I know I look any absolute mess right now, but bear with me because this is a tutorial. So the first thing you want to do is give yourself some nice prism, braids like these right here, actually doing a middle part. So I did my part in the middle and I did two parameter braids, and these are the most important braids of the whole thing. You'Re gon na make sure you do braids. They go all the way around your hair, the perimeter of your head, because those are gon na be the bright that you sew on. The next thing you need to do is grab a needle and thread, so I bought a huge one like this, because I sew my hair. I said my weave down every single week and if you guys want me to do a video on my wig routine, make sure you let me know down below and I'll be sure to do that. You just want to go ahead and thread your needle there. We go okay, just like that and you're going to pull out about. I usually pull out at least two feet of thread, so you guys can't see how long this is, but it's a pretty long thread just because I want to make sure that this one thread can sew all the way around. My hair, Oh at the end of my thread, I just tie a knot just like this one knot, and then I pull my needle down so that it's even and it's ready to sew alright. So the first thing you're going to do is line up your parts. Make sure your part on your wig in your natural part line up and then you're going to take your needle and stick it through the perimeter of the wig and underneath your braid you're gon na pull the string all the way down until the knot, catches and After that, you're going to tie several knots to ensure that your knot is secured. After making this knot, you are ready to start selling on your wig, your needle and just start to sew. So I'm going to take my needle put it underneath, put it through the perimeter of my wig and underneath my braid and then I'm gon na pull it out and whenever I pull it out, it's important to go ahead and put your finger through the loop twist. It a couple times after you twist it a couple times, grab your needle and stick it through the hole and pull you're gon na. Take my needle again go through the perimeter of my wig and go underneath my braid I'm going to pull my finger. Get my finger and pull the loop right here twist it a couple times, then I'm going to get my needle put it through the hole and pull now you're going to continue to sew all the way around your wig until you reach the back. You alright guys. So after you have sewn the wig all the way around the first side, you grab your string with your needle attached to the end and you're just gon na cut the string, and after you cut the string, you'll have two pieces. You separate your two pieces of string, so, as you see, I have two piece of the string hope you guys can see that and you're just going to tie it into a knot several times to make sure that it's secure. Just like you tie. However, many times you want to just make sure that it's secure and then you take your scissors and you just cut the string off. One reason why I like sewing my hair like this is because I know if this comes to loose. It did not right. Here comes a loose, it's still gon na be my wig is still gon na be secured up here, because at the beginning I took the time to tie the knots right here, so even if, even if it unravels all the way to the front, this is not Gon na come loose so now I'm just gon na do the same thing to the other side right here you can just cut off no problem. Just make sure you don't cut the knot at the top, but you can cut that off alright guys. So now I have my wig completely sewn on. Thank you guys so much for watching this video. Alice Michaelis: I dont usually like the idea of sewing down my wigs since i love throwing it off at the end of the day lol. But ill be going to a theme park soon so I dont wanna be worried about it falling off on a ride. Last time i went to a theme without sewing down my wig i was so worried about it falling off and trying to discreetly hold it down across my shoulders. Luckily it never fell off but i didnt have a pace of mind either. Hopefully this helps.
