Hey everybody: this is taz welcome, back to taz's weight closet. Today, i'm introducing a brand new style by raquel welch for 2021. This is called up close and personal in the color. Shaded biscuit lots. You want to know about this style. Everything coming up. This wig style was sent to me by wig studio. One for this review today expand the description box below the video. Where you'll find a link directly to this wig style. You can check out the details and pricing there. We invite you to shop at wig studio, one we want to earn your business. If there's anything, we can do. If you have any questions, please reach out to support wigstudio1.com, also from any product page on the website. Scroll down hit the help button to be connected with a live chat, so up close and personal is the shortest of the four new styles that were just released by raquel welch for march 2021. It'S a short little layered style. It has lots of cute texture to it and some beautiful cap features. You won't want to miss the nuggets coming up in this review. Now this shaded biscuit rl 1923 ss. This is my favorite blonde in the raquel welch line, it's only available on the heat friendly styles or the true to life fiber. It starts with like a sandy, a light sandy brown. It has some honey run through it, but it's highlighted mostly with an ash platinum, and i have seen variations of this color with different amounts of the ash, platinum and so that's a medium brown root on a dimensional cool light blonde. So i can tell you this is right out of the box guys this was on my doorstep. This morning. I think i went to bed before the ups guy dropped it off um, so it was laying there for me this morning. I brought it in. I took it out of the box, took the tags off just gave it a quick shake. That'S all i have done so. What you're looking at here is just me, applying it and just kind of finger combing through it a little bit. So you see that there is a nice natural contour at the front and that's about a four and a half inch bang area. So if you like bangs, like um editor's pick, this is going to be the exact bang that you're going to find on this style. The same length, kind of a similar contour and so forth, there's also a four and a half inch crown and that tapers down into about a three and a quarter inch nape. So what's special about that is um, this nape is ultra long. It lends itself to the sophistication of this style, but it also has and offers amazing coverage at the nape line and talking about the wonderful cap features on this. It features a temple to temple, extended lace, front, a full single monofilament top it's open, wefted sides and back so, let's get up close on these lace features. So you can see where that highlight is brought right up to that lace front. It extends beautifully into that ear, tab leaving it a seamless front. The lace front adheres to the head very nicely, and it blends into the skin tone nicely as well, and then you'll see that there is a monofilament top and that encompasses the entire top and back to the crown. This will give you the ability to part it wherever you want with the illusion of scout from any anywhere on the top. Now each one of these fibers, the denier is a little bit um on the coarser side. So when i run my fingers through it, it doesn't feel silky. It feels a little heartier than that and there's a little more texture to the touch. So it's not quite silky, but it's still very soft. So the more medium denier on these fibers is also going to lend itself to the ability to style it and have it hold. Have you had raquel welch styles before where you can just plop them into place finger style them with your fingers? And you don't have to do anything else, you don't have to use product on it to keep it there. This is exactly what these fibers will do. They'Re very, very impressionable. They tend to stay exactly where you put them, and i will demonstrate more on that in the styling segment. So a few things about this style that i think are a little bit different. Sometimes you can get a short, a layered style like this, and it's perfectly straight all right. You want to know that this one has some waviness to it. There seems to be a little bit of underwave or body wave going on, and i think that that is most evident at the front temple area and at the nape. So when you first get it out of the box you're going to see a little bit of coiling right there, so the fiber sweeps in front of the ear tab for beautiful coverage, but it also is a little wavy. You could really play that up. If you wanted to get some little pin type curls right there or you could press it down flat. I prefer a flatter look right there at the ear tab with it pumped up a little bit in the middle, but this will give you that option and then you're going to start to see some waviness take place right at the crown down through the back and At the nape, so you can see that nape is kind of has some built-in waviness contour there. So let's talk about this style of moment, so this is a very sophisticated look. I think. In fact i am a very casual person. I, like a tousled casual, not too perfect. Look. I don't think i could achieve that with this wig just because its identity is that a more mature, sophisticated, maybe professional, looking style, and it's rather polished, despite the fact that it does have some texture and wave to it um and with this nape here. I believe that, if that nape is not to your taste, that you could trim it a little bit, you could trim it and thin it just a tad to bring it up, because that is an extraordinary long nape. When you have an extraordinary long nape like that, it kind of curls under the ear as well, so there's beautiful coverage back there. But i think that nape, just kind of makes it look flat in the back a little bit and you could also put on some volume here in the back too, just by fluffing it up a little bit. But you need to know what this style is. All about so it's got some wave, it's it's more of a mature, sophisticated, look, very elegant and very beautiful. So the last thing i want to talk about here before we do our uh spin and our walk is permatease. This style has a lot of permatease, which is going to give a nice voluminous. Look all the way around you're going to find permatease all around that monofilament top pretty heavy there of the crown, especially here at the temples. So you could really get a lot of volume and, like i say, right out of the box, just putting it on the volume is pretty obvious. It would be hard to disguise this volume by temping down permatease. It'S meant to be high and voluminous the nice high crown to it lots of volume on the top and sides. Here'S a look at the cap for raquel welch is up close and personal. There'S that lace front beautifully. Contoured extends back into the ear tab for a seamless look from the front. The knots gradually get a little more thick as you move back that always gives a nice natural look at the hairline, a seam adjoining the single monofilament top beautifully done part of their memory. Cap 3 series: it's a silicone coating over the elastic holding the wefts. This gives it a secure custom like fit, and then we have a brushed velvet ear tab with very sturdy stays. This has some really nice coverage. It'S a substantial ear tab, an extended nape that does stay in place with velcro style adjusters. Now this cap is average right out of the box. You'Ll notice. I had to cinch it in quite a bit to accommodate a petite average circumference glasses, fit beautifully between the ear and the ear tub. There seems to be a lot of permatease a little higher up on the temple, but a reasonable amount right there above the ear. If you're a full-time glass is wear, you can slip it right under the hair over the ear tab in between the ear very comfortably and securely. Thanks for joining me today for a look at the brand new up, close and personal by raquel welch be sure to check it out at wig studio. One we'll see you next time on tessa's wig closet at wig studio, one you

Roy&Mavis Tanner: This is out of my budget, but I love, love, love it! I would need to pull down some wispy bangs to suit me, but all of the ways you styled it are beautiful! Thanks for a great review. :) ~~Mavis~~

Pam Naylor: Looks adorable, but a bit structured for me as well. I have four RWs and I love them. The only really light rooted band I got across the front was crowd pleaser. But with most RW it’s fairly easy to bring down a bang of some sort. And the watermark is not distracting whatsoever to me and if it keeps the hackers and thieves from doing their dirty work it’s worth it. Your vids are so helpful and your precious and professional at the same time. I hope we all have a better year than our last one and everyone’s lives can get back to somewhat normal again. Take care

Brenda Gregory Yuen: Very cute Taz! Looks like a shorter version of Ready for Takeoff, so it could be a good alternative for summer wear. The color looks like the "newer" version of Shaded Biscuit, which is a bit of a disappointment...I was so hoping they would go back to the old version, which is lovely. Thank you so much for sharing your review!!!! take care.

Julie Hanson: I'm lov'n this wig. It reminds me of the styles from the 1950's. What about the cap? Most of this brand are too small for me. Yes, you make every wig look beautiful ❤️ Thank you Taz.

Sandra G. McAlister: Oh, this wig is sooo cute. Taz, you can rock these short styles, really pretty on you!! Thanks for the review!!!

JJ Renae: Looks so close to Ready to Take Off. Would be interesting to take a good look at the differences between the two. So cute!

The Indecisive Wig Wearer: I like that one! That’s what I need, mature and sophisticated . Very pretty Taz.

Anthony's Wig Spot: Great review Taz what a beautiful style xoxo

Margaret Tassey: Reminds me of 1960s Italian Contessa movies. It would be stunning in a salt and pepper. When the rooting is all white at the hairline, it is just as bad as the all dark.

Michelle Diekman: I always Love your Stylings Tips You are So Good at Making every Wig look So pretty, You are So Gorgeous No Matter what you wear.

Norma Fruin: Another beautiful style by Raquel Welch! Thanks Taz for the great review! You look great

Tina&Jerry Kulosky: This is a very detailed review which I absolutely appreciate! You covered everything I would want to know if I was interested in buying. This is definitely not for me; but again, thanks for your great in depth review. P.S.: I think the watermark is distracting.

Mint: Hi Taz, reminds me of my hair in the late seventies. I loved it back then. Great for the office and can be styled various ways. Kind of Princess Di when worn forward. Thanks for showing it. Thanks to Wig Studio One for sending it to you! Right? Love you, Sharon xo

swineinny1: This one I really like, but wish you could show it in a bunch of colors — Wig Studio One needs to send you this in all the colors!

Suzanne Dawson: I’m so glad to see you have the protective ownership wording on your videos now, but sorry you have to do this. On the other hand, the fact that you have to do this at all speaks volumes about how influential and valued your videos are in the wig community. Another very pretty style! Thank you

Gloria Lagroon: Very pretty and cute. You look gorgeous in it. Love the different styles you showed. Always perfect and you make it look so simple to do. ☺

lil poohbear: Oh, I love this wig but the lace front is "too white" and makes it have a halo look. Maybe it does not look that way with a darker color? Anywho, nice review as usual:) Thanks Taz

Monika's Beauty & Lifestyle: I like her and agree she is bit of a polished look. Very pretty!

Lynda Ryan: I love that wig and my favorite color! It might just have to be one I purchase! You look so amazing in it! GORGEOUS

kk doc: I see the sun! This one looks great. I think it’s close to what I’m looking for as my last style maybe. Wanting to find something like tressallure Charlotte (I know this a lot shorter), but I like the bit of some curl and long nape and long sweeping style of one side. I would love to find one that hair can be seen coming around behind and below the ears with curl like Charlotte, but want monopart and lace. Hmmmmm I probably need 2 wigs to round out my collection lol.

❤elanie(melanie: So Sweet, really cute . I love all the definition in the texture on this one. As always, u look so pretty, stay safe sweet Taz ❤elanie

Wyzer Now: Lovely. Thanks for the great reviews you always give us.

Helsinki: Lovely style, although too light around the forehead, i've seen this in the colour Iced latte Macchiato and it looks more flattering in that colour. only in my opinion of course. actually when styled forward it does look great in this shade.

kk doc: Thanks for styling bangs down over forehead. Your styling changes are so helpful! I’m looking for a longer style boy cut and this may work. Could this be a longer version of Belle tress bulletproof?

Miryana Curcic: Looks lovely Taz, kind of reminds me of a longer version of Allure, or maybe not‍♀️ She looks really cute styled.

Monica Fish: I love Ready for Takeoff and Up Close and Personal looks similar. Is the nesting from the permatease seen on the top of the wig? I agree you do a wonderful job modeling the wigs and look fabulous in all of them.

MichelePearl: This is a beauty! Color looks fabulous!!!

Janet Wilson: Love your videos on wigs u look good in all your wigs u got so pertty eyes

Pamela Prescott: I just love this one but wish there wasn't so much platinum in the front it's just a little too much.Loving your lavender, one of my favorite colors.

Miss Pethamhouse: Very cute style - a good Shaded Biscuit too...lots of brightness!

Paula Ann: Hi Taz, that wig is sooo very gorgeous on you, could you tell me please, I'm looking for an 1980's Joan Jett type "rocker" style wig that is also course so it will hold the layered look and be able to pump up the volume, do you have any suggestions please and thank you <3

Renee Dalziel: Hi Taz, adorable as usual! Thanks for another great review. What are wigs P, K, and J? TIA!

Patty Carosi: Hi Beautiful Taz! You really can wear any wig Taz looks beautiful on you. I really like it. I now have RW Always she's beautiful I Love her yet I see the curl is falling out very fast is this normal I only have her on 3 time's now. Thank you Taz ❤

Jean Jacobs: Greetings Taz! Very cute and perky. Love and blessings ❤

Soozi LaSarge: Do they make a wig that you don’t look great in? I think not. Such an adorable style. Love it on you

10TOES: I was hoping you’d say this cap was one of her new petite caps. Would like to see how a petite would fit you since our head measurements are the same.

Joyce C: Taz, I currently wear Gabor Sweet talk but love the feel and look of heat resistant fibers. Do you know of a wig that is similar (can be a little longer in back) but in the heat resistant? Also similar in color?

Amy Rutherford-Close: So cute- is this video current- loving the backyard as usual.

Christine Kirsch: I have Advanced French and wear it like that! I do like the the top. How cool is that. I was looking the other day and saw Raquel Welch wigs I'd never heard of before and now I know why,

PJ Mundy: Hi Taz!! Love this wig! Have a question for you. On one wig site, I see this is offered in "Shaded Silver" RL56/60SS. But I don't see that color on Wig Studio 1. Do you know anything about this new color? THANK YOU!!!

Mary Hipp: Taz, the style is cute but you can tell it is a wig from the front hairline. It would be nicer with a shorter full bang or side bang.

Karen's Kloset: Gorgeous

Susan Johnson: Absolutely darling

Debbie Conrad: In profile, this reminds me of Zsa Zsa Gabor, the actress from the 50's and 60's. Very glamorous!!

Angel Mendez: This reminds me of Sophia Loren short hairstyle I love it

Melanie Reeves: Would you compare the shaded iced cappuccino, shaded biscuit, and shaded platinum RW colors? Please and thank you!!!

Melissa Lynn: You styled it out soooooo cute artistic

Christine Laine: Love it

Dayna Peterson: Is the bang area made to stand up or can it be sweeped down on the forehead?

lil poohbear: Taz...have you ever reviewes RW "Power" wig? I cannot find a good review on that one. Have seen a few but you aways do the best ones!

megan ryan: Another cutie!❤️

Michele Trush: The hairline looks awful. It looks super cute with the bangs combed down in your styling segment.

Anna Langham: Hi Taz..can you help me find out about a wig I heard about by hairdo in QVC.. COURTSIDE I BELIEVE.. IT SO NICE I LOVE THE LOOK.. But no luck finding anything on it.. Ask a,few others channels no one answered.. Ok thank you nice wigs

Jacki H: Super cute wig and, of course, shaded biscuit is the best! I understand the need for keeping ownership of your work but the TazsWigCloset across the whole picture is very distracting. Is there another way?

angela searls: I like this one Taz

angelxorae88: it looks grey plus you can tell its a wig at the front

MsTruthSeekr1: Maybe it's just me and my phone, but the front looks blue!!!

geanne payne: Cute.

Christine Strong: worry about petite/average. Need true average.

moonystar101: The hairline looks so fake, otherwise it is a pretty wig.

Annie Tsunami: Humm... it’s all about where the lace meets the scalp. Not lovin’ the white line it creates.

Fae Bryan: What is Wig A
