Fully Hand Braided Wigs Interview With Owner

Hi and welcome back to chaos international channel. We are here with the founder and owner from tau and she is going to tell us a little bit about Kayla's international and how she started her company. So how are you today fine, so I'm good um I like to ask any questions about how you started your company. So how did this idea come to you? You know like that. I was. I just end up my mind that I wanted to go natural after plumbing my head for so many years. No, I just want to have a problem. No, it was time to go natural, so I will braid my hair myself in the weekend and every 2-3 months, but it usually takes me quite a bit of time about eight hours. I will spend a weekend just breathing, and so it was kind of getting frustrated because it takes so much time. I was just looking for better ways to do it and one weekend because it was tax season. I work for an accounting firm is so busy and it was like. I didn't know what to do. I was frustrated so going to bed and the next day I had the idea that if I was to break a wig, it will make it a lot easier because then I wouldn't have to take the bridge out every two to three months and redo. It again. So that's you know and I believe, because I'm a Christian, I believe the Lord gave me the ideas, and so I try and break my first wig and it was wonderful. I thought I just enjoyed the convenience of it, and so after that I start I try. Other width in my husband gave me ideas say why don't you make more of those, because other women will really benefit from this and that's how I started killing international okay and um. When you started this company, did you think it would succeed as much as it has around here? I I really thought so because first I myself, I went out to different store because I thought, if I could just find a brita wig, because I wanted to a natural style, but I couldn't find any in the stores. So, what's the word, if I could make him, I am sure there are other women out there. Just like me who are looking for natural stuff, so I was pretty sure from the scar that this will really take up and you braided these wigs all by yourself. No, I started breaking them by myself at into a lot of work and, as the demand started increasing, I couldn't do it. So I have a team of women. Very gifted will help me breathe the weeks oh wow, so you're creating jobs for people who may be out of work, and you may have the talent to braid hair, but yet maybe have the opportunity to do so as much as they like um. Another question: what type of braids do you do? We actually do different type of brie and other thing is to listen to our customer, what they are looking for, so many women email me. They say they wan na twist senegal. A twist. Also, we make some sénégalais treats like this one here with the straight end, and i have another one. This one is a braided one, so women want the braid and see this one is nicely layered and curly and we have another one here. This one is a senegalese twist: oh wow, it's very unusual yeah and I can see you guys have multiple layers exactly there's a different colors. Oh wow, this is a really beautiful color. Would you say this would be now this one is a color for mixed with a 30, so its a mix of color and some women really like it. Some women like the lighter weeks and some other like the darker colors. So we try to accommodate every and also some women like the the kinky stuff, so we also make ankit, which we make them short. We make them longer. So you know, and we welcome suggestions from our customer. You just email us, let us know what you're looking for and we will accommodate you. Oh wow, this wig is just so beautiful and, as you can see, it's all the way to the front, and I actual this is the late so um. How would a women come about to get a wig like this? Yes, at this time, we have the all our we got front lace, but eventually we are thinking about also braiding full lace homeless, depending on what our clients are asking for. We really listen to our clients and it is a special style that you like to email us we like to see and we can reproduce it for you. Okay, so you said that you guys do great senegalese twist kinky and you guys have any really curly. I can see the back one yeah this one here, oh wow eagerly you and you know what Magnus we have different types of colors too. We have the really small pearls type goals. We have fun with lusco. I don't have all the Styles here. We have over 10 different styles and they come in different colors and also different lengths. So you can get up to you too big. If you want to show the one you can make a short one for you. We have short long, whatever our clients are asking and on some women would like to have their waves custom made. So is there a way for them to be able to custom make their own way? Yes, at this time, do we are not taking special orders, but we are taking in our suggestion. If you want certain type, we can do it, but we cannot because of those the bridge takes time and we have a lot of requests and now right now we don't have so many women to feel all the demand. So but eventually we would like to be in the position of taking custom orders. Okay! Well, thank you!
