Hey dogs, so i am back so this is going to be a video for this hair. This is a lace wig i haven't did like a full lace in a while i've just been doing like closures and stuff like that. Mostly so, this hair is from s, love, hair. This is how the packaging looks um and on the inside, the hair comes in this bag, so you get like a little satin bag to keep your hair in. There is like some tissue paper in the box that has their writing all over it and then also some wig caps. I didn't use a wig cap for this install because i just felt like it looked better without one um, so yeah. If y'all want to see how i got this install then keep on watching also, i did want to add in that i did use this lace tint, my even new york, lace, tint um, because i feel like it just tints like the perfect color, and i don't Have to go back and do several layers, i could just do one layer and it works out fine. So i did tint my lace a bit with that, but i don't go all the way to the edge which you will kind of see whenever i put it on. But yes, this was a super fast, easy install. I did use the wig dealer melting spray, um, and it says it's humidity resistant and ultra hold we're gon na see because i'll probably be outside a little today. Um, although i did wear it recently outside and it seemed to work pretty good, but we're gon na see so yeah. This came out super cute. I like that. I did like a minimal baby hair kind of look, so it's really just baby hairs on this side. So it's even faster because on this side it's basically plain. I didn't do anything because my hair pretty much covers this side. If you want to do like one, then i guess you can, but i kind of like that push back look on this side. It gives like a glam vibe, i'm rambling, if y'all want to see how i got. This look then keep on watching. Oh also, i did pin curl this hair and set it and let it sit for days whenever i do pin curls. I don't typically like to do them on my head. I like to do them on the mannequin and let them sit. I pin curled it up, and then i actually put the wig back into the box to just have it sit and stay like that. For a few days, but i did use this curling iron to do the curls with and then pin them into place with, like the normal little clips um but yeah. So this is how the curls turned out. If you use a larger curling iron or one, your curls will be more loose, but my curls will drop throughout the day, um, so yeah they're just last longer and give you more of that. Curlier look for now! So yeah stay tuned. If you want to see how i got this look: okay, y'all, so i'm just trying the wig on and making sure that all of my hair is pushed to the back. I am going to be using the wig dealer, melted spray. So first i'm going to go in and cut off the ear tabs. This wig fit perfect because i didn't have to cut off any excess hair. It'S basically just lace on the sides that i am cutting off and i got a small cap. I believe i usually always get a small cap because it's more true to size for me, so once i cut off those tabs, then i'm going to go in with the melted spray and start spraying down the hairline. They do recommend that you go section by section, but i did go ahead and spray all across the hairline. Just because i was in a little bit more of a rush and i felt like it did still work. Fine doing it this way. So you know whatever you want to do, but i'm just spraying down the complete hairline and also i did notice that once i got back to the other side to start blow drying it, it did start to get tacky. So it helps to kind of like hold the wig in place a little bit if y'all know what i'm saying, but the wig still did shift in areas when the spray was still completely wet. So you will see me adjusting the wig and all of that, but i am just taking a retail comb and using the end of it, to press the lace into my skin and using the blow dryer on a cool setting. I believe in the instructions for the spray, it also tells you to use a cool setting. I like to go in between cool and a little bit warm, not completely hot, because sometimes, if it's too hot, it will get like a white look to it. Any kind of hairspray that you use so yeah once i do that, then i'm going to go in and start to cut the lace up. As you can see, this braid did kind of drip down in some spots, so i am going to have to pull that back to get as close to the hairline to cut the lace off. So i'm just pulling the lace up in all of the areas and trying to get as close to the hairline cutting off the lace, and it is still coming out more jagged than completely straight. Cutting a little bit at a time will help you to do this versus if you are cutting straight across really fast kind of take your time and do little snips and it will come out a little bit more of a jagged kind of cuts and also try To follow the hairline shape and not just make it like a straight line across, so you can already see where i have cut the excess lace off that there is extra hairspray in front of the hairline that is, you know, has dripped down from when we apply The lace, so don't worry about that, we will fix it and also the lace is not melted into the skin. Yet because we do need to go back in and clean that up. So i'm just cutting off any little pieces of lace. That is still sticking out. That i feel like was excess that i want to remove and then i'm using a baby wipe with some alcohol to just remove that extra spray that is on the hairline. Then i'm going to go back in with my spray and spray down the hairline once again and as you can see, as i'm already spraying it and patting it into place, the lace is already giving more of a melted vibe. Once you kind of lift it up and cut it off, it's going to kind of give you that ashy look because it's not completely adhered to the skin, but i am spraying it back down and laying it into the hairline and after i have sprayed the full Hairline down again, i am taking my blow dryer and the rat tail comb and just pressing it into place so that the lace can lay exactly where i wanted to lay it. Sometimes i move the comb around or sometimes i will kind of just hold the comb down on whichever area to get it to melt into place. So now i'm going to start taking my pin curls down my curls had set for several days, so they are super super curly and basically to do pink curls. You will just want to do a regular curl with the curling iron or a one curler, but before you just let the curl drop hold it in place, while it's still curled and go ahead and pin it into place, how it is and let it cool. While it's clipped up, if you know what i'm saying i do have a video where i did show you how i do pin curls i'll try to link it down below. If i remember so, you can see how to do this process, but after i have taken out all of the clips, i am just combing through the hair with my wide tooth comb and you can see, the hair is really pretty and curly it's not going to Be as curly as it looks when you first take it down, but it gives a really pretty glam vibe. I love doing, pin curls it always just turns out bomb. When i do pin curls like whenever i do pin curls. I know that i'm gon na love my hair, like period, so i'm just coming it out and kind of playing around with it to see what kind of look i want to do and it was given like flip over glam vibes tried it this way, flipped it To the other side tried it that way, and it was also given like straight back vibes like don't even really need a part natural. Looking, don't worry about the lace right now, we're not done with it. We will get back to it once i'm done it's going to look like scalp period, okay, so i decided i wanted to do a side part in this hair after i tried it in the middle, and all of that i was like no. I want to do a side part, so i went ahead and parted the hair off to the side, and i was like yeah. This is cute and kind of playing around with it to make sure this is what i want before. I take the hot comb to it and start laying it into place, so i'm going to take the hot comb and just start pushing the hair in the way that i want it to go. So this side needs to go down and then some hair push to the back and then the other side, of course. But i'm gon na go in with my comb and just part off more hair to cover the tracks, because right behind that piece of hair is where the track starts. So you do need to leave some hair out to cover that area as well, and i wanted my part to be kind of a curved shape. So i am going to take the part around even further and also make sure that it is covering those tracks as well. So i'm just doing like a curve around parts laying it into place with my hot comb and then later on. I will go in with the wax and all of that to really lay it into place. This is just kind of molding the hair and making it go in the way that i wanted to go training it. If you will so yeah, i'm just pushing this hair back in the front. Everything is going good. So now i'm going to work on my baby hair. So i went ahead and kind of pulled down a piece on the side and i was like yeah. I want to just do some baby hairs on the side. Well, i lied. I'M not doing my baby hairs right now back to doing the part. So now i'm using a wax stick and i'm just putting the wax stick where the parted area is it's and then i'm going to take my hot comb once again, whenever you use a wax thick, it definitely helps it to melt into place even better than if You were to just use nothing if you use some kind of oil that works well too, but i like the wax thick and it also gives the hair a really nice natural, healthy, looking shine. So i'm just using a wax that you can pretty much use any one that you want to use and i'm just molding the hair into place and how i want it to go. So now i'm going to do my baby hairs, so i parted off a section because i knew i wanted to do a sideburns portion but later on, i ended up kind of like brushing that back up and having to re-part it off so right here in the Front, i'm gon na do a little swoop, so first i parted off some hair from the other side, because i wanted mines to be a little bit different than just starting where the part is. If you know what i'm saying like i'm above the part, typically people will start like where the hair is parted it, but i brought it a little bit further, so it kind of brings some extra baby hairs like a little bit more dramatic. If you will it's kind of hard to explain, but you know, baby hairs are really easy. They do just take some practice, so i'm kind of just parting, the hair down, seeing how it looks in the mirror and on the camera, monitor and then pulling back any hair. That i feel like is extra that i don't want to cut into for baby hair. So once i have it perfect, then i'm going to take my eyebrow razor and just go in and shave it down and i like to start off longer and then i will go back in and cut it even shorter. And i, like my baby hairs to kind of gradually get longer so like shorter at the first part and then a little longer towards the end of them. If you know what i mean, i can't really explain it, but you will see how it looks. So i'm just doing a baby hair swoop, and i am using some wrapping mousse or foam on the hair and the hair is kind of laying in place pretty good on this part. Just because there was extra spray, even though we cleaned it off. It still was kind of like a lot of extra hairspray and i am going to go in with my tweezers and clean up the hair and get off some of those hairs, because it was just too much hair. I wanted it a little bit thinner. So then, i'm going to go back in and swoop the hairs once again and see. If it's giving me the vibe that i like you can squeeze more or you can squeeze less or whatever you want to do. You know. Baby hairs are optional in preference, whatever you like, i like baby hair, so i'm gon na do me some baby hairs. Okay, so then i'm gon na take another little section, part that down and i'm gon na do another little swoop, because i just feel like i needed one like. I was gon na push this straight back, but i was like no. I need another little swoop like i need some drama, so i'm gon na take my eyebrow eraser once again trim the hair off and then i went in and went ahead and put some of the hairs out just to go ahead and thin it out. And then i'm going to take my wrapping mousse once again and swoop the hair into place first, of course you have to comb off those excess hairs, because you don't want to have those like sticking all to your head, so once i swoop it into place, this Part of the hair was not swooping and sticking the best like on camera. It kind of looks like it is, but it needed a little bit of something extra to help hold it. So whenever i have this issue, i just go in with a little bit of gel and this helps to hold the baby hairs into place and mold them the shape and get them in the shape that i want them to be. If you know what i'm saying, because sometimes the wrapping mousse is just not holding the hairs and molding them into place, so sometimes i do use gel or i go back and forth with each product. So now i'm going to part down my little sideburns and then i'm going in and razoring them off, and then i cut off a little bit more because at first i was like i think, i'm going to try them a little bit longer. But i was like nah, that's just too long, so then i'm going to mess around with this and swoop this into place as well. Everything takes practice, and just sometimes, even if you already know what you're doing you're still going to mess up or sometimes stuff can just take a while to perfect. So after i have swooped that into place, i have to go back and swoop this little baby hair swoop. So now everything is swoop and looking good. So now i'm just going to clip back the front part of my hair and also the rest of the hair, and now i'm going to go back in and spray the hairline down once again, and this is going to give me my final melted look. So i'm just spraying the same melted spray. This is the only spray i used for this install i'm going all over the area where you know my lace is mostly exposed it and then i'm gon na go in with an elastic band. I use the thick one tied it down, blow dried it and let it dry completely. I stopped and went did something and all of that, so the hair had dried completely. So now i'm going to take it down and you can see that the baby hairs are molded into place, any ones that are out of place and not laid how you want them to be. You can always go back in and fix that. So now i'm going to take the hair down and just finish up my style like this hair turned out super bomb. I got a lot of compliments on it even got a compliment yesterday and my install is getting pretty old and somebody still told me that they, like my hair, so you know the proof is in the pudding. Okay, so i'm just going to re, lay that little section and go back in with my hot comb and push the hair into place. I like to do a pushed back kind of look for the little swoop area to give that hollywood glam kind of vibe. Instead of just wearing it in like a regular swoop, it gives that really pretty wave kind of look. So now, i'm taking some bio silk and just putting it on the ends of the hair and working my way up. Just because this hair had been sitting in pin curls, i did use hairspray to do the pin curls like while i was curling the hair. I did hairspray just to make sure that my curls would lock into place really good. So i wanted some oil on the hair. You can see how the hair is looking and then i'm going to take my concealer and define the parts don't want to skip this step because it just doesn't look complete. If you don't do this step, like that's just my opinion, if you do a ball cap underneath you may not need to because the ball cap is probably going to pop through, but i didn't use a cap underneath at all. So literally, underneath it is my hair, which is a dark color, so the lace still looked really good and it was tinted, but i wanted the part to pop out even more so i'm just using my concealer for that and then i'm going to take my wrapping Mousse and put that right, where i put the part to me, this is always like when you set your face with a mist or spray, i'm setting my lace after i have concealed it so yeah. Now i'm going to take some powder also and just do like the hairline area with a little bit of powder, and then i'm also going to grab the mousse once again and set the powder into place so that it can melt into the lace. Because you don't want to leave the powder or concealer or anything like that alone like and just leave it, how it is it's going to give you like a flashback kind of look because it's not set, and it's just gon na look too stark like you need To go ahead and put some wrapping mousse or you can use some water or whatever to melt it. Okay, dog, so my camera died and my backup battery didn't charge. For some reason. I guess it wasn't pushed in all the way, but this is the completed. Look. Let'S bring you down a little, the hair is really you know like tightly curled right now, because it's been in pin curls for several days, but throughout the day um you know the curls will start to drop and it'll give more of a prettier look right now. The curls are still pretty tight, but it's still really cute and this lace spray definitely did the job and gave me a balm, hold and melts like this ain't, no lace, wig honey, like you, can't even really see the lace. So, yes, this hair turned out super super cute, i'm all dressed up today, because it's actually easter. Yes, your girl is working on easter. That'S dedication, even though i haven't been posting, but i'm trying to get my thing back going so yes, this is the completed. Look of the hair. I really wanted to change my hair up and have it cute and different for easter than what i just had in previously, and i was like i'm not gon na - have time to do a lace wig like a full lace, but my baby stays sleek. While i did my hair so now, i can go and get her up and get her ready for the day. So, yes, super cute definitely check out this wig. The lace is bomb and yeah. If you have any questions, leave them down below and don't forget to like comment and subscribe. Bye
