Hey everybody welcome back to taz's weight closet at wig studio one today, i'm introducing another style into my affordable series. This is tressallure's avery in the color dark, amber, highlight we're going to break down the style and color. I'M going to talk to you about some of the issues that i have with the style and how to fix them. Coming up, i purchased this style with my own funds from wig studio. One go below this video expand the description box. I will attach a link directly to the style you can check out all of the color offers and pricing we invite you to shop at wig studio one. If you have any questions for us, please reach out to support wigstudio1.com. I inducted avery into my affordable series. First of all, like i said it is universally flattering: it's offered in a lot of different beautiful colors and the construction is very high quality as well. Plus. The price point is right. As of the date of this filming, the online retail price of avery is about 135 dollars, so even if you didn't have any coupons or discounts, it's really a nice value. So, let's get into this color real, quick though this is dark, amber, highlight, dark, amber, highlight, let's talk about this now. This color is not offered on all tressallure styles, especially some of the newer ones i haven't seen it be offered, but i've always enjoyed it through the years. So let's talk about it, a medium red brown, so more of a medium to dark, auburn, shade and then there's some lighter brown in there as well, and then that's highlighted finally, with a platinum type highlight so you'll see. Those highlights are mostly sprinkled along the top and crown of this color, and i really think it depends on the style i had the carla by tres allure in this particular color and the uh, the platinum highlighting was very perfused, especially at the front. I adored that color, i, like all the variation and layering of color, there's a mixture of colors going on now. This is all on a medium to dark brown root, so the root is only slightly darker than the main body of the color that helps it. Transition really well, you almost forget that there's a root there, you just notice all the beautiful dimension. Let'S talk about the dimensions on avery the measurements, because i feel like this is key to how universally flattering this is so that first piece coming right off of the front is going to be right around six and a half to seven inches. That is going to frame the face just beautifully, no matter how you want to part it on the top. Now there is a nine inch layer and then an eight inch nape and all of that culminates in some beautiful layering around the face, and that's why i say you can really wear this style, no matter what kind of face shape you have. I feel like it's really very flattering now. This is just a standard or traditional style cap by tressallure and i'll show you an inside look at it um. It really reminds me of some of the legacy noriko in terms of fit and and how hardy the cap is. It'S constructed very, very well, and i really enjoy the versatility of the basic cap. First of all, it does keep the price point into affordable range um, but you really don't miss any of the monofilament features. I feel like it's completely wearable without anything fancy on the cap. So overall, i feel like this is just a shoulder skimming 13 to 14 inch cut firmly in that mid length category. It weighs just over 4 ounces and it really does feel very lightweight on the head. It doesn't feel too stuffy, although there's a lot of permatease on this style. So i really love this love this style, because i can almost guarantee you it's going to give me a couple of inches of height. I need all the help i can get right. Um. Yes, so all of the permatease or most of it anyway is going to be centered here on the top and at the crown you get that traditional little bump it, which is a cute little silhouette there, but you are getting a lot of permatease and height right. There at the top, so it is glamorous in in a sense that you can really beef up, that lift for lots of different, looks. Let'S talk fiber. This fiber feels very soft and silky. It'S a medium denier. So it's not super fine as if to get a lot of flyaways um. The density is light to medium as well. I think it has beautiful natural movement, it's not shiny, and i really like that that it's not excessively shiny here it just has a normal, healthy, hair kind of sheen to it. I think, overall, it looks and behaves beautifully feel like this. Fiber gets stringy very quickly. So if you are uh wearing it to the office or for a long period of time during the day - and you find yourself touching the hair quite a bit - you can impart a little bit of the skin oil into the hair and it kind of makes it Uh, stick together in places causing a stringy effect. I also believe that the way the chemical structure of these fibers is um helping it along in that process, the fiber ones is very magnetized to each other. They kind of form a little bit of strings. So what i suggest you do is carry a wig safe purse size brush with you at all times and just several times throughout the day, if you use the little girls room, gwen and just lightly brush the areas that you see some stringiness starting to form. Now it it isn't a drastic situation. I just kind of noticed that and if um, when i see a little stringiness in the hair, it kind of appears to be greasy to me and therefore i just want to brush it out a little bit to separate it. The other thing you can do is just squirt a little bit of talcum or like a dry shampoo in the hair. Just a little bit kind of rub. The hair gently that'll coat those fibers with a little bit of talcum and help it stay, separated the six and a half bang is kind of swoops in the face it wants to get in the eyes, and that drives me crazy. More than anything else, especially if i'm at the office looking down trying to do any kind of task work and the banks come in, i just want to run. I feel panicky almost under that situation, especially if i'm having to concentrate and i'm under a deadline or something so there's a couple of things that you can do. What i typically do is start to train the wig right out of the box. I will just twist and feather back the sides now this is right out of the box, so i really haven't trained it a whole lot yet, but you can really help keep that out of the eyes just by training it away from the face and when you Do get it away from the face with your just the heat of your hands or just raking it back, then you can take a shot of hairspray or something else just to kind of keep it into place. Now, what i start doing is when i go to the office in a style like this. What i will do initially is wear it down. Just like this, i'm not a huge fan of product in the hair um because it ends up getting a greasy look to it. But i'll start out like this, but by the end of the day my handy dandy clips come out and i am clipping the hair back, so i'm using styling to keep it out of the face for the most part you can use tucks. You can use square bands i'll show you that in the styling segment, so there's a lot you can do with styling to help keep that front out of the face. So this makes me think about the uh, the jackson, by noriko. It'S a doppelganger. Let me say: avery is a doppelganger for jackson, uh the dimensions, the style. Everything is just nearly identical, they're more than cysterwigs. They are to win wigs, so uh separated at birth, probably but uh. The same problems happen with the jackson, as does with this drizzle or avery, with the front piece and so forth. But what you will notice is that the way the jackson's cap is constructed, there's a bit of a stay, a wire stay located in the very front of the cap. It runs up vertically away from the hairline and you're able just to crimp that or bend it. Just a little bit so that it faces down and you can really direct the root away from the face, just by manipulating that little wire stay in your jackson. Now in the avery that wire stay is not there. But if you do have a jackson - and you did not know that please run and get it now locate that wire and start experimenting with with it, because i think it's a wonderful feature and i don't know that it was intended. For that reason, my friend sheila gave me that information and i was shocked, i'm like yeah. I see that wire. As a matter of fact, i think she told me that it was present on the uh, the noriko alva as well. So, if alva's getting in your eyes and so forth, you might be able to manipulate that wire stay as well. Here'S an inside look at the cat fort tressallure's avery. This is a standard cap by tressallure, so you'll see some floral lace covering up open wefts on the top there's a nice hidden, weft right at the hairline, with along with a little bit of a velvet strip there i find it to be very comfortable and then All the permatease sort of lives right there at the top and the crown there's a closed rose lace style, ear, tab with lots of fiber spliced in a standard velvet nape, then with bra, strap type. Adjusters lots of wefting here i feel like this cap - is completely average. In fact, i really did not have to make any adjustments in order for it to fit a 21 and a quarter inch circumference. So i would guess that this cap would be suitable anywhere from 21 and a quarter through 22 and a half which would be average again. This avery is right out of the box. I didn't use anything i just shook it out applied. It found a parting space sprung that part up a little bit so that i could set these fibers free and that's been it no product or anything, let's try with glasses, and then i want to do some styling. You can learn a lot in the styling segment for a wig style, just because it shows you how the wig moves and reacts. So i like the way the glasses fit. I would have no problem wearing the glasses between the ear and the ear tab now, depending on the shape of your head, the thickness of your glasses arms. There is quite a bit of permatease in that temple area, just above the ear. If you have trouble fitting your glasses securely between the ear and the ear tab, try inserting it into a weft or wearing it underneath the ear tab for the extra security. I don't like doing that because i feel like when i put my glasses arms under the ear tab. It kind of gives me a little bit of pain and if i'm going to be in any kind of pain or discomfort, i definitely won't stick to it. So the glasses fit me nicely between the ear and the ear tub on this style. You

Michele KT: Seems like this wig will never go out of style. So, so pretty. An oldie but goody!

jayandess: Very flattering layers around the face - all ages could wear this one!

Miriam M: I own Avery and love it! It’s timeless, durable and looks great on almost everyone! That color suits you so well.

Elizabeth Sprinz: Love your style and the details you give that makes one feel as if the wig is already on us! Being a large cap person, it is helpful to know which wigs will give us a new possibility. Wish there was a large cap reviewer to lead this underserved group who also wants to look our best.

Patty Carosi: Taz I love this color and style it looks beautiful on you. Adding her to my wish list. I order many and return many do to the color's. I am finding that a big problem for me. I love toasted pecan by Gabor and Rachel Welch Iced latte Macchiato so far. Have a great weekend!! ❤

Karen Cox: That is such a pretty wig and I love the color. Thank you for sharing. I like how you style your wigs different ways at the end of your videos.

Abigail Smith: Colour looks fabulous on you, looks so natural

Marlene's Wig & Chat Studio: Beautiful color & style, Taz! I didn't know that about Jackson and the wire. Great info to have! Love it! Thank you for the review! xoxo

Marcia: You look good in most every wig, this one is beautiful on you too. If it doesn’t look good on you it won’t on anybody is my opinion. Very pretty.

Reboot TV - Optimal Health Reboot: OMG! Fell over where I was standing when you gave me the shout-out!! :) Thanks, Taz! Glad that hairline tab worked for you. Still a mystery as to why Noriko doesn't tout that feature!! (Or use it in more units!!). Love you, sweetness! Have an Avery in Chiffon Candy and will play with it more.... xoxo

Sally K: It’s pretty style. Thank you for the review. It looks so natural on you, you’re beautiful. Have a great day Taz!

Susan Hojdik: I have worn this particular wig in chiffon candy for a few years now. Absolutely Love it! I always keep a spare!

Susan Peterson: I bought a whole bunch of Averys in Dark Amber a few years ago based on how beautiful it looked on one of your reviews years ago! I can't find that review anymore, so I'm really happy to find this today! Thank you!!

Angie: Love this color on you! You look beautiful, as always, my friend. I recently bought a 2nd Ellen Wille’s Flirt (Caramel Rooted) & for some reason the cap is so large! I had to cinch the Velcro tabs & criss cross them to get a secure fit, So it left a gap that pokes out at the nape, but I love this style bc it’s so light, excellent lace front-so natural & feels like I’m not wearing anything on my head. I can’t recommend the style Flirt enough. It’s odd bc as we know EW always runs petite-petite/avg which fit me perfectly. So my Question is what do you do when you run into this challenge to minimize that bunching/gaping at the nape when a cap runs large? You may have covered this in another video but I can’t recall which one. *I just also got the Candy Blonde in Touch by Ellen Wille yesterday & I LOVE IT! The style & color are amazing! I would’ve never tried that color had you not reviewed. Thank you again for a GREAT review! You truly make EVERY wig look amazing, you truly shine from the inside out! You have been churning out so many amazing videos, so appreciated. Have a great weekend Taz! Hugs

Kim A: Hi Taz, Such a cute style! Universally flattering! Exactly what I thought as soon as you came on camera. Watching from Michigan…Kim

Jarmom: My everyday wig is the Tressallure "Textured Pixie" in 24/102/R12. I absolutely love everything about it, right outa the box was perfect for me. Have u ever done a review for that wig? Its so different looking on than in the pictures online. I'd also like to see the "Stacked Bob" by Tressallure.. any suggestions, or reviews u have on any other styles in my same color? Thanks! Love ur channel

Carol B: Tony of Beverly had a style very much like this named Avery also, but has a beautiful lace front and hardly any permatese/ lower profile. I have it. In Malibu blonde. It's very nice. Cute style.

Jean Jacobs: Greetings Taz! She looks so pretty on you! I really like that color. Love and blessings ♥️

Cassie Brown: I love that color on you! Hope you and the family are doing well Cassie

Raven Gold: I love all most of your picks Taz. But with the aussie dollar so low all wigs end up being near double the price with postage at an all time high i wish i lived in rural America

Clara: She is so like Jackson I'd like to see similar styles as I'm not so keen on that much permatease

PinkandPink: I purchased Estetica Reeves. I liked everything about it except the no lace front. I feel like I just can't go without a lace front ever again. I really wish this one had it. Do you know of a similar style that does have a lace front?

Rana Zahedi: Oh my God I love love love the color and has little bit of red and it's so how Brown I think I can wear this at the same time and it easy to work with it this is great this is going to be like a summer color or spring color top of a wig, thank you for sharing it looks fantastic on you but anything you do it looks good I love this, cheers

Carlie: What a pretty style & it does look so nice on you too. Do you always shake out a wig even on days that it might sit on a wig stand for few days or do you just adjust it once on your head? Thank you for all that you do to help me get on with my wig journey. Smiles.

C C: Taz, I hope you can please answer this question— which wig has a larger size cap and fits looser the Tressallure Avery or the Noriko Jackson? Thank you!

Gaining wisdom: I always look at it and think its so beautiful, but pillows permatease, especially if you have to fight for it to not be seen is hard for me. Is that an issue and is it mostly with lighter colors? Thanks again!

Kim KM: I cut little wispy bangs in my Jackson...perfect

Michelle Diekman: Very Beautiful on you, Love the Wig But I will stick with Curls at this time. Love and Hugs to you and the Fur Babies Dear Friend

Candy Chand: Girl!? Is there ANY color that doesn’t look great on you? Not that I’m jealous or anything.

Faith Vogel: I am hooked on this sort of style. Do you know whether this wears as well and as long as Jackson?

Jarmom: This wig looks like my natural hair.. only pretty But I gotta know- where'd u get the sweater ur wearing?? LOVE it!!!

swineinny1: Don’t kill me for this, Taz — but this looks very Bowie/Ziggy Stardust to me. It’s pretty, but will people come up to you & start singing “Ground Control to Major Tom” when you wear it?

Shelly Gorham: So cute!!!

fishmerised: Nice colour and style.

Robyn Anderson: This. colour really makes your eyes pop

Lynda Keevil: What is the name of the wig on the mannequin, that has the letter P on it?

Diane Rankin: they should had named that wig Racheal from friends. hahahaha

rita paine: Love the style, but not in rooted.
