Oh, hey y'all, we back with another video, like i said, i'm trying to be consistent. Um. Today we are talking about shopify, apps i'll, tell you now. I don't know nothing about wix, please don't ask i've, never had it and i'm gon na give you a couple of reasons why, before we get into the apps the re, i'm gon na say why i like shopify, because i can add my facebook ads pixel um - Can be attached, i know it's doable with the wix, but it's a little harder. It'S not like a diy project. You have to probably have somebody code it in, but what a pixel is. It is like a tracking device from the time um when somebody google, something similar to your um industry as well. If they go on your page for three seconds and that's instagram facebook or your website, if they go on there for three seconds, it's going to push your ads in front of them after that, so it's one of those you know um something like i see three Times before they buy it's kind of to help you with that. So when you google anything like google me or you know whatever that facebook pixel is gon na pick it up, and it's gon na push my ads in front of you if i have them running, but that is a whole another kind of sec conversation. I'M still learning about facebook ads. I know they can be very helpful, but i'm still learning myself, so i can't be able to teach that until i really have mastered it. But let's talk about these apps, so the apps are going to help automate your business. You want to try to automate them as much as possible, so it's less work for you to have to do tediously or whatever manually, so in no particular order, frequently bought together or frequently purchased together. I'M gon na have it somewhere on the screen. What it should look like in logo and things like that, but that is the recommendation box underneath whatever the item is so, let's say my group coaching call or my coaching call. Let'S say that that's the product at hand. It may have my double drawn vendor at the bottom for frequently purchased together or i recommend it together. So that kind of is like an upsell recommended underneath the actual product, and you can manually put them in there or you can automate. You can have them automated. I would probably manually, because you know it should still or what should go with which or like my flat iron spray. I mean my flat irons will have the flat iron spray underneath it and vice versa, so definitely something you want to buy. I don't believe it's free. Some of these are not free, but please you got to spend money to make money, and some of these apps have a good turnover rate as far as getting your money back next is pre-order global, and what that is is to give you the pre-order button. So if you do the pre-order method or if you want to do a pre-order product that you have coming on the way like sometimes i do the pre-order once i have a tracking number and i have a delivery day. I'Ll do a pre-order, because i know it's coming and i'll put the pre-order date, maybe like a week after it's gon na be delivery, maybe even two just to give me wiggle room for any delays like right now, um i had some curling iron shipped december 5th. It is now december 22nd and i mean january 22nd and i still have not received them. So i've got to the point where i'd rather not do the pre-order. Just because sometimes i don't know when it's coming. But let's say you are a wig maker and you do your you know customization. It takes you seven business days you could put instead of pre-order, you could put ships in seven business days or processing time, so you don't have to have so many people like well when it's gon na ship or they're gon na be emailing. You, like, i thought it was gon na, be this. I didn't see anywhere where it says that baby girl, you had to pass that. That was the add to cart button. So i know you saw it. If you didn't read it, that's not my problem, it doesn't say, add to cart. It says going to ship, so it helps you with communication with your clients, so they can know what's going on up front without having to read a policy later down the line, or you know we try to make this a customer experience. So we try to put as much information on the website as possible. The next one is email marketing, so shopify has a basic email template on there. It does not have any workflows and what i mean by workflows. It doesn't have any triggers that if somebody let's say i want to put a trigger for a person that bought a flat iron, they would get an email like hey. This is a perfect buy for you to buy the silk press. I mean uh liquid silk with the flat iron. It works great. Well, that's it! I wanted that to be the trigger the shopify email doesn't have that it just allows you to send mass text message. I mean math emails to your subscriber list and it'd just be like a template. You can make it all fancy and stuff like that, but it won't have a workflow to be like. Okay, the person click. The link do this. If the person does this do this or if they don't open it send another one, you know whatever the case may be, and the email marketing that does - and it's not free, but it is based on how many emails you send is omnisand and clavio, both of Them have workflows for you to be able to put triggers for certain customers what they buy, what they do, um based on data, pretty much whatever you know you collect from that person like i have one. It sends a happy birthday when your birthday comes around. If you wanted to, you can have it where it comes with like a 10 discount of something of the sort for clevia, so that is that's what they call workflows or they call them funnels. So let's say you have a subscriber list and you always kind of got to give something to get something. So when you have the email marketing going on, you can either give something for free or you can have a 10 off. But you have to sign up for here it pretty much is a workflow to be able to reel your people in build some value with them, build a rapport and be able to get a purchase. The next one would be text messaging app, and i know, there's postscript and sms bump are the two options that i know about um as far as doing mass text measures, so i believe you can respond to them and things like that. I actually don't use them. I have another text message app, but it's not sync with shopify, so i didn't include it in this video um. It'S actually in my insta access is going to have 10 vendors for different products. Um, including hair custom. Silk wraps bonnets is going to have the vendor of the freeze spray to be able to get that manufactured in your brand name. Um is going to have the closure caps, which is where the closure is already attached to the wig cap, and all you got to do is sew your own bundles on it. It is going to have a lot of information in there. I will put my website linking below. It may not have launched when this videos post, but it will be available and it was well as is going to have a live webinar if you missed that live webinar, or if this video is old once you watch it, it definitely will be a replay for You to purchase as well, so i'm excited about that and with the text messaging app that i have available, it will give you 5 000 free text messages once you sign up with a plan. So that is why i didn't mention it in this one because, like i said it doesn't integrate with a shopify, so i cannot do a workflow when it comes to this particular app but sms bump and postscript you can my next one is honeycomb upsells. So i love it. It is a little pricey, but it definitely is worth it because i think it could get up to high it's like 30 40 a month, but you probably made way more than that, because it's based off how many times it shows up. So, like one time i had it where, if you bought um a flat iron, you can get the 1.5 curling iron for 40. I didn't have it as a cold, i didn't promote it. So literally it would, if you put it in your cart. If you put add the cart, it instantly will pop up like a pop-up, and it says - hey, add this for 50 off, so you can do it a number of ways, but that was one of the ways i know one way you can do it is. You can do it like an ad to the cart after the transaction has happened, it'd be like you have 20 minutes to get this deal. That would be at the end. So that's really like upselling um, but it does definitely work and it's kind of better than the discount coca. Sometimes people forget to put the discount code. You know things like that, so that honeycomb funnel is lit and they'll customize it to your color per request. The next one, which is like one of my favorites, is hulk product options. Now this is great for wig makers, because you can make your wii contract or your wig intake. So let's say we all know shopify, don't let you get three options. So let's say i want to do my entire wig intake. I can do that with the infinite option, so i can put x for the wig size whether they want baby hairs. Do they want the lace cut where they want to party? Do they want to bang? Do they want to curl? Do they want? I can put all those options under there. I can even put a file upload that said id and verification. Now, as you know, hair stylist and hair wig make sure we are high risk business. So a lot of the times we get a lot of disputes and chargebacks and stuff like that, so having the id verification helps in our favor, because you have to upload who you are before you can even add to cart. Now everybody may not be down with that, but at the same time we are talking about large purchases. When it comes to hair and wigs, we have to cover all bases of security, nobody's trying to look we're not trying to scam you and we don't want to be scammed, so the id verification is something i know everybody would all. My wig makers most definitely will want to use because it helps with disputes if anybody try to dispute that they ordered a wig and obviously the list of other stuff. I see it. The next one i have is called judge me judge me is pretty much your reviews. I really like it because it sends a um. I don't know the days, but it's after so many days after a purchase, they will send an email, saying, hey, review your last purchase with signature, set collection and they'll leave a review or they can review it right on the page either one and definitely is something That you know to have your social proof right on your page, so it definitely helps you in the long run and if you have like i've had times where people had an issue and they didn't reach out to me, but they put it in the review. So i would go and email them like hey. We saw a review. We weren't aware that this happened. How can we assist or how can we, you know whatever, so that helps with me with my customer service when i don't know something's wrong, because they definitely will go up there on a review, which i don't understand why you can email me? But it's neither here and there we go still try to give some excellent customer service and try to get it rectified and make that customer happy. So that is what judgment is, and this is the last, but certainly not least, it is the terms and conditions we want terms and conditions, because at the same time we still get disputes, we get different. We have policies that need to be read once you click that button baby. You are responsible. If you don't read the terms and conditions. That'S not my fault. You click the button before you can press, add to cart or purchase or confirm order baby. It'S all on. You now, after that, and it also helps with disputes. So if somebody disputes - and they say - oh, i didn't know that was a policy whatever like that, showed his terms and conditions. She checked the box to be able to do it boom. You should be able to win your dispute with that with a number of other things, but that is one of the things to help you win a dispute with. That being said, i don't even have any more if i do come up with any more options and stuff like that to be able to help with the workflow of your website. I definitely will tell you guys the it's very important to make sure your website is simply simple and easy easily to navigate. I can never talk, because if it's too hard or too complicated your customer's gon na be like i wanna do it. Please keep that in mind when putting your website together. Like i said, i only know about shopify. I don't know about weeks, but i do know people make very good money on wix so, and this is youtube should be able to find a video on it, but that is all for me tonight. I hope this video was helpful. I hope that your business is doing great and will do great and that you'll be able to set up for launch or even just revamp and just get some new automated systems on your website.
