ambassadors don’t care cause they getting paid to lie. I’ve even try to Oder wigs from a black owned company and that didn’t get very far‍♀️

Alicia Dunbar: Thanks so much for taking the time to research this and for sharing it with us!

Love Bug: It looks like you got a synthetic blend. Also yak's hair mimics human hair texture but burns like a plastic. I would definitely contact your card company and present your evidence to receive your money back. If they did it to you they've done it to others. Make attempts to return the wig even though its past the return period. They breach their contract when they provided a product that was other than advertised. Good luck.

Cara: I was going to try them because I see all of these videos on here stating the hair is amazing. Now I will not, I too am scared to spend over 500.00 and then find out it is not human hair. Thanks for the video.

Cynthia Towers: The wig that I ordered from them 6 months ago was ABSOLUTE TRASH. Over bleached mess trash

Priscillia White: I recently purchased a wig from them and my experience was not good. I ended up returning it but still haven’t received my refund nor have they responded to my emails….

TheSweetpea1971: Unfortunately, legally if even one strand of hair in the wig is 100% human hair the company can make the claim that it is a 100% human hair wig.

Celeta Cruz: I believe you girl. I paid 300 and some change for a wig name Clover. The wig is now trash there is no way the wig I purchase is 100% Human

kasia Borowicz: Yes, I do expect that those companies lie but... I'm just thinking that even if the hair is human hair they are still processed hair. They put a lot of products in human hair ( that's why they usually smell bad ). That could be an explanation but I don't know... Btw, why human hair is soo expensive when we know that those companies pay pennies to the hair owners? Xx

Ky’s Best life: Wow I tested mines and it was human and I have had my wig for almost a year still looks nice

Cynthia Towers: Thank you for your 100% honest review. I fully agree with you. Well done.

Karlin Mulan: Wow saved me some money been looking for a good wig company no hope they all lie

Cynthia Towers: If you have to return these trash wigs, you have to pay for the shipping again. Not worth it.

nadeen m: I have 7 wigs from hairvivi bleached them all dyed them highlights ombré and all and no issues at all !

Amara Dailey: I can’t tell if you’re being serious or not but I think you and this video is hilarious in an extremely positive way and I think you have some great points lol

me as: Thank you ! I found this video right on time...

YOLYN 58: Thanks, I was going to buy one of those wigs.

Mazol Davydova: how do you know it wasnt because of a product on the wig, they style it before sending it out to ship. Maybe wash the hair strands, let dry and see what happens again with the experiement.

Sheri B: Did you try informing the company/customer service??

ayda zarate : ok so what do you reccomend this is pissing me off ugh i hate these scamming wig companies

At this moment: its plastic

Summer D: Really???
