How To Find Private Label Vendors For Your Hair Care Line On Alibaba.Com + Free Vendor Revealed!

As you guys know already by the title of this video, i'm going to be showing you guys how to find and talk to private label vendors for your hair care line. So, as you guys already know by the tell the video i'm going to be showing you guys how to talk to private label vendors off of alibaba.com, if you guys don't know what alibaba.com is, don't worry, i'm gon na actually show you guys in my computer what It is and how to use it and how to talk to these vendors suppliers, for your private label business or for your whatever your beauty brand, but alibaba.com is the world leading business to business marketplace. So literally has anything that you need to help. You guys start your own business. They have over, like 100 000 different suppliers that you guys can reach out to in over 40 different categories. So, whatever kind of business you're trying to do, if you're, trying to customize and trying to private label or trying to just build a brand, then alibaba.com is going to be the place to check the amazing great thing about alibaba.com. Is they actually have high quality products? A lot of people have been coming to me telling me that they're scared to purchase overseas from alibaba.com or other suppliers just because of whatever just because it's not in the us and honestly, i have to say i've never had an issue working with alibaba.com. They are very smooth to work with. They have high quality products and if you find the right vendor - and you guys know how to talk to the right vendor - which i'm going to show you guys how to do today. And if you guys haven't watched. My other video, where i talk to you, guys about how to actually talk to vendors, the type of questions to ask them and everything like that, make sure you check it out, check it out up here, as well as down below in the description box in the Box queen series, but i'm going to show you guys today, actually how to find these manufacturers so that you guys can private label your own hair care brand or skincare brand. And if you guys don't know what private labeling means. This means that you can find somebody off of alibaba.com to actually create your product, so that means you don't have to create a formula, a custom formula. They will do this for you, they will create it, they will package it for you and if you decide to, they will actually even print your label onto the bottle and then they'll just ship it to you. So then, all you actually have to do is take those products out of the box, put them on your website and sell them, so it really makes business. It really helps people who are in business, who don't have the time or don't want to. Actually, you know formulate their own hair care products and do all of that manufacturing of label design and everything like that. And if you do decide that you do have a label and you just want the product in the bottle and then you can do everything yourself. They do have those options, so i'm going to show you guys today, actually how to use alibaba.com and yeah so make sure that you guys like and subscribe to my channel. So i'm gon na stop talking, let's just jump right into my computer, so i can show you guys all about how to use alibaba.com and all about talking to vendors. So you guys can private label some products in your hair care line or skincare brand. But first, if you guys would like more information on pros and cons of private labeling versus just custom making your own products, i also do have another video talking all about the pros and cons and my experience so make sure you guys do check it out down Below in the description box, as well as the boss, queen series playlist, okay guys, so here we are, we are inside alibaba.com. So when you guys come to the website, this is what it's going to look like and if you guys scroll down you'll, see there's already tons of items here that are already here, because probably i have been looking at things but pretty much. You can scroll down and kind of see what there is or what your options are, but here you're going to put in here. If you are looking to private label, we're just going to do hair care, since that's really what i um focus on at this moment. But you guys can search private label, hair care um and then, once you guys do this, you are going to see hundreds of thousands of different hair care, brands, products, labels and everything like that. But we are just going to stick with this one because i have actually been talking. I don't even know if it's this supplier or whatnot, but we will just work with this one, since this one is like the first one on the page. But if you guys scroll down you guys can easily see that there are tons of different products that you guys can private label um. So some of these suppliers like, if you see this one, if it comes like this, you could say yellow or whatnot. It might be like this is the packaging, and this is the type of labeling everything that you're going to get, and you just change your name and logo. So if you are looking for something more easy and where you don't have to do too much, then you guys can easily find a supplier on here. That already has, as you can see, like a design, color scheme and everything like that, and then you would just easily put your logo on and then you would be done. So that would be the easy way. But if you are really looking to brand and create your own private label brand that i would excuse me, then i would look and recommend looking for a manufacturer that allows you to really customize. So that means be able, to, you know, add your own label and logo and if you need change anything about the formula, so the first thing that i want to show you guys is when you guys are looking for suppliers. Since there are hundreds of thousands of suppliers, here are some of my tips when it comes to finding one that you want to reach out to so i already told you guys in my last vendor's video that you guys should have a template that you guys can Easily write up in a google doc so that you guys can do it or have your assistants. Do it and go through for you, but pretty much. It'S gon na state who you are what you want: the type of products that you're looking for, including you know the ingredients like if you're looking for cruelty vegan, you know all no sulfates, no silicones type of hair care products and then how many you're looking to Buy and then how many of that products, as you guys already see here when you guys, are looking at different products they some of these will have a minimum order, and so i don't want you guys to get fooled by just saying. Okay, minimum order is 100 pieces because sometimes when you click on that it'll say minimum orders 100 pieces. But if you guys want a custom label which means putting your own label on it or change anything, then you guys might have to buy like a thousands of or whatnot. So here it says 500 pieces minimum order, so that would probably most likely include the actual logo on. But what i wanted to show you guys is over here when you guys are looking for the type of supplier that you guys want. You guys can see over here supplier types, trade assured or verified supplier, so trade assured, if i click on this - we're gon na just right click and verified supplier. So i went on here to figure out exactly what is trade assurance so that you guys will know what it means when you guys are looking. So it says here. Trade assurance is a free service offered by alibaba that is designed to help create trust between buyers and suppliers. So if there is anything that happens where, if you order a product from alibaba and it doesn't come or you know, the suppliers are going to ship within a certain amount of time because you're, you know your business owner too and imagine when you grow. If you, you know, need to restock palettes or something like that, um so eyeshadow palettes. That is, and you need it by specific date, because you have a specific launch date or something so if they don't, you know, work within those terms, then trade assurance will be there to help you get your money and things that you need. So if you guys really want to know more about it, then you guys can read here, but you guys can see. It is just it helps you so that you can actually filter when you guys are actually looking for people who have trade assurance. So then, you know that your order is going to be safe and so that, if anything is going to happen, then you will be able to you know, get some help you'll either your money back or somebody will be able to help you with you know things Not happening so, as it says here, disputes and refunds. If something happens, trade assurance covers you in the event of shipping or quality related disputes, so they will help you out and make sure that you get your refund or you guys get your money back for whatever should happen, so that would mean trade assurance. You would come over here and put that because, when it comes to private label hair care, you want to make sure that you know these people who are saying that they have quality ingredients, and all of this are who they say. And, of course, i recommend getting samples, especially if you are going to be private labeling like a hair care product or something so then you know actually how it works and if it works for you and whatnot also wanted to come on here, help you guys out And tell you guys what is a verified supplier so pretty much here it tells you a verified supplier is somebody who, so you can say an agent in china or wherever they are, went to this manufacturer's warehouse and they checked and make sure everything was okay, um. So pretty much a verified supplier would be somebody who's, a legit supplier that somebody who can actually trust, because somebody has went and audited their warehouse to make sure that they're doing things and that they are working at the highest quality standards. And i actually learned from another beauty, boss mentor that i watch on youtube. Donnie brown is her name, and she also said a really good point about, and i've never actually done this, and so i'm going to start doing this is she recommended when you are looking into you know, purchasing from a supplier on alibaba? If you really want to know what their warehouse looks like and everything, you should actually ask them to do. A zoom call so like where you guys can actually do a live. Call with these people who you're talking to on alibaba and have them walk around the whole entire warehouse. So then you can actually get a real look and see like if they are doing things. You know the right way if they're not having you know people doing work. You know in a sweatshop or something like that, so that was a really good tip that i learned from one of her videos recently. So i wanted to pass that along to you guys. So that, if you guys are actually you know looking to buy some looking to buy from a supplier online that you guys do actually ask them to take a live tour of their warehouse, so here it just tells you guys what is um verified suppliers mean you Guys probably already read it because i was here on the screen for a minute. So now you guys know what trade assurance and verified supplier means so you're going to click both of those filters so that when you're looking for your hair care line, you know that one you're looking for a supplier who has trade assurance. So if something is to happen, if your order quality isn't good or they don't ship within the time that they're stating that you can get some help or you know, dispute that or get some help with that, and you also know what verified supplier means, which means That they are a legit supplier that they're, not somebody saying that they're, you know shipping products but they're. Actually, like a middleman, you know shipping product from another warehouse. So you want to make sure that you have both of these filters checked, and they also have other filters too, that you can do um. I don't know they changed it a little bit, so i'm like trying to figure out where it all is - and here also is a minimum order quantity. So this is what i like to do if you're a small business owner - and you are looking to say only order - you don't want to order any more than 100 okay, and so, when it comes to alibaba.com, you really can't get away with really buying. Like you say, 36 minimum orders, sometimes you can do that and sometimes it will work, but, as you guys see, if you guys click on them when it comes to getting customized, it looks like this. One is fine, so they don't they're not doing any tricky stuff because sometimes it'll say, like you know, minimum order is this amount, but then, when it comes to customizing it it'll be like 500 units that you guys will need to do so. This one looks like it's actually legit we're going to just come back down here to this one so and make sure that you guys watch my other video, that's here on my youtube channel that actually talks about how to talk to suppliers. The things that you should be asking them when you are deciding ordering from them or even considering them so make sure that you do check them out. So then you guys can you know, find out more information about talking to suppliers. So when you go to this private label hair care line, you can see that they are selling a lot of different products or they're offering a lot of different products. So you can also, if you have like whatsapp, you can download whatsapp and give them your whatsapp number when you actually contact them, because most alibaba suppliers will contact you through there, it's much faster for them, so you can always download whatsapp. So then, you can even ask them to send you the full catalog and things like that of all the products that they actually sell. So here you can see the samples how much the samples cost and when it comes to getting customized logos. So what i was trying to show you on the other listing is if it offers customization. So obviously, this here is a private label hair brand. This is something that you can actually change. Everything like you can put your own label on. They just have these labels. You know just for this moment because you know they're all basic bottles and everything like that. So you can come here and see that the customized logo is minimum 100 pieces. So if you don't order 100 pieces of each like whatever product from them that you're trying to order, then your product will look like this. So in order to get your customized logo and whatnot, you would have to order a minimum order of 100 pieces. And here you can see that it's trade assured, as well as more information on the different payment options. But if you scroll down, they will also always show you some extra things that the supplier is offering or other suppliers. So this is where i was talking to him, because i actually was wanting to private label this edge control gel but you'll be able to see all the different things that they offer, as well as like packing boxes and whatnot um. So if you want to find out more information about the actual manufacturer, if you don't feel like you want to actually do the tour and whatnot you can read all about them all about their company and whatnot when you're, you know when you're actually looking through the Suppliers and then i would do this anyways just to make sure that they're a legit brand like if you don't see them posting pictures like this. You know actual proof of like their team where they're located and things like that, then i would consider at least looking into somebody else, but when i see this it makes me very confident, like okay, they're, a real, you know manufacturer, you can see that they have Pictures of their factory, as well as their whole, entire team, more information about company profile and transactions. Now there used to be an option, and i don't know if this is only on the mobile app since i'm actually on my phone um here you can see all the different options that you can um do when it comes to customizing like the scent. You know the type of cream everything that is here that you would want to know about sulfate, free and organic, but what i'm actually looking for is there used to be a place where you can actually see the reviews? So you already know the name of the supplier, the free manufacturer that i'm giving you guys. But if i were you, i would go on your phone on your mobile app and i would look oops. I would go into the mobile app and see on the mobile app if they show you the actual um reviews of other people who have ordered this, because i am not seeing it here, but there is that option. Some suppliers actually have reviews of you know their products and people who have actually tried it. So i think so yeah. So i hope that this video helped you guys out and taught you guys something when it comes to how to find a manufacturer for private label. On alibaba, remember, all you really have to do is search private label, hair care figure out. You know if you decide on a product that you want or even have another idea you actually go and just contact the supplier or chat now with them and download the whatsapp, because sometimes they will actually ask you about that and then contact them to see if They'Re able to do whatever you want, so you know changing scent the private label t if you're not liking. These white bottles see if there's other options for other bottles and whatnot so watch my other videos that i recommended. So then you guys can get the most information on when it comes to. You know private, labeling and figuring out the questions that you need to actually ask them. So then, you guys know the things to ask and, as you guys see, this looks like actual whole, completely different brand. When i clicked on this, it will always show you recommendations for other people so that you can private label your own products all right. So when i was on here, i wanted to just show you guys before i actually ended the video is. I was looking for the review section and i found it right here. So this is a whole different product, a whole different supplier. But if you go here buy a review, so if you are on your computer, you will be able to search there and then you can see all of the transactions that have happened. You can see other people's products, other things that they've been able to make with the supplier, and so you guys can see what it would look like. You know with their logo originally and then like what it looked like now with somebody else's logo. So if you're able to - and you actually find a manufacturer that has reviews and whatnot, i would definitely look into looking into those reviews and don't forget when it comes to private labeling, your own hair care line, you can find tons of different products to private label. All the way down to masks hair oils, whatever, as alibaba, has the most options for whatever your heart desires, so make sure that you guys check out my link down below in the description box.
