Vivica Fox Futura Lace Front Wig Review - Missy!

Hi guys gals out in YouTube land. It'S miss Beverly here with you this evening for another wig review. Oh and um. I have a wig for you guys that you know I've never reviewed any wicks from this person before and um. I you know I I really honestly um vivica fox has taken over essentially the line that Beverly Johnson had and they're. The wigs are all made from the same company that made the beverly Johnson wigs and the only and they just they. Essentially, they renamed the wigs. You know, but there's the same one, so a lot of times what you'll see on web sites is is they'll have, in parentheses the beverly Johnson equivalent of the wig. You know, and so a lot of sites are already starting. The transition have already long started. The transition, and so your beverly Johnson wigs, are going to become more, you know less and less available as time goes on and as they complete the full switch from beverly Johnson to vivica a fox. Now. One thing I will say about the Vivica Fox wigs is that price-wise um, the all of the vivica fox wigs, are or at least all the ones that i have seen are much more expensive than the beverly Johnson versions, even though they are the exact same wigs Made by the exact same company of the exact same fibers, you know what I'm saying my like one of my all-time favorite, wigs, which is the human hair H 157 from beverly Johnson, the version of it from vivica, a fox is called eternity, and a website will Have this vivica fox wig sitting right next to the exact same version from beverly Johnson and the beverly Johnson wig will be you know 120 and the vivica fox will be 150 and it's the exact same wig. You see what I'm saying it's like. Oh, that sucks, you know, I don't want to you - know i'm not spending thirty. Forty fifty dollars more on a wig um, that's the exact same one from beverly Johnson. You know I was like well, you know I'm not going to be doing any more business than because that's right there, but anyway, so I had actually. I had actually ordered this one, I'm pretty sure as the vivica a fox, because I hadn't done any vivica a fox and I thought I'd one try one out so the one I've got for you right here is missy. Missy is a lace front unit and it is futura fiber um supposedly is the total stretch cap it i mean, you know, i guess it's whatever. The inside of the wig is interesting. The combs it has three combs and they're right on top of each other. Here'S the center comb, of course, and then these are supposed to be temple combs, but you can see how close they are to the center, which is kind of weird. I actually think that it's because the lace on this one is also not ear to ear. Like the vast majority of lace front. Wigs are it's not ear to ear? Here'S the ear tab all the way over here and you can see that there's absolutely no lace! You know delay sends all the way up here, so you know and there's no comb in the back. It does have the adjustable straps. Let'S take a look, the lace that I've already cut the lace off and it just got this it's just. The lace is just in this small section here: okay - and here is the widest part of the lace here and i just measured a second ago. It'S an ancient like right under an inch and a half. So so, let's put i've had my hair up in a ponytail for days, so it's kind of itchy, but it's getting longer it's getting quite a bit longer than when i first started doing my wig reviews: huh huh, I'm really stoked, I'm trying to grow it out And I still got those spots and on at my temples on either side here that are kind of thinning a little bit right here on either side. So it's kind of a bummer, which is why I'm wearing the wigs. But you know, maybe if i keep wearing these style, some of it will grow back these protective styles enough. You throw this way go on here, i'm not going to use the combs I might if they were at the ears you know and which is kind of a drag, because it's really not this is not a or is not marketed. I don't think yeah. It'S not marketed as a no tape, no clue so um yeah. I get my wide tooth comb out gorgeous nice. Big curls, like I'm kind of like gypsy curls um, not a lot of parting and it's kind of thin in the front and no comb in the back to secure it either. So, let's see here, I don't like to wear mine parted in the middle, but I guess I will just show you the lace. The lace ends right here, so it's from the edge of my nail here to here. That'S all, though, all the lace there is so there's not a lot of parting, and I don't like to wear it that way. So let me try to figure out if i can actually kind of kick it over to the side. A little i tend to kind of part mine, these lace fronts like this, these synthetic ones and kind of part them caddy corner back. Then there's not that much. When there's not that much lace, you know um. I think the hair kind of conforms a little better. Alright and that's what you know it's pretty easy to. You know a little snag there, but pretty easy to comb through and this wide tooth comb. That'S we're kind of gently kind of pic it a little bit to kind of remove some of that synthetic e. Look that you know it has coming out of the pack and this color variation of number. It'S a p4 30. I think i forgot to say that it's p4 30 and it's a little bit of shedding not much, but it's a nice nice color variation. Ok, so this is pretty long now, let's take a look at the length from the front, so it's yeah its down down just to the boobage, maybe just pass the boobage, it's kind of like a Miley Cyrus hair here, which he has our super long extensions in All right, um, you got a little bit more shedding their. Let me put that hair in the old trash all right yeah. This is kind of pretty. It doesn't feel varied, really dry, it's nice and soft, the hair um. You know, I think it's a little thinner here on the top and and it does have some of those hairs - those kind of ratty hairs to try to help it. You know hold some height around the cap, but uh yeah and the no comb in the back really bums me out. So you definitely need some bobby pins. Let'S take a look at the back. Alright, my hole in here hmm might have to stand up and get like this. I'M just cheer out of the way. All right. Can you guys see me there? We go all right, let's squish down. Okay, so here is the way it's it's very, very full overall, and you can see it does have some movement um. It'S not fluid movement, obviously like a human hair would be, but it does have some decent movement and the curls are very, very bouncy and full sit down here and do a side view. I don't like how this sides hanging it's kind of bumming me out. Okay, here's a side view the side and then here's the side. So you know it's a pretty nice wig and to be real honest with you guys, I was trying to look back. I thought I'd bought this sentient on Mimi beauty line, but and i'm pretty sure i did but then, when I went back to their site today, I couldn't find it hmm, so um. I did find it online though, and a site called diva tres div 80 ress dot-com. They have the wig for thirty-five dollars and seventy-five cents on sale. So that's that's pretty good deal. You know most of the Vivica Fox wigs, especially the lace fronts. Are you know forty-five to fifty dollars or more and it does have a fairly decent color variation as well uh? Probably oh, damn you I'm trying to look at the hair, color choices, I'm pretty you know pretty standard, though they do have fs4 or an FS. 27. 6, 13, and they do have some of the P colors, like your P 2216 and some of those colors are going to work. For my ladies, you know my Caucasian ladies who are wanting a you know: different blends of reds and different blends of blondes. You know those those p colors and or different f colors, like a different 22 s, 22 1622 data. Those may work for a lot of folks if you can find those and those will show up on a lot of the sites i shop at as well. So you know so that you know everyone can benefit from the you know lesser expensive wigs, so you can get more variety for your money and you know, and not maybe have to spend that you know two hundred dollars or better on you know a lace wig On the you know, Caucasian site, it's so irritating to me to have to to have to break those things down like that, the Caucasian side and the african-american site, because it shouldn't be that way. I just irritates me: it makes no sense to me why I'm this wig, you know if it was cohesion wig from the sides would probably be 250 bucks. You know, doesn't make any pinning you know and it's the same exact synthetic fibers I mean it just makes. No sense i mean this is futura too. Oh! Well, you know what are you gon na do?
