Hi guys welcome back to my channel, so in today's video I'm going to be sharing with you my technique on how I wear my week's glueless and when I say glueless I mean glue less, no adhesive, there's been so many times. I have searched up to find a technique whereby I don't have to glue my hair down and I'll click on a video, and it will oh, oh glue, dissuade restricted to there. Click on the video and then they're like, oh, so I'm not going to be using any glue and I'm like uh-huh and then they're like, but I'm gon na be using got to be gel or got to be spray, and I'm just like I mean. I know it's not glue, but to me it's the same I feel like when I think of glutinous, I think of no adhesive. I think of I can take this wig off like I eat when I want to not Oh, like all using got to, because for me, when you use got to be gel, will go to be spray. It still stuck down like it's literally gel, but it's glue. You know so I just feel like I want to come home from work and just rip this wig off my head and not worry about having to wet it, scrub it off whatever whatever and then having the mess of got to be spray. I'Ve got to be gel or the residue in my hair and it's just it just gets messy and it builds up. So I wanted to find a way that I can wear my hair glue, lids and I think I found a method that works for me. Look at this hmm I'll fall you guys in on the tea right, quick, but first of all, I just want to say thank you to a lapel for sending me this hair. This is Brazilian straight week in 16 inches and it was a premade wig and she's she's lustrous she's shiny, she's silky. I think this is longer than 16 inches look. This is where this hair stops on me, and this is supposed to be 16 inches. If it was more like 1820 but hey, I'm not complaining, I'm not complaining. I think I might just cut it a little bit, though, because I actually wanted my hair to sit like here, so I might just cut it to that limp. But nonetheless I digress. Let'S get straight into today's video, but before we do, if you haven't already subscribed to my channel, make sure you subscribe hit that notification bell, so you don't miss any uploads and don't forget to thumbs up this video if you do enjoy without further ado. Let'S just get straight into today's video, so first things first starting off with a recap: it's important to have a wig cap that matches your complexion as best as possible, so I always go for the brown or the cream with caps. If it's too light for me, then I just go in with a foundation, and I just kind of dust it all over my wig cap, this wig cap came in the box from a lapel, so within the box they gave the week this week cap an elastic Band and also like bag to store your wig is, which is amazing. So this would be my first step and the reason why this is important is because, when you do like your parting and stuff, you don't want to see the wig cap. The difference between the wig cap and your hair through the week, if that makes sense so yeah, then so I've got my union yeah. So this week is 16 inches Brazilian Strait and I have already customized it. So I bleached the knots and then I have tinted the lace, because the lace is kind of gray soft into the lace to match my complexion and as you can see, it looks really good and I've also plucked the head and the hairline did come pre plucked. But I like to just go in and customize it a little bit more simply because it makes it look even more natural, and I like to kind of mimic my the shape of my hairline, which is really really important thing to do, especially if you're trying to Wear your wigs glueless, you want it to look as realistic as possible, so you want to make your hairline as best as you can. So what I've done as well is. I have also attached an elastic band on the in, and this would just give me extra security to make sure that my week does not fall off my head, especially when going glueless. You want to make sure that you've got. You know extra security, so your wood doesn't just fly off. If you turn your head right, quick, you don't want it to go in the other direction. So, yes, I've attached my elastic band and, like I mentioned the elastic band, also came with the wig. So I tend to keep the back comb in because I use that at the back of my head, the other combs I usually take out, but I come over today, so I'll leave them in, but normally I just take them up because I don't actually use them. But yeah, so what I'm going to do is just put the wig on my head: align it get it all in place and then I'm going to cut the excess lace off from the front. The thing about this week, which is so strange, is that so I kind of took the hairline a little bit back because for me to cover up my sides, but I had to pull it quite far forward. But then this was like all the way down here. So I had to take out a little bit from the front right here, but even after doing that, the sides don't completely cover my sides, so this bit is okay. This bit covers my size here, but these bits - my sideburns, are like right here, but the would like the hairline that goes back here. So you can. You can see my hair literally right here if I aligned it for one side to fit the other side doesn't which is so strange. I just don't know why it's like that like. Why can't it just? Why can't their hairs on the side come more forward, so that sucks a little bit so bear that in mind if you've got if the sides of your hairline come quite far forward, then this week might not be the best for you. I'M gon na try my best to you, know, finesse see, as I usually do with most of my wigs anyway, but it just kind of sucks that you can literally my hair's right here and then like the hair goes back here like I don't need it back Here I need it right here, but yeah I'll just have to do my best to try and make it work. So now that I've cut the lace off. This is how we're looking I do have a little bit of my hair out at the side. But that's because literally like the wood can't come any closer, it is actually not coming any closer, but that's fine. So what I'm now gon na do? Is I'm literally going to take out just a couple of hairs from like these to my temples? Basically, right here and they're gon na be my baby head. I don't want to do too much like I don't want to be dramatic. I literally just want a little bit of hair from here and here and I'm just going to use my razor and shave those down. So this is where the magic happens. This is the secret product to get in your lace to lay down so really and truly my lace is secure, like it's not moving. The only thing. My only problem is that the lace is literally lifted and also I found as well that when you have a wig for a long time after a while the lace, literally like curls up on the sides. So what I like to use is mousse. So I'm using today the you pro-regime style of control, mousse and basically I just take a couple of pumps of the mousse, I'm gon na mousse, the majority of my hair back. But then I'm actually just gon na put mousse all along the border of my lace and don't be scared, just literally plaster it on another thing about mooss is that it does dry clear. So it looks like you're using a lot, but it's not gon na. Look crazy at the end and once I've got everything in place, I literally just take some more just put it on top. Then I take this, so this is literally a pair of tights that I had that got a hole in them. I just cut one of the legs off and I use this to just hold down the perimeter of my hair. While this just sits, I'm gon na just finish, styling, my hair, so I find that this method works really really well. If you are wearing your hair in a middle part, because the sides are not, of course it's not glued at the end of the day, so the sides are not going to be completely stuck down to your head, but I find that whenever I wear middle part, It covers it, so you wouldn't really know that the sides aren't stuck down. If you want to, you can go in and just you know put a little bit of like got to be spray or something on the side. Tabs most of the time is when I wear my hair in a middle part. There'S actually no need for me to do that if I'm gon na wear a side part in then, when I wear my side piles, I like to tuck my hair behind my ears. So this method doesn't work as well for a side parting simply because if you want to tuck your hair behind your ears, you don't want to have your lace lifting up on the sides it can work depends on how deep you want your side parting, because you Can do a side parting and then just you know, have the hair down, but if you want to tuck it behind your ears, then this method may not be the best. The thing that I found about this week that I don't exactly love well, I don't know at all, actually is that it has a lot a lot of filler hairs, which are basically the little hairs that when you part the hair, they just stand up. So it's like they put hairs in the week to make it appear, fuller at the roots, but actually they're like this short and a lot of wigs. Do this like a lot of pre-made wigs, have this so wherever five parts when I was putting this head earlier everywhere that I parted there was a load of filler hairs that were just standing up. You can't really see them right now, because the hair is a little bit damp, so they are just laying down. But when the hair is straight or if you haven't put any wax, then it literally just stands straight up and it's so annoying because I just feel like. Why are you trying to fool me to understand middle part today? Let me try doing the site bomb. Can I get a little side, part yeah? Well, I'm gon na wear it as a side part and now I said it doesn't work as well this technique, but I'm gon na do it I'm gon na. Do it I'll just oh look at what I've done. It was my life, can you see the hairs? Did you see what I mean or these little filler hairs? Why are they there so usually I'll? Just like tie my hair down do my makeup and then, by the time I'm done with my face I'll. Take this off so this has been on for about maybe like five minutes. Usually I keep it off like ten fifteen, but five works fine, so I'm just going to take it down and see what we are working with. So this is the final look. This is how it's looking my hair literally looks like yes laid Slade stuck down when in reality it's just mousse, but it's just mousse see how caught you guys. You see I right then, but yeah. I really really love this method, so quick, so easy, effortless and literally my thing is I hate sleeping in my weeks like when I come home. I just want to take you off and I like to just you know, be able to scratch. My head go to sleep and just fall free this method and that's the thing about mousse mousse when you first put it on yet it's messy to deal with, but once it dries mess free. Once I take this wig off, there's no residue! So it's like you can just keep doing this over and over again. Obviously, you need to wash it at some point, but you can just keep reapplying it and yeah. It works really really well so yeah. I hope you enjoyed today's video if you do try this method out, let me know how it goes in the comment section down below. I reckon any mousse can work off yeah and only show you the one that I used, but I'm pretty sure most mousse is that I like stronghold or any type of like control or whatever should work perfectly fine. This is the one that I use. It'S from. You pro essentially my mum's, but I always take our stuff yeah. It'S from you Pro, I'm pretty sure you can get this from any beauty, supply, store, hair store and you're good to go but, like I said, I'm pretty sure any type of mousse will work. Just fine my voice a little bit cocky, because I'm a bit ill also, please mind me, but yeah. Thank you guys for watching today's video. I hope you did enjoy. Thank you, Ally, pole, for this hair. This this unit is so silky lustrous shiny. I really really love this hair. Like I said, the only thing I would say the two things that I would say was that the hair line doesn't come far forward enough and the filler hairs. But you couldn't tell right now: I've just put a little bit of wax and a little bit of mousse and you can't tell so it's not. You know a deal breaker, it's not bad, but it's just a little bit annoying. But I've heard great things about Ally pearl in general, so I think most probably if I were to use them again - I'd probably get bundles and a front all that way. I can have the hairline adjusted much better for myself, but if you don't have this problem, then this week should be perfect for you and they're affordable too I'll leave all links and information to this week in the description box down below but yeah. Thank you for watching today's video. I hope you did enjoy.
