That, i believe, will be the next big thing and honestly, it's an absolute game. But before you do that, let me tell you more about this amazing brand sierra told teen vogue that the reason for her starting the brand was because she suffered from scalp irritation many times before, with braiding hair. This evolved into her learning about the chemicals and looking for plant-based alternatives. Now, when i say chemicals, there have been certain toxic compounds found on certain braiding hair brands and i don't want to name any names, but it starts with an x and ends with an n. Allegedly, it's not easy to find studies on these brands and the ingredients they use because there isn't enough funding to do so side note. I also watched a mini documentary of women in south africa doing something very similar with braiding hair and banana fibers. This was due to the increasing restrictions when it comes to synthetic braiding hair. There have been a lot of environmental impacts recently with synthetic hair ways, so they had to find alternatives. I will be getting into the environmental impacts of hair extensions in another video because i think it's something that seriously needs to be talked about back to rebundle. The only ingredients for their braiding hair are the natural banana plant fibers non-toxic dye, organic shampoo, conditioner protein treatment and grapeseed oil. It comes in a variety of colors, from pink blue blonde brown, auburn and natural black. They all come in one length which is 28 inches. Just enough to do a really cute hairstyle, i was also pretty surprised to know that it can be curled and takes heat up to 400 degrees. I'M pretty curious to know how this hair extension would look in a wig, i'm not sure if it'll hit the same, as you know, typical hair extensions, but i can't wait until this brand restocks in the springtime.
