Hey guys, it's me Qi and I'm back with another video. If you haven't done so already make sure you press the subscribe button below as well as go on IG and follow me at mad about me, chief for more videos. So today's video is on the beginners wig unit, which you can purchase at. I love posh collection, calm. Some of you may be familiar with it already and some they need to get familiar with it. The sales have skyrocketed on this unit, so I just wanted to show you guys how to install it from beginning to end. So this is what the unit looks like when you first receive it. It'S in a hairnet and it's just wrapped up real nice and neat. This is the Malaysian mate 9a, which is the body wave and it's our most popular texture. You never want to shampoo a unit without detangling it any knots or anything that is in any wig or bundle if they're in there before you shampoo. It is only gon na be worse after you shampoo it, so you want it thoroughly thoroughly thoroughly brush the new unit or bundles. So what I'm gon na do with this unit, I'm going to color it black, because I will be wearing this unit, so I'm gon na color it black and I'm gon na bleach them nuts gon na, pluck it and I'm gon na install it. So I'm gon na show you guys everything that you would be doing to the unit if you were to purchase it. So I'm just going to place my unit manikin eyes, use a foam hit when I'm doing any type of color, because it's easy to rinse off. Never want to use the canvas now, I'm just putting my color in this is a 20 volume developer. So this is what you want it to look like you want it to stick to your brush. You don't want it watery. We'Re gon na apply it with a spoon. You could use its own a fork, a brush whatever you prefer. I just like to use the spawn. You really don't have to apply a lot of pressure because bleach it expands. So now I'm gon na braid, my hair up guys and remember you - don't have to try to make your braid super neat. The beginners wig unit is made to be something simple that you can do at home. So you don't have to stress about trying to make super neat braids. You just need enough braids. You know just to keep your wig on and you don't have to leave anything out of here, because the beginners wig unit comes with a 4 by 4 closure. So I'm going to show you how to put the closure orange, so you do not want to leave any hair out in the black okay. So now it's going to kill two birds with one stone. I want to put a semi-permanent black on this wig in it, but I want it to be like super jet black, so I don't want to wash it and put it on while it's still kind of damp - and I also do not want to wait for it To dry, to put it on so what I'm going to do, so what I'm going to do is wipe off any excess bleach. So now I'm just going to part off where the closure is now we're going to do a combination, we're gon na color our roots, but then we're gon na do watercolor. On the rest, you never want to dip your lace in the watercolor, so we're going to actually hand paint in the root area of the lace and then we're going to dip the rest. But what I'm doing is I have my color and I'm just like. Barely putting any color on the brush like barely because I don't want it to run, you do not have to use a lot of color, you see, the lace is still clean, doesn't have black spots on so now, I'm about to do my water coloring technique and As you can see, I do not have a lot of water in my boat. This is about a cup of water. So now I'm just going to put 2 ounces of my enigma. Color and remember you have to use a semi-permanent, you cannot use a rinse. It will not take and then what I did. I just put my 8 volume developer in here, so I can get equal parts, so I just measured it out we're just gon na get all our baby hairs out the way for those of you who have baby hairs. I haven't had baby years. I don't even think as a baby. My hair has just always been super course, so I don't have baby here I'll just say my edges get my edges out of the way. So this is where you really want to protect your hair. People think that you can't wear wigs without you know, breaking off your edges, but really the glue and all that stuff is not meant to be in your hair. It'S meant to be on your forehead, where you can wipe it off, so you want to make sure you get your edges underneath the stocking cap and you will not risk losing your edges. Okay, so wigs are your friend they're, not your enemy, the people who put them in wrong are your enemy, so make sure if you ever get away install that the person doing it is not putting the glue in your hair, but on your skin okay, so I Thought I was recording and I wasn't so sorry you guys missed it, but I basically just cut the stocking cap off. I got really close to my forehead. I'M cutting around and down same thing on the other side, I'm so sorry, all that was recording okay, but this is the important part. So the part she missed was it series just cooked a stocking cap box, and I really do like both hold. I actually used the ghost bomb before, but for whatever reason, I like the ball, as you can see, I'm not putting any glue in my hair. It was on my skin and it brushes off super easy. It'S all you need it's all you need now. Let'S get our unit ready one day, install no makeup of your choice: let's match your skin so guys when you are shampooing your units. I actually have a full video that I'll show you but just make sure you're not doing all this and balling it up or yes, you will cost and tangling. You know if anybody go all crazy on you, you're gon na tangle too, so you can't help. But it's like some hair, a tango is hair. You have to be gentle, you have to shampoo the hair stroking it down in a downward motion, making sure all the cuticles are in the same direction and not just tumbling them together and treat me like your clothes. Okay, and as you can see, this is what the curls looks like. This is the natural wave pattern of the here: let's blow dry and style, I'm actually gon na use. My canvas here this is with no heat. Look at that shine on that here and all I use with the posh collection, keratin shampoo and a posh collection, clearancing conditioning you don't need a lot of products on your here. We just need the right products. I'M just gon na put the lace a little bit trim the ends. You guys have to trim the ends you see here. This is like real hair. So, just like your own hair, you have to trim the ends just so it doesn't have that split. Look and then here it looks nice and cool and doesn't tangle split ends can cause your hair to tango. So, let's just try the unit on for placement, so I want to slide part, so I'm just gon na put it slightly on the side. You don't have to turn the closure completely to the side. Just put it slightly to the side. So anytime, you purchase the unit just kind of play around with it until you have it right when you want it, don't just kind of place it on your head and oh, it doesn't fit or it doesn't look right. You can cut a few layers in it. Just cut some layers give it some fullness, everybody you as long as you can see, you can wear the unit without going into your forehead, the band and the combs. That'S on the unit is enough to hold it while you're here, but for those who would like to do it just for that extra security, as you can see, it's why my skin, not in my hair, you thanks guys for watching this video on the beginners wig Unit 130 percent available at I love posh collection.com.
