Client Series: Natural Wig Install On Extremely Short Hair | New Star Hair Bad Review

Hey guys, what's up, you got small Cherise and today in this video, I'm gon na be doing an install and and install on my best friend diamond, and I showed you guys um another video with her. So this video, we already know this process, I'm not going to go ahead and get into it. I'M gon na start with the review and the review on the hair, and this hair was provided by a new star, um hair from Aliexpress, and I kind of had a little bit of a bad experience with them. So I honestly felt like it was the history that I do review pretty much um, just let you guys know how the company works and how the hair is, or whatever. I also didn't want to put this video out immediately when I made it cuz. I kind of wanted her to wear the hair um when I was doing her hair. I didn't really. I could see like the texture of the hair was a little bit weird ish like um. It wasn't as nice or whatever. There were a lot of go a lot of gold strands in it and it just wasn't the best quality to kind of tell that it wasn't already. So we went ahead, we did her hair and then she wore the wig for a total of two and a half almost three weeks, so she was able to get the full result so um. I think our first complaint was that the hair sheds a lot. Ok, the hair sheds, so so so so so so so much the hair shed so much the hair shed so much the hair sheds. So much ok um another complaint was she was saying the frontal started to bald a little bit that wasn't great and I never really had any bad bad experiences, but I expressed that this hair was not the best hair. Another issue that I had with the hair was: it did not hold the curl very well. So that was also another issue, but we didn't know that until three weeks later, so it really is hard for when you're doing a review - and you don't - you do a review immediately. I think it's always important to have follow-up videos, or at least like let the hairs chill out for a little bit and then go ahead and do a review. So usually, most of my reviews, I try to let it sit for about a week before I go ahead and go in so this one was after three weeks we kind of got the full result of the hair. Personally, it's not one of my faves. I kind of wouldn't go ahead and purchase it again and what I didn't purchase into me, but I wouldn't purchase it and I kind of would not wear it but yeah. It did last three weeks, but it wasn't a great three weeks at the shed a lot yeah. I think that's kind of all. I have to say really about the hair. Remember the the brain was no star company and you start here. I believe it's called and yeah. I just didn't - have an amazing experience with it. Um we tried our hardest work magic and this was the end result. Here'S how the hairstyle did end up coming out looking nice, but the hair itself wasn't amazing. So the customer service was also very bad, and are you guys thinking like well, the hair was sent to you. So how can a customer service be bad but um? My experience telling what the company was not a great experience, so I guess you could say that's why the customer service was bad. So if it was bad for me, it's probably gon na be bad for the customers, and I was seeing a lot of reviews that people seen the same thing. The customer service was not amazing and there's just certain ways to talk to people in certain ways. You don't talk to people, you understand, so the customer service was not good and I was sent to here for free, so imagine when you're actually paying for it yeah. I just that's all I have to say yeah, that's kind of all. I have to say about the hair and the review um, so it was called new star hair and that's it everything else.
