It'S taste pink, welcome back and today's video is super special because it's on this unit, which is a part of my collection in collaboration with our PG show - and I heard you guys - you wanted less density, less volume - you wanted color, you wanted something beginner-friendly, and so This unit, this sort of like loose wavy kind of subtle curly unit, is perfect for everyday working out club date night. Everything that you could ever imagine and I'm giving you guys that dark route and it transitions into the gorgeous like burgundy color. It is so subtle. I'M telling you, if you want to step into color like you, want to just get your feet wet. This is everything you need and more and I love it and you can build the volume which I'll show you guys some clips of later on in the video and it's so versatile, it's everything the length did I get it right. I definitely wanted to start off by a co-washing the unit. This is a curly texture and it is processed hair, it's color treated, so I wanted to make sure that I'd go in and conditioned and co wash the hair. You don't allow it to sit on there really take your time. With this unit. I didn't notice like felt like a little bit of residue sitting on the hair, so you want to kind of rinse off that dye. It'S definitely you're gon na have a lot of runoff, so I highly recommend Co wash your unit before you even think to wear it, and I was a little you know put off by the fact that the lace has a slight red tint to it. But again, this is like Swiss lace, so it has that transparent, HD effect, so it should be blending perfectly fine, but that is just something to keep in mind. So, yes, we have the pre bleached knots. This is the lace front wig and I'm going to install her as I would normally and I'm a walk you guys through it first take a look at the hairline, because it is everything my goal is to not pluck the hairline at all. Imma show you how to finesse it with just a few a few steps: it's not gon na overwhelm you so my first step is to trim the lace around the ear tabs so right around that your tabs and they're going to go in and remove that be Very, very careful, and I'm doing it only around the ear tabs leave the front edge of the lace alone. Okay, now I'm putting my wig on without a wig kappa without a wig grip, we're still gon na work it. So you just watch now. The next thing that i want to do is slick all of the hair away from the lace front edge, i'm going to be using double prong clips and these new little clips. I know you guys probably see these. These are intense, but they keep the hair back now make sure you have the perfect positioning of your wig on your head, where the ear tabs are laying comfortably because we're gon na attack her in place. So you want to make sure it's perfect now, with some super tiny scissors, i'm going to go in and trim the lease, be very careful, follow the natural flow of the hair line, but have jagged motions as you're moving through and cut in increments. If you need to now, as i'm trimming the lace, I can definitely see how that tinted red lace - it's just really coming through. So you know, you may have to add a little bit of makeup pressed powder across their hairline, which is not anything atypical from what I normally do I'm going in, but they got to be glued styling spike in glue. This is one of my faves when I want like a seamless look, is super simple, just find a little access, so when applying the -- got to be glue, you want to peel the lace back just a little bit. You can use a prawn clip to hold it in place and then, when you're, laying the styling spiking glue, you want to just apply a very thin layer. Give it time to dry down and get a little bit. Tacky that'll have the best results. Now, when it would like this tiniest little bit of free spray, because the meltdown on this wig needs to be serious, okay, I'm not playing any games and then you definitely have to do the elastic band. So we can get it. We can get it go. So I'm gon na let this set in place and we're gon na work on. You know really maximizing those curls. You know it can't be a Kate wake up. The girls don't give you life, but go in with a little bit of moisture. You know mist the hair with lukewarm water before you're, going to apply whatever product. So when you're misting the hair with the lukewarm water you want to apply a decent amount, be careful. There could be a little bit of runoff from the dye, but make sure you saturate the hair, and then you want to go in with like a Denman brush, some sort of like paddle brush to help work the water through the hair. Next, I'm going in with the Aussie miracle curls: this is a leave-in tangling milk, and this will change your life. It has a whole boil. No wonder I love it so much I'm going to be using a dollar sized amount. Probably so you know the vibes and watch how these curls wake up in a spring to life, don't watch how these waves really sort of come together. This is a wavy curly unit more. We leave it. It is like super tight and curly, and that's what I really wanted for this wave like something that's perfect to work out and perfectly the girls want to go. It'S not gon na overwhelm you. It'S not super crazy with the maintenance, and so when you're, adding the curl milk in it's going to be definition, but for a wavy type of texture. And you want to really make sure you add it in to the hair, really good and distribute it and use that brush that didn't brush that comb to help you further maximize the curls. Now I'm gon na go in and just pull down a few baby hairs. You want to take very little, don't overdo it and you want to trim them down and then use some moves, I'm using the condition three and one maximum hold moose, and this is gon na help me to like swoop them into submission. I didn't want to do too much. I didn't want to do too little. I wanted to do the perfect amount again with practice. This makes it perfect, so just keep at it innovative. This mousse is only like three dollars at the beauty supply store. I found it even cheaper. This is one of the best mousse, even if you want to do the glueless method, you need this mousse right here now after I defined the part with the back edge of the hot comb, I wanted to go in and put that elastic band on it's just Gon na sit there for a little bit and then I'm gon na be using the flyaway tamer around the front edge where I'm gon na have the bang, because I want to have that flip over look. You know it looks real cute. Don'T need to add your pressed powder, I'm using the Maybelline fit me pressed powder in 334. I believe, maybe 355 mixed end, but check out our PG show.
