Hey what's up, everyone is a tastemaker and welcome back to my youtube channel. Welcome to my new series called synthetic Saturdays every Saturday from here on out. I will be uploading an affordable unit for you guys to try out now when I first started off my wig journey here on YouTube. I started off with synthetic wigs and I just wanted to give back to doing that. I love doing my human hair reviews. You guys absolutely love them, but I know not. This is from there what lace collection and I have it in the style, Janelle. Here'S what it looks like here. This is the bottom portion here. It claims to have HD lace, keep them guessing it's safe to Flatiron. It says that it has a detectable lace. It even has like this example here at the bottom. So this is like your typical synthetic wait, I'm guessing and then this is the undetectable lace. I think this is kind of look super good. I have the Janelle unit in the color one, so let's go ahead and unbox this unit and just see what it's all about. Cuz, I'm really interested in this whole. What lace type of I mean! Is it really gon na give me wet lace? I mean, let's see, here's what it looks like in the inside. It'S kind of wrapped up here and I think that's good. That'S gon na keep it having some type of, and then they have this part up here to keep it from smashing the way we're gon na take all of that out. The wig is connected to this little thing. Here you see this. All my mills are probably going to get stuck to this net because I have like those small crystals all over them, but anyway, let's go ahead and take the net off okay boom. So here's a unit, it is a pretty jet black color hold on there. I got it, you see what I'm saying it's getting all stuck on. My brain sits on my nail: love it: okay, okay! So I'm gon na take this stuffing paper out and let's take a look at this lace, you guys. So this is what it's looking like. Oh wait: a minute hold up, wait a minute. It'S a 22 pill pill. No! Before oh look at the lathe, oh I'm, okay, impresses! I was not expecting this honey. Wait! A minute! Look at that! Like look at the lathe! Now I see what I'm talking about. What ladies okay and it's pre-flood really nicely i'ma tell y'all right now. This wig is pre plugged better than some of my human hair units and that's just a fact, okay. So this is what it looks like I'm gon na go ahead and cut this big old piece of paper round. So this is what the lace front looks like. So it looks like to be at thirteen by six lace. Braid also, this unit does have cones, but it's not on the lace its back here. So I love that about the unit and then, of course, there's a comb in the back. This is what the inside looks like, and this is the back portion. So I will be using this flat top foundation brush by wetting wells, I'm using the wet wild, funnel focus foundation in the shade mahogany now do not buy this foundation. Thinking that it's gon na match you, you need to use whatever foundation you normally use on your face a lot of time. People say you know, oh we're the same shade. What color are you wearing? You don't know. If we're really the same shade, I have studio lights here that make me look a little bit lighter than what I actually am, and the part of the colors that you see on camera basically is an illusion. Okay, now I'm just gon na go ahead and put the foundation on here, but my point was: is that basically you should use whatever foundation color, you normally use, don't look at me and think like you need to get the exact same foundation I'm getting because it May not match you like it matches me my matches me because it's my it's the foundation that I already have on my face and you want to be very light. You don't want to put a bunch of foundation on and have your wig looking crazy. You just need a very light layer, so I grab the perimeter right here on my face. I got white that part of my foundation off. If you want to, you can go ahead and reapply it, but I just like that portion off so now I'm going to be using my god to be gel. This is the styling spiking glue and I'm gon na put a little bit of this with a comb, and I'm gon na put this around the perimeter just like how I do with my human hair units, the same concept, nothing's gon na change. As far as application, you know what you guys. I have made a mistake, just like I did in my last doggone video I keep putting on the gel before I even measure the wig and cut it out. Don'T do that, I'm doing it how to order right now try the wig on get your measurements. When I put it on your ear and all that and then do this part, but it's okay! It'S gon na end up drying up real fast anyway. So so we have our base ready. I mean this one looks really really good I'm debating on. If I even want to do the style that I was about to do, because if I do then you're not even gon na be able to see all of this. So I'm probably gon na do another style again. She said what you're gon na do. If I mean I said i'ma do me, but bi cheap everything, zoomed in big bad, coming. I got to keep this coming because hello, what lays that's exactly what I'm saying? What lays let me show y'all what is waiting yet it's like right above my butt. It'S pretty long. I would say this is about a 20 24 inch. 22 inch yeah, that's about it, 24 yeah. So, let's get into it so yeah. This is the cloud9 swiss lace. What next wig in the style Janelle I have mine in the color one. It does come in several other colors. These are all the different colors that they have so it has actually has some more information in the inside here. Maybe I can see that so it says it's customized, 100 % hand tied and pre pluck to create a realistic natural density. Illusion hairline, that's the other thing about it. This density is perfect, it's not too thick, not too thin. Even after I put half of it up in a ponytail, the bottom portion is just thick enough. It'S not too much going on, and then this works this house looking in a friend. This is what the ends is. Looking like Selena says, is undetectable translucent swiftness for a seamless, hairline and natural parting right out of the box, and that is so true. You guys. I literally start this wave right out of the box, and this is how good it looks. It also says is well-crafted soft Swiss lace from ear to ear with combs and adjustable straps for secure fit. You guys know I have a little itty bitty head. Somebody asked me: it's a big head friend me: I'm a girl, have you not noticed? Okay, I do not have a big head whatsoever. I have a very small peanut head okay, so this week I actually didn't even need to crisscross my straps and you guys know anytime. I wear a wig. I always have to crisscross my straps there's just a thing. I don't know why that's the thing, but it is even when I get the small units I still have to criss cross my straps this unit. I didn't even need to crisscross my straps. I was able to do it regular and it fit really snug, but the great thing about it is: it fits all head sizes. So, even if you do have a big head, I feel like you can still fit this wig and it's definitely a size fits all. I mean everything is perfect, no leave out necessary protective style, I mean yeah. I don't have any of my room, hair out, obviously and perfect hair in line with baby hair along the hairline. I didn't see any baby hair, but I was still able to make baby hair with this unit. I don't really care for baby hair, I'm pretty sure they might have had a little bit of some some, but for the most part you don't really even need baby hair. With this wig, you already saw what it was looking like before I even put baby hair, but I only did it because of the hair size that I have right now, and this is not even technically baby hair. Is this gon na be in my cute little in-between wig? I just feel like synthetic wigs have definitely come a long way. I remember seeing synthetic wigs and just always being like. Oh then, look they look crazy and then over time you know they just gotten better and better with them, and I love the fact that companies like this are trying to provide more affordable alternatives for people who can't necessarily pay a hundred plus dollars for a lace Front wig: this is perfect if you don't know how to clip, if you don't know how to bleach the knots and all of that and that's the other thing I forgot look at the Maximus unit like the knots are not bleached, you don't have to worry about Bleaching on eyes, you don't have to worry about plucking. You don't have to worry about correcting your knots. If you mess up you don't have to worry about none of it. You don't even have to flat iron it. You don't have to use no products. The only product that I use when I got to do jail, but I'm talking about as far as like you know, putting on the heat protectant spray. This hair has a beautiful shine to it, but it's not too shiny. Like some synthetic wigs be when you can look at them and not be their dead giveaway, that is synthetic because it's too shiny, but this is giving me very much so human hair, like I am [ __ ] honey.
