Hey y'all welcome back to my channel as you can see today. It'S all about the hair. I got this hair from ally pearl and i took it from this to this to the sleek down straight hair. Look so basically i'll be showing you guys what i did, but i won't be telling you guys i'll just be showing you guys what i did and my experience with ali pearl. If you guys want to know more, you want to do. Please keep on watching. So basically, i got this hair a month ago. It arrived just a few days ago and i love this hair. It is a body wave 18, inches 250 density with a teapot lace. But as you can see, this hair is not as thick as i want it to be, but we'll get into that later on. So basically, i will be uh just trying to get the sleek hair look without having to explain so much so you guys will just see what i'm doing throughout the video. So i had no wig cap on which actually made my hair not sleek down fully, but that's okay. So basically, i did lay my edges before this, just to not have the wig tug on my edges and to not break my edges, but basically, with this hair, you guys, i like the hair. I like the color. I like the texture. The hair looks good on me. It'S good for my skin tone, it's beautiful and everything, but for me when i ordered the hair, i ordered a 250 density and i paid for a 250 density and when my hair arrived, it wasn't as thick as like. It should have been - and i wasn't happy about that - so i asked ali pearl about that - they were like no. This is the standard wig percentage like you ordered and everything - and i wasn't happy about that and they were like no we're. So sorry about that - and we will give you a 20 coupon for when you buy here again and next time, if you want thicker hair, maybe buy bundles from us instead of buying actual wigs. So i wasn't happy about that part. So basically, my hair arrived in september, like i said, and it got stuck in customs when it was in customs. I got a call from shop logistics saying that your hair is in customs. You might have to pay customs fee. Actually, you have to pay a custom fee because we won't release your hate, so basically i have to pay that customs fee amount. You guys this one like the priciest week. I'Ve ever actually had to buy for myself, so it was really expensive. So i paid the customs fee and the hair arrived after two weeks and when they arrived after two. The thing is with dpx, which i think is the same as shop logistics. But i'm not really sure if it's the same company but basically like the company that, like they actually uh careered. My hair to me, said that you know what my hair was part of other packages that they had so for my hair to be released. Every single package had to be released under that master at the cbe because my hair got stopped by cbu. So i had to wait for my hair to arrive and it did and when i did, i didn't like it, but i wasn't happy about the percentage and how thick the hair wasn't. So that did not make me happy at all, but you know i do want to return it because i, like the the the texture and i like the color, but i wasn't happy about everything else when it comes to the thickness of the hair with lapel. Honestly, i, like their customer service, they're very quick to respond when you have questions, which is great, so i will give them that and their hair does look beautiful uh, but basically for me, guys, like the thickness, actually bothers that, like it's, not like the hair that I actually ordered i ordered like hair. That was really thick and i didn't get that, but basically like this is how i get my hair to lay. This is a body weight, but i wanted like a sleek look for the day, so i, as you know like, let me just uh, you know, use heat on it to just um, get it sleek. The pro is that the hair does receive heat well, but obviously i did use a heat serum to protect. My hair from you know like the heat, so that's what happened. I used different tools on my hair. Whenever i wanted to be sleepers, i had to make it sleep, so i had to use hot combs and thongs and dryers and whatever to just get it to melt, because i was trying to melt the body with curls. So basically the hair is body wave. That'S why it's very hard to get it to slow down, and i and i try to not. I use excessive heat because i didn't want to burn my hair and the hair does shade, but not too much, which is good. So i am happy about that and the hair is beautiful, as you guys can see. So i, like my hair, to be really really sleek, so i was trying everything to get it to sleep. So, even though i had no way - but i was trying really really hard to get this hair to sleep because i needed to be slid down for this specific look, i did use a lot of heat on top just to help the hair sleep and i think It came out pretty okay for uh the amount of heat that i was using on my head and i think for me. I, like my work, to look a bit more realistic like at the top, especially if they're straight so i wanted to just be sleek and straight and like lay flat at the top, so from here on out, i was using like different things to make it sleep. I used mousse to just help it lay there. The hair does have like a bit of flyaways, but you have to use mousse and different products to just help those flyaways disappear. So i was using different things just to help it sleep a bit and help with the flyaways. I do like the hair you guys, but um again. The thickness does bother me. So that's another story for today. Actually so anyway, i did uh sleek down my hair with some mousse just to help it lay and to help it not move around a lot. So because i want to take pictures this day, so i have to help the hair. You know stay stiff for a little while, but with me you guys, i do love ally pearl. I want to be like this. I like the hair, color, it's so beautiful, and the length is true to the the actual legs. I like the length of the hair, and it looks so good on me. I like the chocolate chocolate highlights. The caramel highlights. It'S really really beautiful. Now, i'm not that great with laying here, but as you can see, i'm trying a little bit like this. Basically, how i would lay my hair in like any other day, so this is just what i know how to do, and this is what i do and i think for me. I, like the end result, it does look beautiful, it does look lay down, and i did my absolute best so from here on out. I used um, some freezing holding spray just to at least keep the butt at the top of the hair uh. Just to like help, it lay down and not move around a lot, because i had to take pictures for this day. So i had to have this hair as sleek down and as uh lay down as possible. So i had to use like a firming spray to just help with that and basically i combed it out like a little bit, because i was basically on here and then i like to use like a bit of oil on my hair to help it look a Bit shiny like not too much though, but just enough, so that was my experience with l.a pearl um yeah. Everything was great, except for the hair thickness. I think. For me, this hair could be a perfect 180 density, but not 50.. So that was just my experience with them, but i do like how the hair is. I like the thickness, the sleekness i like the color and it's beautiful so yeah. That'S my experience.
