Hi you guys and welcome back to my channel, so this video is going to be on some new hair that I've been rocking and, as you can tell, I have gone dark again. I'M kind of used to wearing my lighter colors I've been wearing my ribs and my blondes and things like that. But now I've gone back to my roots and if you can believe it, this is a full lace. Wig and this unit was sent to me by a company of the by the name of a wigs, and this is how the box looks and no, I have not been throwing this box around my house. This is indeed how it came. Let'S go ahead and get into the specs. The first thing that I noticed was the description card, and this looks very familiar. If you know what I mean um, so the wig that I chose is the stock celebrity virgin remy, full lace, wig and wavy. It is the vc w 0 0 1 dash S. The hair length is 20 inches long. The hair color is a number two with bleach knots. The hair texture is silky or, as shown in the picture and the lace color is a medium brown and the capsizes capsized one. Of course this is a glueless way. You guys know. I love my glueless wigs. I can't help myself but yeah. So this is the unit now, when I first received the wig a day, come packaged in the plastic bag here and then packaged with the net and in the box. That was all that was in the box, and the first thing that I noticed was that the wig smell like corn chips - I mean it was horrible. You guys and I've heard of different people mentioning that when purchasing hair overseas and things like that that it kind of has a weird smell, I've never experienced that. So this was my first time and I was definitely not prepared. So when I smelled that I immediately emailed the company, they told me that they used a chemical on it to color the hair, and that may be the reason why it has a weird smell to it. They told me once I washed it and conditioned it. It should be fine now. The first thing that rose my eyebrow was: why are we using chemicals on a virgin unit? So I guess that doesn't mean that it's virgin anymore. I don't know what chemicals they used, but you know virgin to me means untouched. So yeah um, so I washed and conditioned the hair. I didn't even bother showing you guys how it came out of the box, because I could not stand the smell, but it did come already. Curl kind of like a full body wave and what I mean by foe, is that once I wash the hair, it did not wave up to the same body way that I thought it would. Even though the unit does say that it is a wavy unit um. So yeah, I'm not sure about the whole virgin hair thing. Because again, as you as you hurt me, read off the hair, color was a number two. I don't know if they're saying that it mimics a number two or they died it to be a number two. But you know virgin hair is not supposed to be dyed. It'S not supposed to be chemically processed or anything like that. So that's something that I'm a little bit on the fence about, but other than that I washed the hair with my favorite favorite argan oil, shampoo and conditioner by organics, and it came out really really soft. I didn't have much shedding. Maybe it was a little bit of shedding, but not much to it. For me to remember, like a you know, a handful or anything, it was nothing like that. It didn't really tangle too bad. I did comb through it with a large wig brush, so everything was fine as far as the washing and conditioning is concerned, once it did dry, i noticed that the parting was very, very, very packed and tight, so what I had to do was tweeze out the Part - and I have a clip of how I do it - you guys I'm not an expert at this. I just went for what I knew and I just took a regular pair of tweezers that I got from forever 21 and just went to work on that middle part, and this is how I'm able to achieve the look that you see here to me. It'S still not that big of a part I mean it's a natural part if you have very thick hair, but when I was squeezing it on my wig head, it did look a lot wider, so this is the partying. After I have twisted. It was kind of unwearable for me without the tweezing, so I didn't even I mean I just went ahead into. He said I mean it just looked really really thick, so I had to go ahead and tweet it before I even wore it at all. So let me go ahead and show you guys how I tweezed out my middle party. Oh bye, you you all right, you guys! So, as you saw, I did go ahead and tweeze the hairs just to create a wider and more natural part, and this is what I have as you can see it's visible and before it was not that visible. So I wouldn't say that this is extremely like a natural density, but um it's a lot better than what it was on the mannequin head that I was using. It did look like a lot wider because you know the foam heads are white and they're gon na show every little thing, but when I put it on my head and on my scalp, it didn't look as white as I initially tweezed it, which is completely fine. I'M not like, I can keep going if i want to, but then I've also heard of when you tweets the parting that they can sometimes spread. So it's better to go a little bit under what you want, then over tweezing. Also you guys, as I mentioned, this is a silky texture unit. This is my first time wearing a silky unit and I have to admit it is extremely silky and it has a very high luster to it. As you can see, i am running my fingers through. It was fairly well, i'm not having any tangles, and i did a flat iron this out and i will show you guys how I did that nothing much to it. I just use my regular cortex iron and I just flattened it out just so they could be a little bit more um. I don't know flat, it was a little bulky and the funny thing about it is though it was very tightly packed with hair in the parting there were still not much hair on this week. The wig, in my opinion, is extremely thin. I have all of the hair to the front, and this is all I have. It may not look that thin on camera, but if I do put it in a ponytail, this is all I have. So it's a natural density as far as it looking like it could possibly be your hair, depending on the texture that you get. So this is the silky again they say it's silky texture, but again this is supposed to be virgin, wavy hair. So I don't know if it mimics, silky or if it was processed, to get this silky sure, but I do love that I love the texture of it. I didn't think I would like a silky texture, but it feels really really really good is very soft, very manageable. The one con I have to say about this wig, I'm not sure if it's because it's silky or not as it is my first unit with silky hair, it does not hold a curl whatsoever. I tried to put a few curls in it and they just didn't it didn't do anything really. It had a few little flips in there, but there was no curling. So I wanted to use my curling wand, but I just hadn't got around to doing that and trying to see if maybe flexi rods or curling wand would work, but it definitely did not hold a curl with my Conair one-inch iron that I always use, and it Definitely wasn't holding a girl with my larger barrel iron, so um yeah. That is one kind that I have to say and yeah I mean it looks really really good, but I feel like I can only wear it very, very straight and part on the myth. That is one con. It doesn't hold a curl at all, but i will be using my curling wand in the future just to see what it will do. Let me know if you guys want to see a video on that when I do decide to do that. Also, as I mentioned, the hairs and number two, it looks like a 1b to me. It looks very, very dark, I'm not really seeing too much brown in it, but again this could be virgin, hair and they're. Just saying that it mimics a number two, not sure, but to me it looks like a 1 B, and this is 20 inches long to me. It comes longer than any 20 inches I've received. As far as a lace wig is concerned. It comes underneath my boob. You guys know I'm only 51, so any kind of hair is kind of long on me, but this one feels really really long as it comes like right to the top of my behind and I'm going to see. If I can show you so that's how the hair looks in the back and, like I said, very, very, very manageable, very soft and silky hair, but it's one of those low maintenance styles, where you can't really curl it. You just throw it on you brush through and you're ready to go, so that could be a great thing. It'S a great thing for me, because I've been loving wearing this to work and I've actually been wearing this unit for about two weeks now and I still haven't gotten any tangles, even at the nape and by it being like a thin texture. It reminds me of like Indian hair, so Indian hair, usually because it's open it usually has snags and stuff, but this hair, I'm running my fingers through it with no it's hot and all you guys. I really do like this week. It is extremely low maintenance. I love being able to wake up, throw it on brush it out and go I've only catch a flat iron. It the one time that I've worn it now, if worn it for about a week and a half now. So I am loving this unit, the smell a con, the fact that it doesn't hold a curl, that's another con and the thinness is a con a little bit for me, but it could be very natural as well. I'Ve gotten a ton of compliments on this unit. Simply because people say that it looks very natural, so that could be a con or pro for you, but all in all, it gets a thumbs up from me because it's so low maintenance it does not tangle. It does not shed, especially while it's straightened with my flat iron and another kind that I forgot to mention. It does not really wave up when it's wet so not sure about this whole wavy texture that they're talking about. But I really do like the unit. Nom D38: OMG, I was just on their website looking at their wigs and considering whether I should order one because their prices are a little bit more affordable than RPG show. Thanks for the review.

Brittany I PocketsandBowsTV: I have been using Whisper of Gilt lately! I love the golden sheen it gives the cheekbones :)

Brittany I PocketsandBowsTV: Thank you hun! I appreciate you for watching and I'm glad you are enjoying my uploads :)

afrikahchick: Great review!! the wig looks pretty on you and natural. You look really chic and pretty with sleek straight hair. :-)

shantae johnson: Looks phenomenal! Did u use concealer on the lace part? Or did u part ur hair and line up the lace parting with it?

melnico512: I love that you are sooo honest. Keep up the good work. i always look forward to seeing your uploads. :-)

Brittany I PocketsandBowsTV: Thank you! I just part my natural hair and put the wig on top :)

Shayna Flores: Hey i just have a quick question how long did it take you to receive your order from owigs honestly ?

Brittany I PocketsandBowsTV: No problem! Hope this video helps :)

S: Hey girl, thanks for the information. Can I ask you what lipstick you have on? It looks great on you!

LOVESPELL9110: Once you said virgin *Remi* I knew it was processed. Remi hair is processed to have a slicker texture to it. Virgin hair is as you said…. Untouched. If a company lables something as Virgin Remi Its treated hair Lol Smdh sucks though because they charge you virgin hair prices for it.

Whitney Miller: Hello! I just received this unit as my first lace wig. How did you get that smell out?! I washed and still smell it smh. Any shampoo recommendations? Thanks!

Alex Missick: the hair looks beautiful on you!!

Brittany I PocketsandBowsTV: Thank you! Occ lip tar in Hoochie and Belladonna :)

sweetness331000: Love it!

Brittany I PocketsandBowsTV: Thank you hun!

Brittany I PocketsandBowsTV: Cool! I will wand it later :)

Brittany I PocketsandBowsTV: Hey! I am wearing Belladonna liptar by OCC :)

Maureen Hope: I did the same to my parting, they did process to get silky texture

Brittany I PocketsandBowsTV: Hi hun! I used the Organix Argan Oil Shampoo and Conditioner but I have also heard taht ppl use fabric softner so you may want to give that a try :)

Kellie Corinne: The cornc hip smell is from the chemical that they used to treat the lice that is sometimes in the donated hair. I think they lied about the smell from the color. We color hair all the time and our hair never smells like corn chips. lol I have received hair with that smell. Even with shampoo and conditioning it can linger but it does go away after time.

Brittany I PocketsandBowsTV: Thank you!!

Brittany I PocketsandBowsTV: Thank you!!

Chux: That looks BEYOND natural. The exact texture, length and thickness. Bit disappointed with the customer service they gave you! You're paying all that money the least they could do is be a bit more polite. I hate when they give you the same answer all the time. UGH. I hate when it doesn't curl back up - That happened to me with an overseas seller.

Brittany I PocketsandBowsTV: Thank you so muhc!! I will check out your channel!

Brittany I PocketsandBowsTV: Thank you!

Brittany I PocketsandBowsTV: Thank you!
